This is the dirtiest food place I've eaten at in Australia. There were food scraps on the counter when I walked in the door and still there when I left 25 minutes later. There was rubbish on the floor and on tables. The service was terrible and the food was greasey. So bad that I had to mop up the oil off my chicken with a napkin. This wasn't a one off. I have eaten there regularly over the past months and there is a lot of room for improvement.

Did a drive through for 4 Zinger Boxes - very fast service, employees were nice and the food was of course finger lickin’ delicious 🍗 If the photo looks like the food was “cold” it was only because we waited an hour or two before eating and that’s when I took the photo - food was great!

We went and got takeaway the other night 2 snack packs and 2 zinger twisters. The snack packs came with no extra super charge sauce as requested & barely a very small portion of food. Rang up and got a voucher for the food as I was unhappy with the food amount etc. We then went to redeem the voucher today & the manager handled our request very well. She packed the order herself to ensure quality control with met and everything was to standard. We were very happy this issue was resolved with good management. Thank you

Absolutely the best KFC on the Gold Coast! KFC Burleigh Heads never disappoints. Every time I visit, I'm met with fresh and hot food that tantalizes the taste buds. The store itself stands out, but it's the incredible team that makes every experience memorable. Hands down, my favourite spot for a delicious treat! Highly recommended.

More often than not they forget to put things you ordered in the bag. Ordered food from them 4 times and 3 times it was missing items. Avoid.

Me and my friend ordered a mixed feast and we disappointed when we opened the bag. BOTH of the two large chips were less than half full. I work at a kfc too so I could tell they were clearly old and soggy aswell.

Best KFC on the GC always hot and fresh best chips, good service from them all too, been to the others and nothing compares. Will keep driving from mermaid waters! Cheers guys

Continually sell food that’s just on its use buy date and is going off Two times this has happened with coleslaw Took the first one back and the manager spent five minutes arguing with me .. , thst I should’ve eaten the day before the use buy date ?? Her logic was totally flawed seeing I bought it 2 days beforehand . Her attitude was rude and dismissive absolutely disgusting customer service

This is the best kfc ever! I was in the dining area trying to get a girls number she didn’t seem interested until a worker by the name jacob came around the corner to which he said “thanks for letting me borrow your lambo and $10,000 cash” as he walks away the lady I was talking to gradually gets more interested without this jacob fellow I wouldn’t be married right now 10/10

This must be the worst Kentucky. They gave me the incorrect meal and charged me $4.95 for a small coleslaw. Didn't recoeve any napkins. Didn't find out till we were km away. We were going to dine in but tables were filthy

I'd ordered on the KFC app which included 4 pieces of original chicken and 4 KFC burgers. When I went to pick up my order at approx 6.15 on a Friday night I was told they were out of original receipe chicken and I'd have to wait 18 minutes. How the hell do you not have enough chicken during your busy period on a Friday night. Plus they got my burgers wrong. Pretty bloody useless

Always drive all the way from Mermaid! Twice now I ordered, and actually had to spit it out ! And in the Bin ( The chips were cold and soggy, and the potatoes were of the glossy taste? The chicken pop corn was ice cold and hard , the Chicken strip were Over cooked ! Not fresh and old chewy taste! (Refer to photo) 2nd time this happened now. Very disappointed .

Drive through service excellent, food hot and fresh. Staff friendly enough, I don’t expect a red carpet song & dance welcome, job was done well. Overall excellent.

Unfortunately the food was a let down. I have worked at kfc before. The chips tasted as though they had been pulled to early and left sitting way too long. We had both hot and spicy and original, the original was great nice and hot how ever the hot & spicy tasted really dry and warm.

Really slow service. Ordered 2 items received one. When questioned for second item they give me a second drink not the chicken.
