I
called
to
book
a
Telehealth
appoint
as
I
had
flu
like
symptoms
and
was
unable
to
attend
in
person.
A
young
lady
had
to
double
check
when
I
last
attended
the
practice
to
see
my
eligibility.
She
said
it’s
fine
and
I
should
receive
a
phone
call
just
after
1pm
for
the
appointment.
At
2:56pm
I
received
a
phone
call
from
a
lady
(Julie?)
who
said
unfortunately
I
was
not
eligible
to
receive
a
phone
call
as
I
had
not
been
in
in
the
last
6
months.
I
know
accidents
happen
and
I
am
by
no
means
upset
at
this
First
Lady
who
took
the
booking
as
she
may
be
new.
As
it
was
now
3pm,
I
am
unable
to
go
to
any
other
practice
or
organise
a
Telehealth
as
1.
I
have
not
been
to
any
other
practice
in
the
last
6
months
&
2.
All
appointments
were
booked.
I
was
told
by
the
lady
(Julie?)
that
unfortunately
there
is
nothing
they
can
do
and
to
call
up
on
Thursday
when
the
practice
manager
is
back.
I
asked
if
possible
to
receive
some
sort
of
letter
outlining
that
an
administrative
error
had
occurred
so
I
could
provide
this
as
evidence
to
my
work
that
I
wasn’t
lying.
She
said
no
and
that
my
only
option
is
call
back
on
Thursday.
I
asked
if
she
could
inform
the
practice
manager
by
email,
she
responded
no
as
she
does
not
have
access
to
email
and
does
not
send
any
internal
emails.
I
asked
if
she
could
please
leave
a
note
or
just
inform
the
practice
manager
so
she
is
aware.
She
refused
and
said
no,
the
only
thing
I
can
do
is
call
back.
She
then
raised
her
voice
as
had
I
at
this
point
because
not
only
had
she
suggested
i
go
else
where,
she
CLEARLY
did
not
want
to
inform
the
practice
manager
of
the
debacle.
When
I
requested
to
speak
to
someone
in
charge
she
placed
me
on
hold
for
maybe
30seconds
came
back
and
said
unfortunately
there
is
nothing
I
can
do
for
you.
I
asked
if
the
lady
(Julie?)
was
then
second
in
charge,
she
said
no,
I
said
may
I
speak
to
that
person
then?
She
again
said
no.
After
not
once
ounce
of
assistance
or
acknowledgment
of
the
error
to
provide
forward
to
the
practice
manager
she
said
we
are
going
in
circles
and
I
am
going
to
hang
up….
Which
she
did
in
fact
terminate
the
call.
Judging
by
the
reviews,
it
seems
there
is
already
a
well
known
ISSUE
with
particular
admin
(Julie?).
I
will
not
return,
please
fix
your
procedures
to
handle
issues
like
this
in
the
future.
I’m
sure
the
community
would
be
greatly
pleased.
