Very impressive food. Will have to come visit a few more times to get through the extensive menu. The place was well set up and clean. We sat at a small end table, I was facing the inside of the restaurant and my partner was facing the large windows that didn't give us a great view. It gave us a view of the post office and car park. Apart from that, this place is a big yes from me.

I came here for lunch 2 years ago. I had Morton bay bug pasta which was perfect🤩 I expect their chefs are professional 😉 I saw their carbonara on the photo which looked perfect carbonara 🤩🤩 Today I ordered Stuffed zucchini flower for entree and carbonara for main dish. Zucchini flower dish was very nice 🤩 It made me very 😆 I expected very much for the pasta. The 1st carbonara dish looked already something not right…….😔 The menu says they use pancetta, but it’s obviously bacon 🥓 😔 it cut like home cooking dish😔 Then it looked oily….. I tried to keep eating then the oil came out more and more😭 I thought it’s not right. I asked a waitress it’s not right carbonara for me, too much oil…. She said they use olive oil…. It’s tooooooooo muuuuuuuch oil. She offered me to make it again I said please much less oil and small portion. The 2nd carbonara was better but too much bacon and looked home cooking 🙁 The pasta made me down very much. Their service was great…😍 They are very helpful ☺️ I can’t find the best carbonara in GC yet😭

A time spent that will not be forgotten. From the first step into the restaurant the staff look after you. A dedicated staff member is always there for any assistance. Food is top-notch. Beautifully plated and the chefs 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳 have done an elegant job. Fully stocked bar and coffee made for perfection 🥰 Relaxing atmosphere throughout. Will be visiting again.

I had the Barramundi and would recommend it. The roasted veggies that come with it reminded me of Sardinian veggie cassola dish. Maybe it was, whatever the case, although on the pricey side, I enjoyed it and will definately be back.

Fabulous food! Fabulous service! This place deserves 6 stars ⭐️ We had the steak with prawns and creamy garlic sauce it was amazing I am drooling thinking about it now ….. the cocktails were very good too although a bit slow out but doesn’t affect my rating! Staff are coming round continuously making sure glasses are full and checking to see if you need anything, for desert we tried the profiteroles and tiramisu both were very very good! This place is a must to visit, bookings are a must! Enjoy 😊

We headed back for a lunch at Ioseco. Once again we had a wonderful lunch. The lasagne is huge and needs to be shared. The veal Milanese is very delicous. We will be back.

I had a birthday lunch with 26 guests last Sunday , It was superb , not a thing out of place or missed out . Congratulations for being such amazing hosts Max & Amanda , Amanda set my tables just as I requested and all Look fabulous . Staff were also fantastic , Debbie was our waitress got the day and she worked so hard to make everyone happy . Cheers as usual 👏

I and my partner went here for Valentine’s Day Dinner and the service was excellent. Making sure that guests were enjoying their dinner and the food was fantastic. We had spaghetti bolognese, spaghetti carbonara, garlic bread and their superb pizza the “Traditional”. Overall, it’s 5 stars for us. The price is reasonable. We didn’t get any dessert coz we were in a rush to go home that night but they gave us a handful of free dark chocolates. 🥰🫶🏻 This Italian restaurant is 5 stars for us and we’re definitely going back. 🥰

Nice atmosphere. Delightful decor and friendly staff. Interesting and thoughtful menu. We ordered Caprese Salad, Zucchini Flowers and Penne Sorrentina with Pork and Fennel sausages. All the dishes were lovely. Everything on the menu looks good but I was too full. Would definitely go back to try some other dishes.

Really lovely restaurant- I came for lunch on a weekday and it was quite quiet (in a good way!) staff were lovely and accommodating for gluten free. Menu doesn’t specify GF but just ask and they’re more than happy to explain. I’m here for a week so will definitely be back another day! Thank you!

Been here many times. Tonight we had a party of 5. I ordered a dozen of the SA Oysters and they were good - fresh tasting and good sized. Brochetta was also good. For mains I had the T-Bone steak that came with crispy potatoes- potato were wedge sized but unfortunately the potatoes were still hard. For mains three others ordered the Orange Roughy fish which was fish, chips and salad. The salads didn’t come so we asked and we told they were on the way. Nothing came. We were told again they were coming. We asked again and only one small salad came out not the 3 that were required. But by this time all the main meals were finished. We asked if we could take the salads home, the waitress said yes. But nothing came. When we left the waiter said oh well sorry will fix you up next time but basically what he was saying was we are busy so too bad. Although we arrived at 5.30pm by 6.30pm the restaurant was packed ( Friday night ) This was certainly one of my more disappointing visits to Ioesco. House Shiraz at $68 per bottle is very nice though, googled the label but could not find it online anywhere.

