We
had
a
really
bad
experience.
On
our
arrival
day,
we
had
no
internet.
They
have
provided
invalid
password
for
the
password
for
the
internet
and
reception
was
closed.
Next
day,
I
have
requested
to
do
room
service
(refill
all
toiletries).
They
have
replied
that
staff
is
not
available
due
to
public
holiday.
So,
I
have
requested
to
do
next
day
but
we
still
didn't
get
it
on
that
days
too.
It
means,
we
lived
in
that
room
with
no
room
service
(no
refill
of
toiletries)
for
4
days.
One
more
disappointed
incident,
we
found
that
dryer
machine
for
clothes
was
not
working
in
our
room.
Therefore,
I
approached
to
reception
with
this
matter
and
they
have
provided
me
the
key
for
the
another
room
to
dry
our
clothes.
But,
I
informed
them
that
I
can
load
all
our
wet
clothes
into
the
dryer
machine
but
I'll
be
back
in
the
evening.
Receptionist
replied,
it's
ok.
You
can
have
the
access
for
that
room
so
you
can
return
it
late
after
received
your
clothes.
But,
while
approach
to
that
room
to
get
my
clothes
then
I
was
shocked
because
our
all
clothes
was
missing.
I
am
making
following
up
with
them
but
no
one
is
cooperating
in
this
matter.
On
there
other
hand,
staff
informed
me
that
we
can
give
you
an
update
tomorrow
as
it's
after
hours
service.
I
requested
them
that
we
have
to
catch
the
flight
early
in
the
morning
at
6.
So,
can
you
please
help
me.
But,
they
are
making
all
false
promises
for
following
up.
All
our
clothes
were
very
valuable.
Very
very
poor
service.....
I
completely
disappointed
😞😞😞
Swell
resort
has
made
my
holiday
unhappy...
