This is the 6th time I have booked through Holiday Holiday and once again the customer experience exceeded my expectations. Travelling interstate for the first time with a toddler made me a little nervous however Daniel and Jenny made our choice of apartment and stay such a pleasure! We booked Level 38, 2 bedrooms at Circle on Cavil which was a huge apartment with plenty of space. The balcony also had a deadlock on it which gave me peace of mind with a curious 3 year old. Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and hotel facilities were excellent - huge outdoor pool, kids wading pool, 2 playgrounds close by and indoor pool. Late check in and check out was a breeze and Jenny was very accommodating as we arrived quite late in the evening. Thanks Holiday Holiday see you next year, or sooner! 😁

We stayed at one of the Holiday Holiday apartments on Gold Coast for four nights in June 2023. The apartment was well presented, just like in the photos on the website, it was very clean and cosy, and the views from each balcony were very lovely. The staff at the reception were taking our calls promptly, and willingly accommodated our request to leave the car in the apartment's parking bay, for few more hours post our check out time, while we went to have breakfast and last minute walk around. Thank you Holiday Holiday. We will come back to you when visiting Gold Coast again.

We are very happy to have stayed with holiday holiday. We stayed in chevron renaissance level 32， the view was beautiful. We could see both sunrise and sunset. Staff were friendly. The receptionist Naomi and Jennifer were helpful. Thank you so much

Best experience ever thanks to receptionist Jessica. She was absolutely amazing. She made sure our stay was comfortable and she assisted us with everything we needed assistance with, from parking to extra beds, assistance with strollers and she made sure the apartment was extra clean considering we had children with allergies. We will re book again at end of year.

Stayed here with the kids and it was amazing! Clean, close to everything and very family friendly. The staff, especially Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and it most certainly was! Thank you so much for attending to all our needs and making it such a wonderful stay for all of us! I highly recommend this accomodation and will stay here again for our next Gold Coast holiday!

This is our first time staying with holiday holiday. Staff were friendly and the room were clean. We have 3 children with us they all love the room. Receptionist Shelyn was helpful. Really appreciate it. Room has got great ocean view in H Residences.

It’s easy to book with holiday holiday. We stayed in H residences level 18 with nice ocean view. Room was clean. Compliment to Jennifer from front desk. Easy to access to the beach. Great service and cleanliness was really really good. Will be back again and book with holidayholiday.

Stayed at chevron renaissance n booked through holiday holiday. The staff lily, shelyn, sally n Daniel all provided great customer service and that I would rate 5*! The location n convenience plus all available needs from coles, restaurants, tram stop (Cavill avenue is the nearest stop) to pampering one’s self it has it all. The pool on the 6th floor of tower 2 is wonderful and the beach is only 3 minutes away 😀 the unit is good with 2 spacious bedrooms n 2 bathrooms complete with kitchen n laundry facilities. Simply cannot fault the fantastic view or surfers paradise and the beach. Beautiful day and night. We were on the 24th floor. While the unit itself could use some improvement (have given feedback directly to holiday holiday) it was home away from home for almost a week. Will book with holiday holiday again as they manage some of the best units at chevron as well as surrounding apartments. A huge thank you to the team at holiday holiday😀

We stayed at the Mantra on Cavill and booked through Holiday Holiday. Great location. Stayed in the North tower with direct access to Woolworths. We stayed on the north end in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment that had windows on 3 sides! With river views and ocean views. Wow. We stayed at unit 2171 (floor 17) This unit has been furnished with quality furniture and mattresses. One of the best we’ve stayed at in all Our travels around the world. We will return. We could so live here!

We stayed at chevron renaissance in room 1181. It was great. The room was nice and big and the location was excellent. Having coles and restaurants really close by down stairs made the holiday with 3 small children more manageable

Thanking you so much, we loved our stay in September at Circle of Cavil South Tower 40th floor. The 3 bedroom apartment was amazing, we will be sure to book this apartment again the views were breathtaking and the locstion is so convenient.

