Update:I have been a regular here for acupuncture and the occasional consultation. First impressions if anything, have been improved upon. These people really brighten my day! My first visit to this practice. It was busy but the wait time was not bad. The admin staff are lovely! I was also impressed with the doctor. I'll be booking medical appointments here in the future.

The receptionists are excellent with great customer service, always helping. Dr Aung is a champion and helped me immensely the last 3 months due to major surgery. He really cares, a true champion.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, easy access for people who have disability or mobility needs. A suggestion if you have mobility issues, park under cover in the spaces provided for those who have disabilities and catch the lift right from the parking area to the first floor. No steps, from your car to the reception, no distance to walk. Friendly safe environment.

Well just to say In all my adulthood life have never met a general practitioner that treats a patient with utter disrespect & unprofessionalism as dr Aung aye he was abruptly arrogant I was horrified i had left that room in tears. i will be also reporting my experience to the director health minister The way I was treated i hope he doesn't treat his wife or anyone the way he treated me yesterday .

Excellent fast and efficient service, Receptionist and Doctor very professional and friendly. Modern and clean centre, on the site nurse as well as Pathology. Used to go Beenleigh - Top Health Doctors, but give up, as no available appointments all the times. I can't wait 3 days for an appointment when I'm sick. Beenleigh Mall Medical Centre - easy online sign up and lots appointments available they even open Saturday and Sunday. Also on site available - Acupuncture service. Only downside is it is little a bit more expensive but everything is expensive these days now. Definitely worth it. Very happy with the service overall. Highly recommend to everyone.

Been here a few years now and always had high praises of the practice however they’ve really gone down hill as of late. I was told my daughter was ineligible to get her vaccination due to her not being old enough however I then got a letter from the government stating she was in fact overdue. I was willing to give the practice another go as it could have been an easy mix up on their end BUT todays money grabbing technique by the nurse and younger receptionist was absolutely disgusting. They tried to claim my health care card is invalid and make me pay however I called Centrelink and they said it’s IS VALID and if it wasn’t I wouldn’t have had a digital copy on the app. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with how the nurse and receptionist tried to scam a sick patient and I will be reporting this further.

I travel from Toombal is worth the excellent friendly receptionist and Doctor since toombal flooding. Best ever medical center I've been to and hope other medical center's learn from Beenleigh receptionist on how to be friendly and respectable to Doctor's patient's. They go above to help you out and respectful and friendly. I recommend Beenleigh Mall Medical Centre for excellent service and how people are 100 per cent cared for by receptionist and Doctor's, being friendly and respectful and caring. I see a lot of negative reviews but I've been to this practise 3 times and my Dr has been extremely caring and knowledgeable I personally haven't had to wait to long while attending my appointments but I understand that some practises can have a long wait

Booked a last minute appointment on a Sunday, got in quickly, wasn’t too expensive and the staff were lovely

Great practice! Lovely welcoming staff on reception. Highly recommend Dr Nyi Nyi. Amazing with children and really takes his time to make you feel comfortable. Also explains things well so you are able to understand without feeling like you are being rushed out the door. If you are looking for a great Dr I highly recommend Dr Nyi Nyi :)

I would just like to thank the Nurse and Dr Sai for helping my son last Friday afternoon just before closing when my son all of sudden became I'll we rushed him into the practice and was quick seen by Dr Sai. Thank you both for quick response and compassionate..

Dr Sai Kahn Lu saw me this morning, the appointment was on time, which was great. I presented with a sore, swollen eye. He took my pulse, temperature asked me if I needed a cert. for work. When I asked why my eye was sore he said he didn't know, handed me the certificate. Later today a contact lens that had been in there two weeks came out when I rubbed my eye. Must have been a double up in my individual contact pouch as I'm sure of removing one from each eye. Disappointed Dr Sai didn't even look, just thought I wanted a day off.

I’ve been seeing Dr Nyi Nyi Hlaing a few times since August 2023. He has been helpful identifying the issues and providing me beneficial information to improve my health. He takes his time to ensure the patients health needs are addressed accurately and appropriately. Appointment times at the clinic may be late (doesn’t happen often), but it’s honestly worth the wait and I’m positive the staff are working hard to ensure patients health needs are met. Highly recommend this clinic.

Had been a patient for quiet some time and enjoyed the service, how ever of recent times it appears to be continuous “band-aid” fixes to keep you coming back weekly

Use to be a good doctor surgery but unfortunately it’s gone down hill. They don’t handle mental health patients Well they stop seeing my adult son over a call his dad made who suffers mental illness and too be charging in a low income area is pathetic

The older lady at the front desk (I think I heard her say her name was Trish?) had quite a rude personality. I understand she must have been wanting to go home, but her attitude was not great. However, the nurse and doctor were fantastic!

The staff are always lovely & welcoming when you arrive. Greeting you by name, making you feel at ease, just a little more comfortable when you come in. The Doctors are thorough & concise with their assistance, no matter if you feel like it’s a small worry or something very important. I get reminders on my care plans & medication updates, helping to keep me on top of things. So, very worthy of their 5 stars. Thank you to the team.

Best medical centre that we have ever been to. Doctors are so understanding of what's needed & put everything in place to happen. The staff & nurses are so caring & always a wonderful welcome congrats to you all for an excellent service👍👍
