We
had
a
booking
at
Saffron
for
7pm
and
arrived
on
time,
took
about
15
minutes
for
our
waiter
to
come
around
and
start
taking
our
drinks
orders,
by
this
stage
we
were
also
ready
to
start
ordering
food.
After
waiting
an
1hour
and
20minutes
our
drinks
and
table
water
finally
arrived
after
going
up
to
the
bar
seeing
that
our
drinks
were
just
sitting
there.
I
asked
if
I
was
able
to
take
them
to
the
table
myself
and
the
waiters
told
me
they
would
bring
them
over
soon.
Not
long
after
the
drinks
arrived
the
entrees
started
to
make
it
to
the
table
(8:30pm).
We
ordered
3
different
types
of
entrees
all
at
the
same
time,
they
all
came
out
at
different
times
waiting
approximately
10
minutes
between
each
entree
so
no
one
could
eat
at
the
same
time.
More
drinks
were
ordered
in
the
interim,
at
the
same
time
a
table
of
about
20
loud
men
were
seated
beside
us.
Their
food
and
drinks
arrived
well
before
ours
even
though
we
had
been
there
at
least
an
hour
45minutes
before
them.
Although
this
wasn't
Saffrons
fault,
the
table
was
very
rowdy
and
we
couldn't
hear
anyone
at
our
own
table
without
yelling.
Our
next
set
of
drinks
finally
arrived
after
we
went
up
and
ordered
from
the
bar,
the
head
on
the
beer
was
insane
and
we
had
to
explain
how
to
pour
a
beer
(picture
provided).
After
about
2
hours
10minutes
at
the
restaurant
our
mains
arrived
(9:15pm).
Lamb
was
dry
and
no
one
was
overly
satisfied
with
their
curries
and
definitely
ready
to
leave.
When
we
went
to
pay
they
said
they
couldn't
split
the
bill
for
us
and
we
had
to
do
it
ourselves
(not
a
big
deal)
they
also
asked
how
the
food
was
and
we
told
them
we
were
really
unhappy
with
the
service
and
had
well
over
an
hour
wait
for
food
and
drinks
to
arrive.
The
server
laughed
at
us
and
didn't
address
the
issue.
We
left
at
10pm,
after
3
hours,
never
to
return
again.
