Had lunch yesterday and purchased the Japanese Power Bowl. As mentioned by other reviewers, processed chicken used. Not real chicken breast. See the pics. Presumably a healthy dish, this has deep fried processed chook. We, as others have reviewed before, also had troubles with the ordering system. Drink orders were incomplete, and we had to manually go to the bar to have them corrected. Par for the course when humans are replaced by machines so errors are to be expected. But the Chicken? Not acceptable.

Wonderful food, service and vibe! The steak was cooked to perfection and chicken breast was wonderful. Outstanding service from Hoppy! We are very impressed and will definitely be back!

Been here a few times and enjoyed the experience. The Irish stew a highlight, great flavour and perfect on a cooler day. Washed down with an icy pint of Stella, doesn't get much better than this. Staff friendly and helpful with the pub having both indoor and outdoor seating, the latter looking over the water with a nice view.

Good atmosphere. We had lunch outside and was sunny and lovely. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was delicious.

We had a table of 13 including 6 young kids, the environment and food was amazing! Kids food came out first and all together, which we really appreciated. We came back again less than a week later and was just as great as it was the first time! Really enjoyed our dining experience here. On both occasions we loved the food and experience, service was great! Will be back again!

Friendly staff, great prices & yummy food. Staff were able to accommodate us at last minute and service was quick during the dinner rush. Location is convenient after a long day of shopping at Harbourtown and great for refuelling before the drive back to North Brissy 🙂

Came here whilst on holidays with family. Whilst there was no play ground and I was hesitant this meant the kids would be a nightmare can I just say the staff here and the way they included my kids was amazing. Providing them with drawing and having their own special little chats with each of the kids. One staff member even saw my son getting stuck right into his ice cream and come back with a wet napkin so I could wipe him up after. I remember it was great years ago when we were up here and have come back due to the service! Well done to everyone who made our night. Our tablet was booked for 5.45 so all staff out on the balcony really deserve the acknowledgment of how well they did. And again a huge shout out to Matilda for going the extra mile with the wet napkins! You’re a Saint!

Our food was the absolute best, we enjoyed every bit of it and the service was very fast thank you to mark and hope for being so polite and friendly

We had a fabulous night at Dublin Docks. The service was brilliant. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. There were 10 of us in our party. We had enough space around our dining area to enjoy each others company and not feel as though we were imposing on other patrons. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back!

The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they make sure that you have a great experience. I had a fund raising morning tea for Cancer Research Foundation at Dublin Docks. The venue is fantastic as we were on the verandah. The food and service was great. Ellie the event manager couldn't do enough for me. I highly recommend Dublin Docks for any event.

Thank you to Mark and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond. Had my daughters 21st birthday lunch there today and we were able to decorate our own table of 24. They were more than helpful with all our needs. Food and service was excellent. So thank you all for making our day cheers

Had lunch with my dad who was visiting from Victoria who had the Irish Stew and I had the wings (which were huge) whilst overlooking the water ! A big shout out to Hoppy and his happy inviting personality which made us feel very welcome Thank you 🙏

We went for tea on Sunday night. Great pub, loved sitting outside over looking the water. 3 of us ordered our meals and 2 of us had to repick again. As they had run out of these meals. Bit disheartening! Was really looking forward to the seafood crowded. Fingers crossed next time, they'll have enough food!!

Had a lovely family dinner for my sons 30th birthday. The food was good and the drinks very reasonably priced compared to other places. The gentleman host or manager was a great guy very friendly and full of personality. Thankyou ! Enjoyable evening

