The Receptionist there is the rudest unprofessional person I've come across..worst phone manner..Not the young girl.. never again will I walk into this place..PKG hire decent staff please. Had my result sent to different practice..Totally disgusted.

Had an appointment time changed on me the day before,no problem at all.Phoned to let them know was running 5mins late,told l was booked in with different Doctor! Let them know l didn't want to see Him,so was told to come down as soon as l can.On arrival in front of other patients was informed that My Doctor didn't want me as His patient anymore - no explanation.The receptionist was So rude and unprofessional.Last appointment l had with my Doctor no problems at all.People read the reviews this is the worst Medical centre l've ever been to in my life, the Doctors should have retired year's ago and have no compassion or people skills and terrible communication Avoid at all costs!!!

Screenshots of my recent call log and messages. Receptionist said she had called and left me a voicemessage this morning. Nothing there. Going to be billed for a psychologist appointment I can't attend. She kept insisting she called me over and over as if i was lying. Well here's the proof. Done. This has happened to me TWICE in a week.

Rude older woman, I would not bring children here. There is nothing to occupy them and you just get daggers from the staff.

Waited over an hour for my appointment. Had the doctor tell me he hates his job and doesn’t want to be there anymore. Terrible experiences there.

Doesnt rush you at all 😆. Even when they should. Absolutely everytime they are all atleast a minimum of 1 hour late and behind. If you book, turn up and hour late and u might be close to on time
