I have used Dominos Tugun many times and understand it is pretty average however we spent top dollar recently for three pizzas that were the worst I have ever seen. It looked like some threw the ingredients form a few meters away AND none of them were even remotely like what we ordered. We complained and they did not respond. Never again.

Ordered 2 pizza’s last night from the Tugan store. I was told it would be an hr for delivery, that was fine. It got to an hr and a half later so I called the store. I asked where the order was at and they had no idea, then was told I could have another pizza free of charge the new time I ordered from them, I said I don’t want that but if they could just give a couple of desserts in place when the order leaves the store. I was then told it has already left for delivery so I just left it. The pizza’s arrived another 15 mins later and the delivery guy then asked me to pay for the pizza’s again, I said I had already paid over the phone and will not pay again. I opened the boxes and the pizza’s and they were not what was ordered, so I called the store again and the order was read out correctly however it was not what was delivered. We ordered a mega meat lovers and a loaded supreme. I asked for a refund and was then advised that will take a week to be out back on my card which I replied that that was not good enough and asked for a cash refund. They objectively gave me the refund however it was almost all in change. This is the worst customer service from a domino’s I have ever had.I would not recommend this shop at all. And the pizza’s that were delivered were not nice at all.

Under staffed but the one girl on tonight was a bloody superstar! Not only did she have amazing service she made all 4 peoples pizzas and online orders in a speed run time and the pizzas where perfect 🤩 this girl was on fire 🔥 shout out to the girl on last night you deserve a rise ! I want to hire you ! 💕

Argumentative staff even when it is their fault. I ordered online and paid even showing numerous amounts of proof and was not allowed to take my food. I was told repeatly I would have to pay again and the story kept changing. The food is consistently okay but the service is very very poor. If you cannot resolve a situation that your company has caused then you should not be talking to people.

It looks like that my experience isn’t unique at all from all recent reviews. I’m not sure if the place changed ownership (as I have been ordering from this shop for the past 5 years) or there is a complete lack of customer service along with terrible food. The last experience was the cherry on top. App telling 20 minutes until pizza arrives, called 1 and half hour later to see why the delay to be told they are understaffed. I completely understood and was happy to stay patient and wait. 2 hours later, from order time, had delivery child (please note I called him a child as he couldn’t be more than 15) bring half of the order and the pizza was completely wrong. One would think ,that after speaking to the manager who would be aware that there is an unhappy customer, the manager would make sure the order sent out is the right one and the pizza is made as requested. When I called back after returning the whole order I was told it would take up to 5 days for the payment to show on my account. As it was also a public holiday and getting an almost $10 surcharge the owners should be hiring efficient staff to justify the surcharge. In my opinion it’s absolutely insane to wait for pizza for 2 hours and to top that off only half the order arrives and the pizza isn’t made as requested. I will absolutely not recommend you and will take my business to where it’s appreciated.

It’s a shot in the dark. Got really good pizzas from here, but there’s a 20% rate of bad ones. Every time I order, keep wondering how it’s gonna be, but most of them are great! Don’t be the late customer! They close at 22:00, DO NOT ORDER 21:45! Staff might look mad at you.

Burnt pizza, understaffed. Then you ring up to say pizza is burnt and kid replies “yeah”. Box was pouring smoke out of it.

Godfathers thin gone up from $8 to $10 incl g bread and drink...fair enough. Now up to $16 odd...all in a few weeks..lost a very regular customer Dominos...100% price rise = gouging

Placed an order online, when going to pick up my order i was informed they had run out of mini garlic bread and ham (after my order was made). I was not contacted before hand of this stock issue, and they’ve gone and made my order with substitutes. When asking for a different pizza the staff argued and the Female Manager told me i was only allowed to get a “value range” pizza, however i ordered a hawaiian and that is in the “value max range”. This is extremely poor customer service, considering the manager didn’t want to help solve the issue. I would like a response or voucher for the inconvenience, Thankyou.

Ordered online and they delivered to another property. When we called to find out where our order was they argued that they delivered to address given. The delivery guy had buzzed our door and we said we were coming down from the unit and they left the pizza free of charge with a neighbour (unknown). Very frustrating as we have small children looking forward to the pizza. Don’t order from them if you want your pizza to arrive!!!!

took almost 1hr and a half for 2 large pizzas not acceptable. Once i got my pizzas they weren’t even the right toppings and it was all over the shop terrible experience

I’m a very loyal costumer! Is the best dominos on the coast! The blond girl who I think is the manager is very kind and professional!
