We loved our stay at Crystal Pacific. The beds and couch are very comfortable and the apartment is athletically pleasing. They are well equipped with absolutely everything you could need. Easy walk to the creek and the beach. We didn’t have a car but the bus system was easy to navigate and regular and the bus stop is in the next block.

Great Family Accommodation and great value. Loved the modern apartment with everything we needed including some basic pantry items as well. Pool was beautiful. Sarah was a great help as well. Location was nice but maybe just a bit far from restaurants as we needed to drive to them all. Nice quiet location, would stay again.

Fabulously renovated motel. Awesome attention to detail in creating a calm little getaway whilst still being in the middle of everything. Great pool, easy access to the beaches, headland walks and all that Palm beach has to offer. Amazing communication and the best swinging sofa bed and decor to relax back in. Beaut spot.

The most beautiful home I’ve stayed in, and I’m an avid traveller! Serene, clean, stunning. The hostesses is beyond amazing. My daughters loved the pool and spend a chunk of the time everyday swimming there even though it’s literally 3min walk to the beach 🏝️ Highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a quality place to stay.

Crystal pacific might be the first hotel I’ve stayed that looks EXACTLY like the pictures, tucked away in palm beach it’s close to lots of restaurants and cafes, only a short walk to the beach. It was amazing. You feel central enough to the Gold Coast but far out enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. We were prewarned about construction going on which was great, but you could barely hear it anyway. An easy check in and out system, Sarah and the team were a delight to deal with. Couldn’t recommend enough, will be coming back!

Can’t fault this place. Clean, modern, literally around the corner from the surf and walking distance to most things. Central palm beach shops is a bit far, some bikes would be perfect additions to this place.

We had a family gathering at Crystal Pacific. Sarah’s hospitality made us feel welcome from day1. We had a wide range of adults and children and all enjoyed it very much . Sarah went out of her way to help with any requests and the experience was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you very much Crystal Pacific for a very memorable stay.

We absolutely love this place. Beautiful Appartments, fantastic magnesium pool, close to everything, including great restaurants, beaches, bars, and gym, etc. Sarah and Luke do an amazing job with their service and recommendations. Our favourite place to stay on the Gold Coast.
