I’ve
been
to
a
few
other
“group
fitness”
style
gyms
but
this
is
by
far
the
best.
Each
station
you
go
around
belongs
to
you
for
that
set,
so
you
don’t
feel
like
you
are
comparing
with
the
other
person
in
the
staton
(like
other
gyms
pair
you
with
another
member)
I
never
imagined
doing
boxing
and
ofcourse
this
is
not
training
to
become
a
boxer
but
it’s
great
to
add
to
your
fitness
routine
and
let
out
some
stress
with
a
PUNCH
😎
The
biggest
perk
for
me
is
the
flexible
class
times
with
the
trainer
Usually
open
3hours
in
the
morning
and
afternoon
and
you
just
rock
up
when
you
want
to.
Other
group
fitness
style
gyms
can
have
limited
class
times
and
if
you
miss
the
earlier
class
you
have
to
wait
an
entire
1hour
or
worse
till
the
next
available
which
could
be
when
you’re
working
!
So
you
entirely
miss
out.
For
me
I
have
lazy
morning
but
the
thought
of
being
able
to
go
at
a
flexible
time
actually
give
me
more
motivation.
With
a
small
one
off
payment
you
can
also
access
the
gym
outside
of
the
times
the
trainers
are
there,
so
once
you
are
confident
in
the
routine
and
techniques
this
gives
you
a
lot
more
freedom
as
well.
In
these
extended
hours
you
can
just
do
your
own
thing
as
well!
I
love
the
atmosphere
of
the
gym
in
general.
Great
trainers
to
motivate
you
and
have
a
friendly
chat!
I’ve
tried
larger
gyms
which
are
generally
cheaper,
but
felt
very
uncomfortable
and
overwhelmed
by
super
fit
people
working
out
there
and
ended
up
slacking
off.
But
here
there
are
a
range
of
people
of
all
age,
gender,
body
shapes
and
all
come
here
to
have
fun
and
get
fit!
And
that’s
the
best
way
to
get
your
self
motivated
and
get
moving
!
I’m
only
here
for
a
short
time
before
I
move
overseas
but
would
definitely
come
back
to
this
🤩😎
