If I could give this 0 stars I would. Reception staff is totally rude. To the point with my mental illness she has given me that much anxiety I have missed appointments because...everytime I go into the surgery I'm looked up and down judged and spoken to like I'm nothing by a certain staff member. Another time I made an appointment for my partner only to wait 2 hours. I ask what the wait is and I was told the doctor was in with a patient and we were next when in actual fact he was on a personal call and then he called in another patient. My partner runs a business and waisted 2 hours out of his time. But I highly recommend Dr Shona just the receptionist that brings the whole place down. She knows who she is.

I have started seeing Dr. Bishop and he's been a wonderful help for me. The staff at the front desk make my experience negative. Everytime I have arrived it's rude, abrupt and cold. Only one lady there doesn't act like she hates her job and being around people. I just I saw her everytime!

1)No duty of care for thier patients. Tried to have an adult conversation with my doctor which lead him to yelling at me and being aggressive from the get go. Tried to force me to get covid vaccinated. Refused to do blood test on me despite needing them done. 2) had a simple day procedure done, very stingey on the local anesthetic (felt the whole thing!) Left stitches in and got infected

Absolutely disgusting they sent one home saying your getting old your ok a massive stroke and almost died, now they are treating one for asthma major surgery later and fluid around the heart. A rude receptionists looks down her nose at people as they walk through the door and a nurse thinks she knows bloody everything. I wouldn’t recommend any one go to this surgery not unless you want to miss diagnosed. And treated like you are a second class person.

First and last time to visit this practice. Worst GP I’ve ever seen- had absolutely no idea. Waited over an hour past appt time, saw us for approx 2 minutes and he didn’t even look at my son or listen to the problem, just referred us to go to hospital to get a blood test (why couldn’t he write a referral to pathology??!!) because he ‘couldn’t tell what’s wrong’. Who trains these people??? Was not an emergency in any way, and we walked into a different gp clinic who diagnosed the problem right away. Also had no warmth or capacity to deal with children. Would not recommend at all 👎

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice and all the staff. My entire family and I have been seeing Dr Khan for over twenty years. The care we consistently receive on a regular basis either from Dr Khan, the nursing staff, or the other drs when short notice appointments are needed or by the receptionist staff is of the highest standard. A lovely family practice that provides the highest of care. Highly recommend!!!!

After the recent upgrades within the practice and reception staff, this is now a practise we can recommend. It seems as though the doctors are happier now with the new receptionists, who’re an amazing improvement!

Should have read the reviews before coming down here wasting my time. I arrived 5 early for my appointment...and left 25 mins later (20 mins late was the doctor) and he still hadn't come out. So patients time is irrelevant these days? Should be like any job...customer gets served to the best service possible . What a joke!
