    Consistently rude and terrible receptionists! Disgusting phone manners and I strongly suggest to avoid at all costs! Every single time I called or went in for an appointment reception staff were consistently rude and terrible at their job. Honestly how hard is it to be a decent kind human, particularly to their older patients. What I witnessed and how the reception staff treated their patients I WILL NEVER BE BACK! As for the doctors, they are not terrible, however be prepared to wait over 50 mins for your appointment then be rushed in and out with minimal time to address concerns.

    Horrible customer service, rude and dishonest receptionists, aggressive and intimidating doctors and a doctor that tries to scam you by charging a higher price for a procedure than he quoted in the initial consult. I will never return to this practice and since the practice manager has so far not returned my call I will likely take my complaint to the Office of the Health Ombudsman. Myhealth Robina should not be trusted, they are liars and horribly rude. Just read some of these other reviews! If you go to this practice you will leave in a worse condition than when you arrived.

    I've had a handful of experiences with Myhealth Robina so far, and all have been super positive. Doctors were running on time, receptionists were friendly and special mention to Dr. Lachlan Thompson who provided an attentive and compassionate consultation regarding my knee injuries. Was super impressed with his patient care!

    The doctors here are excellent and very helpful. Not long waiting times unlike other doctor practice's where you are waiting almost an hour to be seen. I have been coming here for 2 years, and I recommend everyone to these doctors. Reception staff could do with smiling a bit more, as mentioned in many previous reviews but we can't blame them. They probably have a tough job.

    Had a few bad experiences here but one Dr wanted to charge me different amounts to sign documents. This tantamounts to extortion. I refused to kowtow to these corrupt agents of big pharma. They blacklisted me and I reported them to the ombudsman. Sadly, nothing could be done about rectifying the issue. Would give these guys 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs and DO NOT BE PRESSURED by grifters into paying EXTRA HIGH AMOUNTS to sign forms of a medical nature. Best to avoid. Will never return here. The doc concerned I wrote about earlier is extremely rude and uncouth. He needs a crash course in what the Hippocratic Oath means. Disgusted to the core!!!

    After having an ageing doctor at a previous medical practice who, on 3 separate occasions, printed off other patients' blood results and gave them to me, I realised it was necessary to find a new doctor. After a few tries, my Skin Care doctor suggested I try Dr Freya Paton. At first, both Dr. Freya and I trod carefully with each other as I am a retired Nurse Manager, but I very soon realised how well Dr. Freya concentrates and listens. Dr. Freya has helped me through 5 or 6 major surgeries and countless pain procedures plus heart investigations under anaesthetic over the past few years. Her medical judgement is second to none, so those reviewers criticising her, appear not to have given her a chance. Dr. Freya is a reserved person initially, but I can reassure anyone reading this review, that she listens to her patients and will take on a specialist on your behalf if need be. She makes certain to follow-up test results too. We get on extremely well and respect each others' professional backgrounds. Maybe those making criticism of this doctor should know that she too understands bad pain due to her badly fractured ankle last year. I can honestly say, as a retired Nurse Manager, that Dr. Freya is the best GP I have had in 20 years. Other doctors in this practice have also treated me with helpfulness and respect when Dr. Freya was having her own ankle surgery. We downsized for health reasons but still travel a half hour to see Dr. Paton. FOURSTARS for my doctor. The loss of a star is for Molly, one of the receptionists, who struggles to handle her workload. A smile wouldn't hurt. Staff are human too. Treat them badly, expect non cooperation! The profiles of negative reviewers indicate they are Negative Nancy types also now known as Karen.

