Took my two year old over the weekend- it was very busy as I can understand, however the under 5s section was not managed and was full of much older kids, making it impossible for my son to enjoy any area without being pulverised. We left within 10 minutes. Side note- the front gate into the building has a 400mm gap to the wall. I exited the building through this gap...so I'm guessing a young kid or toddler could easily go walkabout into the carpark 🤔 Edited to add: In response to the reply below, the point of the safety gate is to prevent children from exiting the premises into oncoming traffic. I think you've missed the point by saying you, an average sized adult, cant fit through the gap in the gate. I have attached a photo we took of the gate yesterday. This is ultimately about the safety of our children. I'm not trained in what is an acceptable gap in safety gates, however common sense tells me if my 2 year old son, 8 year old niece, and myself, can all fit through the gap, it probably shouldn't be in use.

Nice place for a party. But expect to be watching your child constantly. 3 staff for 7 party groups + walk-ins, is just not enough for this kind of venue. Prices could be better, they don't really stand up well against competition such as bounce.

This is the 2nd year we have had my sons birthday party here and it was exceptional. We opted to have the catered party and the food was perfect kid finger food, and the fruit platter was a great addition. We had kids from the age of 18 months up to 8 years of age and they all had an incredible time on the inflatable jumping castles/play gym. Staff was friendly and helpful considering how busy it was. We will definitely be back.

BirthdY party the kids had fun.... we had a catered package. Can't complain about the service provided at all. The only weird thing considering the venue activity was that a drink for the kids was not included in our package & given the strenuous activity and the heat inside maybe the most basic package should at least cater a popper for each child.....

Staff are grim-faced, joyless, careless and rude. Brought my kid and her friend here, while they played I was sitting minding my own business when a little toddler came by my table upset because he lost his mother. I took him to the counter and asked them to make an announcement over the loudspeaker. Rather than acting straight away, they seemed to need to talk about it first. Then the older woman who works here spoke to me very rudely and contemptuously, called me "sweetheart" sarcastically and walked off with a tray of food, taking an inordinate amount of time to wander back. They eventually made the announcement but seemed very aggrieved that they had been asked to do so. They gave the situation no urgency and spoke to me as if it was all my fault when I was just trying to help a lost kid.

Amazing - we had our sons birthday here and it was the best party he has had. The staff were exceptional from the moment we enquired till the party finished. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Had a 5th birthday party here and it was great; kids LOVED it which is what you want! Good pricing, efficient service. Would do a party here again and keen to bring kids for a play on a weekend. Thanks!

Private party for child. Best way to do it. Plenty of room and tables provided to set up. Kids love it. Staff really helpful and nice. Proper cafe Coffee available and is very satisfactory. Second time we've had a kid's party there. Parking is fine once others have left.

Attended a party here, they don’t even provide plates or cups. I personally wouldn’t have a party at this venue.

We just had a great experience with our son’s 4th birthday today at inflatable world in Burleigh. The staff were all very nice and helpful specially Megan (the manager I believe). Nothing was too hard and all our guests had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!

Kids had a great time here but its SUPER hot inside. They need to make sure they keep socks stocked up for those to buy who forget theirs. Otherwise great fun for kids.

This has been one of the best indoor sports centres on the Gold Coast for over 10 years now. I have coming here since I was at university. The staff are really welcoming and make you feel apart of the family. Beers are $5, food is all less then $5. We always bring the family, friends and kids down to the venue to ensure we are keeping fit. You can watch and support the soccer, netball and cricket players multiple nights a week. All the players are really friendly and the atmosphere is always really fun. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to bring their kids for indoor sports or the lads wanting to get a group together for social sports. There is something on offer for everyone of all ages. Plenty of mixed sports also.

Like all other inflatable worlds, ok for small kids. Forget about the 10 plus crowd. We had our sons birthday party there and they cram as many parties into a very small space as they can which leaves guests overflowing into neighbouring spaces with no room for anyone to breath. Give it a miss.

Great concept having this indoor bouncy playground for the kids. Have been here twice recently for kids' birthday parties. The cafe makes good coffee & when you ask for extra hot it actually is. They certainly cram the parties in with them side by side outside. The outlook from outside is not appealing unfortunately, there is vacant land next door and a big hole full of dank water from the recent rain. The floor staff supervising the play are very young & don't seem very attentative at times. We stayed until closing time and they had started to deflate the inflatable playground, so I wonder when they actually clean & sanitise all the equipment.

This place is cool. There must be about 20 huge inflatable bouncy castle equivalents. They cycle through them to, rotating some in and out so there is always a range for the kids. Heaps of space to sit and 2 hour time slots for the kids which is surprisingly spot on. Lots of space for parties and a cafe where you can get hot food, drinks and snacks. It’s only open on the weekend as it’s an indoor sport stadium during the week. Great value for what you get. Parents can watch for free. Heaps of parking too.

This place is fantastic for kids. Having hosted and attended several birthday parties at this venue, I can highly recommend it if you are considering somewhere on the Gold Cost to host your child's next birthday. Only downside is the catering. Bring your own.
