Last 3 time's there has been stuff missing or chips we got only half filled absolutely ridiculous, ordered hot and spicy got original, ordered popcorn chicken got nothing,online orders and drive through, lift your game people seriously

Looking forward to a late dinner from KFC Karalee. Should have kept driving. I ordered a 3 piece box. The roll was grey and wrinkled but edible. The chips were cold and really shrivelled, so totally inedible. The chicken was a rather dark colour, not a lovely golden colour, but worse, was not safely hot enough to eat without reheating. Potato and gravy was only just warm and rather tastless. In the box, there were 7 layers of paper, which was good because it stopped the grease from leaking into my car. Despite the extra paper supplied, there were no serviettes or a spoon for the potato and gravy. The young man who handed me my much anticipated dinner held out my food, mumbled 'box' and walked away. Not the best experience from the new offering on the block. They certainly weren't busy, just didn't care. These people should not be in charge of serving food. Thank goodness we have some delicious choices just across the carpark from establishments who have a bested interest in looking after their customers. That will teach me for being lazy and for not supporting our local businesses. Sorry.

Order wasn't conplet, chips where old and cold, chicken was the driest, uneatable chicken I have ever had. When I tried to ring them.they do not answer there phone.

Burgers were great but cold chips spoil the whole experience. Perhaps a good idea to do the chips last, so it won't get gold and soggy. C'mon guys, you can do it!

Had it on the second day awesome KFC and hope it stays that way. Service at door talks a little over you but no biggy, chips could use a bit more flavouring and salting. The bloke who served me at the door was a bloody legend.

The staff are nice, the place is clean but I have literally never gotten what i actually ordered from here. Always a bummer getting home and finding this out.

waited 20 mins after ordering at the drive through for staff to cook some popcorn chicken ( it wasnt busy at all) just for them to forget the drinks. didnt even bother going back.

I understand that the place is relatively new. But when I arrived home (5 minutes away) I was disappointed to find my popcorn chicken missing, and the 2 wraps cold and presented as a mess (see attached photo). Aside from this, the server was lovely.

I have been here a few times. I have ordered some generic off the menu things which I have received all made very well and 100% of my order had been provided but then once you ask for customisation of an item, that’s when they get thrown a little. Great customer service and seems like a supportive team to work at. Pretty disappointed that they do not deliver from this retailer yet and have to wait 40 plus mins for bundamba or riverlink to for-fill the order. I am assuming it’s due to the store being new.

We had KFC today from KFC Karalee and it would have to be best and freshest chicken & chips I've had in many a year and the staff were so friendly and their customer service was second to none. Keep Up The Great Work.

Had to wait 45 minutes for food to come out. The food was fresh and hot (apart from chips) but it is obvious that the staff are inexperienced and have not had enough training. Overall probably wouldn't come back.

So far so good just needs to work on the chips abit dry and no salt have been here Twice now and they have been the same everytime but I know it's only a new store, Rest of the food is amazing tho 😁

ordered through drive through a burger box. Was missing the popcorn chicken and the nuggets. Tried to call Karalee store, phone number does not work. Placed on online form, no contact. Very poor KFC for a brand new store.

I ordered 6 pieces hot and spicy. This is what I got not fresh not even enough meat on them over cooked amd dry. Being a new store you think they will do really good. They need to step up the game make improvements. Worker should smile more.

While the goods tasted fresh and came reasonably quick, compared to other stores the boxes were not full, and not just one I mean everything from potato and gravy burgers even the chips, when paying over. $60 in food would expect to get value for Money was kinda disappointing especially when kids opening there food to find very little.

Ordered two separate meals. They got mixed together. No cutlery for the potato and gravy, no wet wipes provided. Asked for extra lettuce and extra mayo. Got the standard amount. Asked for extra salt, got less than standard. The chicken drumstick we ordered was dry and over cooked. Generally new places have exceptional service and food quality. Not sure what’s happening here. Check your food before you leave.

The kids at this place needs some better training for customer service and to pack all the orders in the bag. I was very excited when the KFC started in Karalee but now it’s more of a frustration after I buy stuffs from there. About 80% of the time they miss out on one or the other item in the bag. Many a time I realize it only after reaching home and can’t help it. Now every time after buying I check it and end up taking another round through the drive through to get all the orders in. I complained it multiple times and don’t see a change. Very disappointed with the manager’s attitude as well!!!

Karalee KFC need to pull their socks up the staff need more training. There was mozzies all over the counter dead been sprayed and left there.I asked for 2 piece chicken meal got home found I had two little chicken wings ok if there was one and a drum stick lol. Kfc pull your socks up
