I have been a patient at this practice since 2017 and I am very pleased with the excellent attention I have received. The doctors are all dedicated, friendly and kind. The reception staff are always friendly. I hope the practice remains bulk billed because pensioners like me appreciate this service. I have complete trust in my doctor at this practice.

The receptionists are very professional and understanding. My experience with the doctors are good, they are professionals and helpful with diagnosing your medical conditions/issues.

What a nice surprise. I moved recently from Melbourne and was looking for a new GP. This clinic is conveniently located close to my work and was highly recommended to me. Everything went well. The girls at the front desk are amazing. Dr Camila was fantastic and throughout and helped me sort out various issues. So far I’ve been there twice and very happy with the service.

We are on holidays in Queensland. My husband needed to see a doctor. Easy booking via HotDoc. We were able to get an appointment on the same day. They also bulk bill. The receptionist and the obs nurse made us feel welcome. He saw Dr Sridhar Kothiri. Very pleasant and thorough. Would recommend the practice and the doctor.

First time visit. Receptionist was nice. Poor lady worked all by herself with phone calls keep coming in, and deal with patients come in to the counter at the same time, plus whatever works she need to do. She managed perfectly with smiles but I can see the stress she is having in her mind. Doctor was also showed care and professional.

Our doctor was jovial and shared our jokes making our visit enjoyable and memorable. Reception was efficient and friendly too. Been going here for years , there’s been lots of staff changes on reception but we always go back. Hubby who is hard to get to go to a dr liked our dr and that makes the visit so much easier

First time visiting docs here in this beautifull country. Very accommodating called in asked to see a doc. filled form in and was seen by a doc within 15mins. Very satisfied.

Received phone call after appointment the staff said need to pay this time, they're not bulk billing anymore. Is that they should inform when I book the appointment, or before the appointment?! They should send email, message or phone call to let people know the changes. Even when I came to the reception at check-in nobody informed. That's ridiculous, if let me know before the appointment that's no problem, but called me ask to pay after appointment that's unacceptable.

As always, refuse to prescribe proven anti anxiety and despite heavy panic and social anxiety im given anti depressants despite the anxiety crippling me, which list as side effects "may cause insomnia, increase anxiety". I mean honestly. I went here for mental health plan and to get some temp help on medication i know well and is proven to work. Instead im given something banned in canada as not even proven to work and whose actual effects will worsen the very symptoms i attended for. Something very wrong with this places policy against anti anxiety medication. Every time i go here i leave feeling hopeless desperate and totally unheard.

Dr Praveen & Dr Ramana are the most empathetic, engaging and compassionate doctors on the coast. Very friendly staff from start to finish. Didn't feel rushed. Can't believe they still bulk bill considering how good the service is. Thanks to all.

I brought my toddler to the Dr this morning for his 18 month immunisations. His last needles were a total disaster in WA as he is very strong and struggled and kicked the needle out of the nurses hands. Today the nurse and dr helped us and it was such a great experience. They made a very stressful situation, totally stress free. Wonderful clinic!

I recently moved to Australia and I can really say that this medical centre has competent and helpful doctors (in particular, thank you so much to Dr. Camila Marques De Castro) and very nice and kind secretaries! I also easily found the appointment via app, which is practically impossible to find in other medical centres in Mudgeeraba and, many times, they also cancel the visit at the last minute. So, I recommend anyone to go in this clinic in Robina, in case of need.

Appointments are always on time & staff very efficient and helpful. My doctor is always on the ball with my health issues & ensures any necessary tests are carried out. I am very grateful that this clinic still bulk bills. As a pensioner this is very important to me. Thank you

The friendly staff were very attentive from the moment I walked in the door to book an appointment. On returning the next day for the appointment, I received the same warm treatment. A refreshing change was that the doctor was on time, smiling & excited to see me, a new client. He was a pleasure to deal with as was the female doctor my wife also saw. As a first time experience after relocating from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, we are so glad we found the right Medical Centre immediately without searching too far & wide. Being an over 65 pensioner, I was also delighted to find a clinic that bulk bills. I immediately had my medical record transferred from my old GP in Brisbane, another task they assisted me with & look forward to a long term relationship with this Medical Centre.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely welcome I got on my wife’s and my arrival. The receptionists were very helpful, ever so friendly and very informative. The doctor and his medical student were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for making our visit so memorable, we are changing from our previous medical centre to yours!
