I feel very lucky to have found Dr Murthy who listens to all concerns with compassion and is very professional in her advice and care. She does not rush you, and explains options and potential outcomes very clearly. I even recommended her to my mother she is that good! This is a relaxed and professional clinic.

Our family are very grateful for our Dr and the Emerald Lakes Practice. Dr Murthy is amazing and the whole staff are supportive and kind. Our children love going there which is a bonus!

Went to see Dr Vahidy to get a simple check up for an ongoing medical issue. He straight out said he’s not going to help me and that I needed to see my old doctor 2000km away. Absolutely disgraceful. Why would you become a doctor if you couldn’t care less about actually helping people? Also reception asked if I could change my appointment to an hour earlier so they could knock off earlier. Bit of an inconvenience for me but I agreed. Still didn’t get in to see the “Doctor” until 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Better off just paying the gap to see a doctor who actually has the integrity, compassion and cerebral capacity to help you in your time of need.

Our grandfather has been a patient here for many years. In that time Dr I. Vahidy and the team have shown a genuine interest and care toward him. Their support in delivering medication, dressings and outside care arrangements has been phenomenal and we are sincerely thankful for all their efforts.

A very warm welcome followed by a thorough but friendly appointment with the doctor fulfilling all my requests for a flu vaccination + the signing of an Advanced Health Directive. Also a suggestion to have another annual blood test. Very pleased with the whole service ensuring my health requirements are catered for. Thank you

10 out of 10 don't recommend. Called to try and get my baby in for an emergency appointment and even though every other family member has been to the clinic we were denied an appointment cause the baby hadn't been there yet. I hope this feedback gets to the doctors who I'm sure would have seen to her and are not as heartless as the receptionist.

After 20 something years of living with at times extreme pain - I can not thank Dr Shwetha Murthy for being the one person who not only listened but she also took the time to find out what was causing the pain. I now have a plan for hopefully less pain and a more positive, active life. I can not recommend Dr Shwetha highly enough - you are a true Earth Angel who is not only a doctor but a friend - thank you xx

When I was leaving the Doctor’s room I specifically asked if I needed to pay for the visit and the doctor told me “not this time”. After I had left the clinic I got quite a rude call (like a teacher getting angry at a student) from the office staff telling me that I must check out when I leave because there was a charge for the visit. I would never leave anywhere without paying intentionally so was quite upset that my integrity was questioned. The doctor was lovely and very helpful but the office staff left a bad taste in my mouth which was unfortunate. A lesson for the staff would be to always check with the doctor before you go accusing someone of leaving without paying.

We have been to Emerald Lakes Medical Clinic since we retired in this neighborhood a year ago. We love this friendly clinic for its wonderful medical personnel and services, plus a pharmacy and pathology “under one roof” - an absolute convenience. Having Dr. Vahidy as GP is our real blessing. He is always reassuring, caring and thorough. We feel talking with him health issues easy and comfortable. Very importantly, his recommendations and prescriptions always work. DR VAHIDI is THE BEST Doctor on the coast (checknout his credentials). He has so much experience and knowledge. He truly has cared about my welfare for around 7 years. He has even made an emergency call to my home. The clinic is always on the ball and the staff are amazing. The pharmacy attached is definately a bonus. Thank you all at Emerald Lakes Medical.

Emerald Lakes Medical Clinic is very convenient for anyone living or working in Emerald Lakes Town Centre. The administrative and medical staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a medical centre, QML and pharmacy all available in this one location. This is my new home for all medical issues.

I had a fall from my bike yesterday afternoon and landed heavily onto a concrete path. Whilst nothing seemed to be broken, I felt it wise to get checked by a doctor. I tried to make an appointment online for today, but no spots were available until tomorrow. I was very keen to see a doctor as soon as possible, so I sent an email asking to be contacted if there were any appointment cancellations. Luckily I received a call this morning and was able to see Doctor Al-Badri. She was very thorough in her examination and has referred me for x-rays and an ultrasound. As always, great patient care and service from Emerald Lakes Medical Centre.

My experience on every occasion to the surgery is always pleasant. The appointment times are very seldom more than a 10 minute wait. All the doctors and staff are always happy and professional. Eventhough I live over 25 kilometres away, I will remain a patient at Emerald Lakes medical centre. Thank you to all.

Excellent service. Hassle free preformed a medical procedure that relieved seriously bad pain. Gave pain medication without having to ask to help with any ongoing pain issues. Had called into a Robina Medical centre earlier that day. No help and no pain medication was offered. They knew I hadn’t slept in days . Taking my medical file to Emerald Lakes medical Clinic .
