Might be a bit longer wait now since they are the only food delivery left after the floods, but the food is always perfection! Never had a bad meal. 😊🤤

Disgraceful experience on the 16/12/2022, got delivery only to get the wrong pizza, they said they would send out a fresh one and 45 minutes later Istill had nothing, went into store to see what was happening, stood in store for 15 minutes to not have one staff member assist me as the bloke up front just sat there answering phone calls. Literally called the store in front of him and he picked up and that was the only way to get their attention. Waited once more for 15 minutes after speaking to the bloke and they didn't even give me an apology or a wait time on this to be sorted out. No compensation for any of this whatsoever exept the replacement for the wrong delivery, even after this the pizza was missing ingredients as they had ran out of them? they never informed me of this, just expected me to be happy with this. After an hr of waiting they gave me the pizza but before doing so the manager tired to scold me for coming in and "harassing their staff" and saying that my being there was not funny, ...like i would wait an hr for some pizza to be funny, its absolutely disgusting that the manager after hearing what was happening with my food would have the audacity to play the victim. Word cannot describe how disgraceful my experience was

As a once regular, this dominos store is pathetic - at least since the new owners took over. Terrible quality pizzas. Terrible customer service and the staff are rude and arrogant. None of the offers ever work. They are just trying to milk more money from the customers. How dare you raise prices compared to every other dominos in the region when we were the most hard hit during the floods. People are still recovering. Just a pathetic cash grab from the owners. Hope the head office has a word with them. Learn to train your staff better and to the owners - do better.

I usually go to Alstonville due to this store charging $8 for a pizza that is $5 almost everywhere else. With that said we decided to order the 3 pizzas and 2 sides along with some other additional pizzas as it was the only place opened. I mean look at the meat lovers, that is supposed to have bacon and pepperoni and bbq sauce????? and how is it cut with scissors??? People are leaving 1* reviews for a reason, be warned... and I had high expectations for this place when it changed hands last year.....

Ordered a pepperoni new Yorker. What a disappointment. I'm not somone to usually waste the time with negative reviews, but this had to be shared as I am a recurring customer. The box is huge and when I opened it... Small as. Pizza was small, toppings were slim and about 4-5 cm of just crust from the sides. Base was also dry. Not well presented. You'd think if you pay upwards of $26 for a pizza you'd get something decent. Will never use Goonellabah Domino's again. First and last. Wish I could add photos, words don't justify..

Really cranky.. waited 40 minutes for trash.. I ordered 4 meals and all of them were wrong. They swapped our southern style chicken bites for meatballs in all 4 meals without warning. Pizzas were disgusting and cold.. garlic bread was cold and rock hard.. called to speak to the manager, staff said he was too busy to talk...finally got to speak to him, after demanding to speak to him..he said he could offer a credit.. I said you shouldn’t swap out items without informing the customer as nobody will eat the gross meatballs. Manager didn’t seem phased.. there were other cranky customers in store when we arrived to pickup.

Pizza arrived after 1 hour. Live tracker said it sat in store 25 minutes. One part of my order was missing. It tasted like sauce because there were 5 peices of topping on most slices with a very small amount of cheese. If I could share the sad photo of it I would 😒

The most yuck food I have ever had we waited 45 mins just for a order we didn’t even order the food was cold and we didn’t get the option to refund the chicken bites they gave us old meatballs that were cold no one told us that they didn’t have chicken bites they just gave us old meatballs don’t recommend at all

Every time I order a pizza with extra sauce it comes with little to no sauce on it at all, this has been a reoccurring thing for ages now and I'm honestly disappointed, especially with some pizzas that cost extra to get extra sauce on them it's really not acceptable

I was a little dissatisfied w the extra toppings I received 😞 pizza was yum but I expected a few more vegetables especially for the extra price I paid 🙂😇🙃

When busy they send out the delivery person with multiple orders. If you're lucky, the pizza is warmish, if you're not lucky it's cool. They give you a coupon for another barely edible pizza... Pick up or for emergencies only. The wings are good, not great but O.K.

i paid extra for hollandaise sauce on my pizza and barely got any. The pizza had jalepenos on parts and was super spicy. Dough was uneven and the pizza was cut terribly

Tonight we ordered A Supreme Pizza and Garlic Bread and Sunkist a total of $41.00 . We did not receive our garlic bread and the delivery driver said she would be back with the garlic bread and blamed it on the preparation team at Dominoes for not packing the garlic bread with our order. This is the second time Doominos have forgot our garlic bread. I called Dominoes at Goonellabah and the guy on the phone said well if she said she was coming back with the garlic bread then she was. He was rude and his attitude stinks. 40 minutes now later and we still have not received our garlic bread. Thank you so much Dominos Goonellabah👍

Hopeless ! Received the wrong order & this was not the first time but it will be my last ! If I wanted my actual order it was going to be another 30-40 mins. It’s not that hard guys ! Get your act together! There seems to be a lot of staff & no one actually knowing what they are doing.
