50 minute wait on fish and chips, asked multiple times where my order was and still had to wait longer !! After nearly an hour of waiting I gave up and got a refund and still had to wait 10 minutes for that!! 🙄 come on do better !!!!

The worst attitude I have come across in the hospitality sector from staff. Walked up to the counter and the girl who was busy doing something did not even look up once and at least greet or say “won’t be long” and continued to ignore as though you don’t even exist. After reading other reviews of similar experiences, it seems to be a consistent attitude. Gold Coast is full of tourists and the staff attitude of this The Kiosk place does not reflect well on the Australian customer service way. Walked away and happily ate somewhere else.

First time at Kiosk and I was underwhelmed. There were two staff on and I stood at the counter a meter away and after initial eye contact it took 3 minutes for any sort of greeting or further acknowledgement. There weren’t any other customers in line. They didn’t ask for my name but did for the order beforehand that was announced as I waited. After ordering I then waited and my order wasn’t called out so I went up and asked if the coffee was mine and the staff member wasn’t sure. The barrister said it was, and I think it was even though the cappuccino was a not great tasting late. Not going back.

Staff is not very friendly. Waited nearly 20 minutes for my $6.3 large hot chocolate which would be small to in best case medium elsewhere. Didn’t taste great either, such a shame

I generally concur with other reviews about the staff and the coffee is rather inconsistent. However the gentlemen with the buzz cut blonde hair pours an exceptional cup of coffee and his service and friendliness are leaps and bounds beyond the other staff.

Great coffee and snacks, but for me the 5 stars goes to the amazing staff. They’re always in a good vibe, smiling from 5am to 7pm.

Burleigh local here. I pop in for coffee from time to time. Always been good coffee and service from my experience.

Got a coffee, was great, my experience wasn’t like the other reviews. Blonde Guy was friendly.