    Turned up for appointment today (12/12/22) booked online to a non welcoming receptionist who said she had no record of it. Thinking it must be my mistake I checked my phone and found confirmation, showed it to her & then she confesses that there was a glitch in the system. I had cold symptoms (neg RAT) but was made to feel I should stand outside so I did. No chairs provided. Received a missed call from them so went back inside surgery & checked at counter, apparently Dr tried to phone me. Another call received from Dr Jyoti Ravikumar ā€¦ worst consult ever over phone whilst I was standing at their front door!. So uncaring. If you are in poor health you certainly wonā€™t feel any better from this type of care! Feeling SO unwell & paracetamol not helping. (Canā€™t take ibuprofen) I asked her for some panadeine (not panadeine forte) she said you canā€™t get a lower dosage of codeine other than panadeine forte. Discussed this with pharmacistā€¦. You CAN get lower dosage of codeine. I feel sorry for the generations that come after me. No empathy or support when you need it. Iā€™m 67 and on no regular medication & only go to Drs when absolutely necessary. I really miss the GP I had in NSW for 40 years, she knew me, trusted me & gave me respect. So many GPS here on the Gold Coast ā€¦ and Iā€™ve tried a few ā€¦treat patients like a number. I know my body better than any one & I certainly donā€™t want to hurt it! Ps I recommendā€¦ā€¦a booked online after hours Dr phone appointmentā€¦You get what you want but you have to listen to the Drs own family issues for 30 minsā€¦.he gets a long consult fee as a result!šŸ¤— How sad is this! I donā€™t have any respect for the health system anymore! Iā€™ve worked in it!

    Appalling Reception staff!! Not once have I ever been greeted when arriving. Stand at the desk waiting for an acknowledgmentā€¦ nothing. The lady with the blonde hair should not be working in this industry. Atrocious phone manner. It feels like they go out of their way to be unhelpful. The drs are actually good but like other patients Iā€™m totally turned off this place by the reception staff!!

    Very bad reception. No friendly, no good explanations, you don't know that a good reception is the face of your clinic, it's fundamental and basic of any business. I cancelled my appointment only for the bad response from reception. I prefer to find a place with nice and friendly people.

    I've told them numerous times to stop sending mail to my po box. STOP IT! You need to update all your contacts and patient's with your actual address and make sure noone has my po box. I just throw your patient's letters and doctor's letters in the bin. Update your address otherwise your intended recipients are not getting their mail. Not my problem ;) this has gone on for over 2 years now. And no I'm not going to redirect every letter that is accidentally in my po box. If I did that I'd be doing at least 2 or 3 a week. Please deal with it at your end. Thanks in advance. I'm over it and I'm sure your patients are too.

    I would like to say MyHealth Robina has the best receptionists and Doctors on the Gold Coast. Short waiting time, easy and available appointments, clean, friendly environment. Extra thank you to Molly and Wendy are awesome.

    Very bad experience that I do not wish anyone to go through. I first went with a pain in my pelvis and had to insist the GP to send me to get ultrasounds. When I received the results she called to make an urgente appointment. Once I had the appointment Dr Jyoti Ravikumar told me that she believed I had cancerā€¦ she sent me to an specialist to check what I had, but told me that ā€œbecause of your symptoms I believe you have cancerā€. Like that! There was no empathy or care at all. Instead of saying more investigation is needed, she basically gave a diagnosis in the spot. Not to say I was alone, had to drive home, freaked out after her ā€œdiagnosisā€. Iā€™m never coming back to this medical centre.

    So rude. You really feel like you are inconveniencing them by having a medical problem to deal with. I have never experienced such poor care in my life. I will not be going back and I will encourage others not to go there.

    I went here to see a GP because of my ingrown toenail. The GP persisted in making a microbiology test for me although I did NOT require for one, and the GP did NOT inform us that there will be any cost on the test. However, few weeks later I received an invoice from a company named Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology, referred by the GP that I had, claiming that I made a pathology medical service. I called MyHealth, and the receptionist claimed that they "can't do anything", and I "have to call that pathology company or call my insurance center", and hung up before I could say anything. I then tried to call back again, but the front desk hung up straight away. The poor attitude of the receptionist and the action of recklessly charging customers without informing makes me very disappointed.