A typical pub lunch… But the staff were really cool… We ordered on the app because it was simplest because our father definitely had to shout lunch for the eight of us because it was his wife’s birthday… But due to emphysema and other health issues, he was unable to make it to the counter to order… So I ordered by the QR codes on the table, which requires you to pay immediately… so I wanted to allow him to pay to honor his wishes when he wanted to pay. I approached one of the team members and asked if there would be any possibility of letting him pay on his card and refunding me on my card so he was not embarrassed, and it was made as simple as possible… They got a manager… I explained the situation, and he was so compassionate and so helpful… And his name was Tim… That he said in short, despite it being a pain in the butt… He would definitely help us out… Humanity and compassion above and beyond… So wonderful to see… Thank you very much guys… The food was great, the prices were very reasonable, the ambience was great, but the above and beyond service from Tim and even the waitress, he took photos for us at the table… Amazing… Absolutely made the birthday celebration. Thank you…

Great family lunch on the deck. Despite being fairly busy all our meals came out surprisingly quick. Everyone was very happy with their meals and the kids were especially happy with their free ice-cream. Thanks to Hoppy for the excellent customer service.

My daughter treated my husband and I to dinner for Mothers Day. The service was fast and friendly, Aston waited on our table and did so with a smile and great attitude. Hubby and daughter rated their meals as 'great' (pizza and nachos), my meal was ok (beef and Guinness pie). If you like pink gin, you need to try the pink gin spritz cocktail - delicious. We live locally, so we will return :)

Booked Christmas Day lunch and had a lovely meal and experience. Plenty of delicious, festive food, including scrumptious desserts. The dining area was beautifully decorated with festive chair covers, white tablecloths and treats set at each place of the table. Santa arrived and gifted presents to the children and posed for photographs. The staff were friendly and helpful. Well done and thank you to the team at Dublin Docks. A great Christmas lunch!

I recently had my children's birthday party at this venue and it was amazing! From planning with Kader to Mark's incredible help on the day, it was the smoothest, easiest party I've had so far. The platters were huge and excellent value for money, everyone complimented the foo selection. Nothing was too much for the staff, every single person was happy to help with our needs. I will 100% use this venue again and recommend to anyone I know 😊

Lunch for four, first time at Dublin Docks, quite enjoyed the food and venue. Actually had an outside table beside the water, so apart from ordering inside can't really speak to the inside, except to say it is a nice dining area. Our meals were grilled barra, which was fair, eye fillet steak and Irish stew, both being excellent.

Been going here for some quite some time now, and not once has the food or service disappointed. The staff are incredible, they are lively, funny and welcoming. Hoppy is on another level of fantastic, not only is he the best server there is, he's always so happy and bound to make you laugh and take a solid photo of your group ✨ cannot recommended enough

Went for lunch Saturday and the staff were beyond amazing. So friendly, greeted and shown to table. Bought over high chairs and cushions for my twins. Asked us if meals were ok and made sure we were happy. Love the ordering from table and the cocktails are amazing. Beautiful outdoor dining on the river.

Great service. Great food. Great value. Only reason I dropped 1 star, is due to we had booked on 3 separate occasions for special events and have them confirmed, to then receive an email on all those occasions to say there is no availability (had double booked at one stage). Still our local go to, just not for group / large bookings

Meals were great. Best carbonara I've ever had out. Husbands steak was cooked to perfection and was well rested before arriving to our table. Was going to go to nonnas at harbour Town but your carbonara is much better by far. We'll definitely be back.

I had to stop and write this review mid meal because I cannot stress enough how *HIGHLY* I recommend Dublin docks & the wonderful team running the show. Friendly, above and beyond service with the most DELICIOUS affordable and value for money meal we’ve ever had. Will deffinitely be a place that we continue returning to on future travels north. Enjoyed a tasty lunch sitting outside. We were shown a table and then left to our own devices, no menus given, and no advice on ordering procedure. We located the QR code to order but preferred to order at the bar after locating hard copy menus ourselves. One has to order the food separately to any drinks, although the same chap served us for both. Being a public holiday, we definitely got the vibe, the server would rather be elsewhere than attending to us. 3 adults (1 senior) 2 kids meals arrived in good time and were tasty and good value. The burgers are large, as was the kids' mini cheeseburger, which was anything but small. The seniors' serve was smaller as expected but a perfect size. Would go again based on the food and atmosphere.
