Dated and inconsistent quality. I would avoid booking here. Upon entry the apartment smells damp and mouldy. The dishwasher was leaking and water was pooled around the tiles. No toilet paper and despite booking for 2 adults and a child only 2 sets of towels provided. Whilst given when asked for surely the apartments need to be checked before check in. The carpets are in dire need of being pulled out and the entire kitchen be re stocked - mismatched cutlery and dining sets, bent forks. The knives are so blunt that they can’t even cut through a piece of bread. No oven mitt to take hot items out of the oven. The lady on reception on a Sunday incredibly rude in the two interactions we had with her. We advised of glass being broken at the lifts which is a massive hazard for children. Her response was poor and the glass was left there all day. When enquiring about the theatre area which our welcome Letter mentioned she told us we aren’t residents and it’s not for us in a very stern scolding manner. The only positive was the size of the bath, the bed is comfortable and the pool area is tidy. For what you pay you could find better in the area.

Had a great time with friends staying here, used the pool, sauna, spa and bbq facilities. The staff (particularly Mon-Sat) were super friendly. You can hire extra towels and borrow boogie boards for the beach. The windows in the room needed a clean, the couches could be more comfortable, it would be good to have some sun loungers on the balcony, more coffee and oven mots. But overall liked it and would stay again.

Great location, great service, great views but our apartment was in need of a major renovation which was very disappointing when we thought we were booking a nice comfortable Ocean view apartment which really let down our whole trip . It had broken doors, broken tiles, broken curtains, mismatch of cutlery and cups, showers soaked the whole bathroom every time you showered, very dirty carpets and piles of dust on the door frames but the strangest thing was the whole apartment floor sloped downward which must have been a major muck up when it was originally built. There is also a new large apartment building going right in front of our room which is going to cut down the Ocean front rooms views and shade the pool area.

Like Patty Travers we had the same experience with after hours arrival. Took us a long time to make contact. Ultra, we discovered, is not a hotel but apartments are individually owned and consequently the quality varies. In our case 3 out of 4 balcony chairs were unusable. Fortunately, staff was very helpful and lend us another chair. Apart from all that we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful clean room, amazing view, clean facilities the pools are great for every age. We felt safe comfortable and had everything we needed in our apartment. My only complaint would be my sore back from the hard couch and bed.

Loved it! Has great amenities, lots of space, and welcoming staff. I loved using the gym there. It’s also perfect walking distance between the beach and Pacific Fair shopping centre, so it’s easy to get around! Perfect place to stay in Broadbeach. I’ll miss it.

What an absolute disgrace of after hours check in. Was standing at the intercom for over 20 mins to get in the building. Darcy just hung up the phone because he couldn’t be stuffed assisting us at 730pm on a Tuesday. I was then trying to call the after hours number and the intercom again and was simply ignored. first impressions last!!! Joke of a system

Great place to stay. Room, facilities and location were perfect. We received a bottle of champagne and some goodies on arrival as celebrating our 40th anniversary. Such a nice gesture, staff were lovely and very helpful. We would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.