We have visited the "Holiday/Holiday" now for the second time and we are so happy with the appartment, where everything you need for some time is there. We stayed at the Chevron Renaissance, appartment number HCHEV2174 (17th floor) with seaviews, which in particular in the morning is fantastic. The service received from staff is ecredible, very helpful. The appartments are alo located near the center of Surfers Paradise and public transport. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the Mantra Circle on Cavill on the 41st floor in a 2 bedroom apartment. We could not fault our stay. The view was amazing and it was so convenient having Woolworths and all the great eateries close by. The mattresses were very comfortable. Walk in robe was very big. The TV in bedroom 1 was very useful. Everything worked well. Spa bath was very relaxing. The single beds in room two could be put together to form one large bed for couples. Apartment was fairly priced. Because we stayed 11 nights we had a mini room service which included fresh towels and bedding. There was no indoor spa as part of the complex but there was an outdoor spa, a steam room and a sauna. There was also an indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools. We paid a $300 bond which came out on the first day. The bond was returned 3 days after we left the apartment. Interactions with Holiday Holiday staff was pleasurable. Thank you for helping us to have a great stay xx.

I cannot recommend Holiday Holiday enough. They were helpful from my very first enquiry all the way through to the end of our stay, obliging and communicative. In addition, the apartment we stayed in at Peppers Soul was fabulous. I already knew where it was so I wasn't surprised about it's fantastic location but the quality of the apartment was lovely, very relaxing and will fitted out. It was exactly as i appeared on their website. Will definitely be staying again.

We stayed at the Circle on Cavil, had a 2 bedroom apartment with a river view to die for. We absolutely loved our stay, apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Added bonus having woolies down stairs. Highly recommend this place close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Plus holiday holiday service is very professional and accommodating to your needs 10 out 10 from us 👍🏼

Just had an amazing 7 nights staying at the H Residences booked through Holiday Holiday! Everything was perfect from booking over the phone last minute, organising our keys for pick up, check in and check out! The hotel could not be any more central to Cavill Ave and the beach! We were on level 5 and had a beautiful view from our balcony. We look forward to booking with Holiday Holiday again and would definitely recommend them and the H Residences!

Highly recommend holiday holiday, friendly staff and the owner was delightful. Clean room with spectacular views of the ocean and the heart of surfers paradise. Our family booked our stay at holiday holiday last minute due to our previous accommodation being cancelled 2 days ahead of our stay. We couldn't be more happier with our choice. The pool area's are perfect for a late night swim or to laze by the sunbeds with a cocktail. Our apartment had everything we needed and woolworths just a short walk. Thanks team, we cannot wait to come back

The room is gorgeous with a beautiful view. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the chairs were not comfortable lol, my husband and I are not small people so when we’d sit on the balcony chairs they felt like they were going to break, and the living room couch was not functioning - it was two pieces that come together to form a corner lounge but if you sat in the corner it would separate, which made for very uncomfortable movie nights lol. Not a big deal tho just thought it was worth mentioning, aside from that, the location and cleanliness were 5 stars, easy check in and check out, easy parking instructions. We had a good time!

We stayed on level 24 at Circle On Cavill, the 2 bedroom apartment was stunning and was recently renovated. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we got to check in early too. The ground level parking setup can be tricky as we took the wrong lift and got a little lost. Only criticism would be they need to supply more products for the longer staying guests, the dishwashing powder etc wasn’t enough for our length of stay.

Perfect apartment with great service! Holiday holiday was easy to contact and arrange. Great high room with ocean views and and quiet room. Had two parks which makes it easy to not worry about cars. Was in apartment 1433 room 43. Must see. Would stay again!

Great customer service and they checked up on us until we arrived. Also very welcoming to the customers. So much cheaper then other hotels and best location next to all the supermarkets and the beach

This is our first time booking with holidayholiday. We stayed in a sub penthouse level 38 room 3382 in chevron renaissance. Room were clean with great ocean room. Big 3 bedroom apartment. Jennifer at the reception were very helpful. Will be back again.

My family and I stayed in this amazing huge apartment 1005 level 10 at Mantra Sun City Surfers Paradise. It’s within a easy 5-10 minutes walk into Surfers or catch the tram which is right outside the resort only a couple of bucks $ tap on and tap off with credit card or your mobile, my family and I had the best time in this beautiful resort and massive apartment with amazing ocean and city views. We have stayed in dozens of resorts in Surfers and this one is up there as one of the best with the 2 spas 3 pools, sauna, steam room and gym we didn’t want to go home 😂

Had a fantastic couple of nights in room 2414, 41st floor ocean views were magnificent and the apartment was very spacious and clean! Super friendly staff and great facilities and an awesome location. Can't wait to stay again!

Looking over the pool and towards the beach with full morning sun, what a great way to start the day. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which were clean and well equipped with with everything you need.
