This store is without a doubt the most disgusting food store I've ever been in. The place was absolutely filthy, internally and externally. Drink all over the floors, food scraps throughout the store, rubbish on floors, not a single clean table. Literally the dirtiest food outlet I've seen worldwide. We were there for over 20 minutes and nothing was cleaned. The store was empty at that stage.

The food and decor is all this store has in keeping with the chain. Its dirty or dated . I had always believed that rest rooms in these places had to be clean. The franchise owner should have a good hard look at this area and question what they get for the industry award wages they pay (peanuts) . If my management team could not achieve a better result from their staff I would be sending them in to clean the bloody things..

It’s been twice chicken we bought were black . They’ve been cooking the chicken in old oil . Not happy. We gave here another chance and so far so good hence 3 stars instead of one.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. The area in front of the counter was covered in greasy shoe/boot prints. The dining area had litter on the tables and floor... there was a bottle of cleaning product left on a table full of rubbish. Obviously this store had been extremely busy(i am hoping.. as an excuse).. the only burger option was tenders - no zingers, no fillets. We ordered a salad bowl (that was half full and only available with tenders) , a zinger box (minus the zinger) and an ultimate box (with a piece of original rib piece that was not consumable). The original piece was smaller than a wing and had a burnt oil taste and appearance (large black burn hole in the middle). The chicken actually tasted off and was not consumed. The only saving grace was the burgers, even though we had no option but to have them with tenders.

Awesome staff I dealt with. Super genuinely happy to serve me. Her smile was completely contagious and had me smiling straight away. Chicken was cooked perfectly and was crunchy as cruncgy can get on the outside and super moist on the inside.. chips were perfectly salted and drink icey cold I really appreciated this KFC and it is now my favourite KFC that I know will probably not serve me sloppy burgers. and super stale chips. If you want KFC it's worth driving past the other stores to get here.... Not all KFC is equal 😏😏🤣🙏🕊️💜

Bring back jed! Today I was craving a zinger box so I head into my favourite kfc the pines, itching to meet jed the cook. I head in there to which I couldn’t see him I ask the lady at the front to which she says “he quit” I blow up into a domestic rage and punch holes in all Tables I need Jed

The chicken was so over cooked and small that was given 5 pieces instead of 3, it didn't look like chicken. Also the chips always seem to be old, never had fresh cooked chips there

Worst Service ever the store was so dirty and untidy. the young boy didn't even offer a try or a bag for the food.

I just had take away meal from.This branch, oh my gosh it was obsoloatly discussting, the chicken was smelly and so under cooked , th2 chips was dry and cold and smell like yucky oil. I couldnt finish the meal and bin it while I paid $14 for it . NEVER EVER BACK TO KFC , NEVER AGAIN

The absolute WORST kfc. The food quality here is absolutely horrible, nothing is ever fresh, chips are always soggy and taste like they’re cooked in weeks old oil, burgers are slop and lukewarm. Just go to currumbin, this kfc has been TRASH for years
