The receptionist with the dark hair is super rude , called to ask if they were open her reply being well I wouldn’t be a so if we weren’t , once I arrived she asked if I had a mask in which I replied sorry no she then proceeds to say there is a sign on the door just in case you can’t read !!! I than sat down with my 2 young children my toddler was playing with a teddy that plays music not loud at all which she tells me to turn off, not sure if she has any children herself but trying to entertain a child in waiting room restrained in a pram isn’t the easiest!! Needs a good hard look in the mirror at her self and maybe find a different job if she hates interacting with people so much !! Left without my sick daughter seeing a doctor because of her rude attitude

Dr Richard Ayling should loose his medical licence. Please don’t take your children to see him, complete waste of time. He was careless, aggressive, arrogant, condescending and unhelpful. Worst doctors experience I’ve ever had. He told me “I couldn’t tell you” when I asked his medical opinion on my 11 month old. When I asked if he would view her my health record to see two prior doctors notes he said no. He said to me numerous times when I was describing the problem “did you study medicine?”. He had no knowledge or advice or seemed as though he’s lost his mind in old age. He was continuously cutting me off & speaking over me, even to the point of yelling & rambling. Didn’t want to listen just wanted to get you out the door and collect his pay check.Generally traumatising experience. Clearly has no care for well-being of his patients. Plus a 2.5 hour wait time for nothing.

I am sitting at palm beach medical in excruciating pain with a dental abscess, having returned after attending this morning for a script for antibiotics The receptionist Wendy, ordered me to stand at the other side of the reception desk, saying “don’t stand there!” (I was trying to get my Medicare card out of my bag and wallet, as I mentioned in extreme pain, in readiness for her) When asking me the standard questions she cut me off before I had finished answering her, asking the next question before I had finished answering the previous one. It’s typical narcissistic behaviour, hostile to me and putting on fake saccharine behaviour to others. What a horrible old woman. I hope I never have to come back again

“You will be called in turn unless there is an emergency.” A baby that doesn’t appear overly upset with an ear infection is not an emergency when they arrived 5mins before opening. A pregnant woman who arrived an hour early to be first in line with an ear infection should have got priority. The old lady receptionist picking and choosing the priority based on what she deemed as priority is not the same as “emergency”. Clinic needs to change their protocols on the wall which clearly state “emergency” to “as receptionist decides priority”. If the child was clearly in distress I wouldn’t have any concerns waiting as it obviously would need help. Doctor was lovely though. Change the protocols on the wall to what the process actually is.

I visited this after hours clinic last Sunday morning at 7am, as I was in pain and needed medical attention. The doors opened on time, I was greeted by a helpful & friendly receptionist, the doctor saw me promptly, and I received a script for my recovery. I am so grateful this service is in my community, and I recommend it! The people who work these after hours hours are to be commended. I am better - Thank you!!

Most careless, grumpy, incompetent Drs ever! Won't even listen to your concern. As a trained nurse I understand the long hours, stress, pressure etc but if you can't handle it take a holiday.. don't come to work to give people wrong medication for serious infections, so they have to suffer and end up with complications for months unnecessarily!! 2nd time I came in to try and explain I was given the wrong medication and amout of the rude Dr R Singh cut me off mid sentence and just reprinted the same script, gave it to me and told me to have a good day. Absolutely wouldn't even go there! Receptionists are just as rude. Most of them! 0 people skills.

Worst receptionist I’ve ever seen in my life. I have a cyst in my sinus and Goldcoast university hospital doctors said that in future I will get inflammation so,I went to after hours Palmbeach and receptionist was so rude, arrogant. I was in extremely pain and she refused to give me an appointment because I have sinus problems. She said I have to do RAT otherwise I can’t see the doctor. I tried to explain her about my problem but she didn’t want to listen anything.very disappointed with this kind of experience.

Went in and saw Dr Ramesh Singh for a buldging disc in my back because I was in ALOT of pain and he told me to take my wedding ring off and cracked my knuckle and that should fix . my buldging disc and please stand up now. There was no change in my condition. This guy cannot be a qualified GP and must be reported to the AMA. What a joke .....I left the practice still in agony. Thanks

We needed to see a doctor last minute on a Sunday and walked straight in. I was very grateful for the prompt service and diagnosis. With script in hand, within 15mins, we were on our way. Thank you.

Poor experience overall. Receptionist demonstrates poor communication with patients. I was told my blood results were back and I needed to book a consultation to discuss them, 2 minutes later the lady told me there were no results to discuss as they were fine. So I left the practice. 2 days later she calls to tell me my blood results are ready and I need to book with the GP to discuss the results. The practice lacks organisation and clear communication surrounding patient results, which is pretty concerning. However, there was one receptionist who I had a positive experience with, she was friendly and helpful.

It was a long wait, which was expected, but the receptionist and GP were wonderful - kind, knowledgeable and efficient.

After having the most disgraceful experience a week ago in Christchurch New Zealand at an afterhours clinic, my ailment deteriorated while in Australia. I went to this facility with low expectations considering the NZ standard, and was so surprised to be greeted by a lovely chirpy woman behind the counter, who actually seemed to care. The doctor saw me within 20 minutes on this Easter Sunday and I was given appropriate medication which instantly made me feel better. I was happily shocked by the efficiency of this after hours clinic .

Don’t recommend going to this doctors he prescribe me penicillin for tonsillitis told him that I’m breastfeeding & family members are allergic to penicillin he said it doesn’t matter the baby will be fine.. tried ask if there another I could take he said no.. (the chemist did say he could given me something different) obviously makes more money off this one… Got my prescription & they said I need be very careful if there reactions in my family with penicillin… that I need watch my baby as he can break out in rashes & his tongue could swell.. Not only am I sick my self now I have to watch my baby like a hawk… $40 later too.. I will be going to doctors In morning to get something different thanks for wasting my night money and completely prescribing me wrong 😑

The receptionist was so rude. The doctor was even worse, took my 4 year old in with an ear infection and the doctor was yelling at him while my son was beside himself in pain and fear. Such a horrible experience in a place that is suppose to help people.

Dr Richard Ayling is a lovely Dr who just helped my 7 year old daughter. The receptionist was kind enough to prioritise us because we had a toddler with us. Thank you so much for your help!

Fast, efficient service. The lady on reception was pretty surly, but the Dr was lovely and very good. Bulk billing was an added bonus