Very good Italian dining. Nothing much to complain about. The bug was delicious. The servings were maybe a little over generous. The service was really good and attentive.

We have been dining at Ioesco for several years, and visit from Sydney. We understand the owners of this restaurant recently changed, and I must admit it has gone downhill unfortunately. Since the change of ownership, we have dined here twice. The service since last time has definitely improved, but the menu has changed and I’d like to share some feedback. For entree we ordered the calamari, it was nice, but not as nice as it used to be. I ordered a pasta dish for main, and it was quite bland, but drowning in olive oil. I could barely eat it (and the portions were small). My husband ordered the same dish, with the option of adding “tiger prawns”. There was no description that the prawns would be marinated in chili, and his pasta was incredibly spicy which he disliked. Another guest ordered the pork cutlet with cabbage and fennel slaw which was a special. The pork was cooked “beautifully” however the slaw was average and probably needed another side included. We ordered the sticky date pudding and tiramisu to share for dessert and they did not disappoint. Please bring back some of your previous pastas! The staple bolognese and prawn, feta and olive linguine were the best.

I was very impressed with this place. I went there for a croup lunch so it was a set menu. However, I have allergies to a couple of the that was on the set menu. I gave him a quick call and without question, they said no problems at all, choose anything you want from the full menu. We will make sure you enjoy a nice meal with the rest of your group. Finding a nice restaurant like this, that doesn't make you feel like a pain because you have food allergies is very nice. I had the beef cheek and it was outstanding!

Freindly staff, nice atmosphere and easily accessible with lots of parking close by. I had the beef cheek for main and profiteroles for dessert. The beef cheek was perfect. It was generously portioned, well seasoned and fell apart. The added combination of cherry tomatoes and spinach balanced the dish and gave a beautiful depth of flavour. Will be ordering it again on my next visit.

Took the family here for dinner & the food was amazing, loved it so much forgot to take pics atmosphere was perfect, relaxing & enjoyable cocktails 🍸 bang on & love love the fettuccine boscaiola yummy my favourite dish from here, you must try this restaurant it’s a hidden gem in Sanctuary cove

Been coming since they first opened & they never fail to impress. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants anywhere, the food always tastes incredible, and the staff are always so amazing, they are so knowledgable and professional!

The atmosphere in this place is pleasant. The food was a little rich and priced on the higher side of moderate for the offering produced. Vegetables were very basic and the salad was basic leaves, well dressed but basic. The stand out was the service. Our waitress was a delightful young lady. Most attentive and eager to assist in every way she could. I was confused with the cutlery which was all the same. For a place that boasts a degree of sophistication I would have thought the cutlery for different courses would be obvious in its difference. We only had the one course and so the additional setting was removed. The plates were a little odd because it became difficult to rest the cutlery on. I intend to return mainly because the service we received that I ensured received a reasonable tip for was so good.

Went for my sister’s wedding reception. The service was absolutely fantastic. Our server Christina was amazing! So friendly, attentive and great to talk to. Food was great as well. I couldn’t fault the place if I tried. Will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this place

Honestly this was the worst experience I have ever had. Unfortunately the waitress ruined our experience and to be honest it just went down hill from their. She was very rude an extremely unprofessional. I asked for water for our table and it was like I was asking for the world! Never in my life have ever had to deal with this behaviour! I was so offered that I canceled my main! I worked in fine dinning for years while I was studying! Honestly this is the worst experience I have had in years! Seriously so disappointing!

Just unbelievable food and service. Im recently diagnosed celiac and I've not found Italian that wasn't boring risotto in months. They went above and beyond to make me the best Italian I've had since diagnosed. This was an amazing experience. We booked our next dinner before we left the building. I'd give them a 10!

Absolutely amazing , best Italian me and my family has had and I personally think that the marinara pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Not only was it full of flavour yet not overwhelming but it had many different seafood sorts filled with lots of cheese. The customer service was absolutely delightful and everyone there was so kind, very family friendly.

Have eaten at this restaurant several times and always enjoyed it. Last weekend I went with a group of 12. The service was fantastic, and all the entrees were great. But I ordered risotto ( chicken) entree size as main and it was just very dry and had next to no flavour. My partners Sole was just beautiful, perfectly cooked and tasted terrific. It seemed everyone else enjoyed their meals but I sent most of the risotto back. Will return but stay away from the risotto!

The food was amazing and the service was great. The dining room was a little loud. Some ambient music would have been great. Was so glad I finally got to go. It’s been on my restaurant to do list.

We had a delightful New Year's Eve dinner here. Waitress (from the Balkins originally) is first class the best. 5 star service. Food delicious! Reasonable prices for what we had, and we were very full. Took some home. Licensed. Wheelchair accessible. Beautiful Xmas decorations. Lots of wines to choose from 😊

Couldn’t fault it along with a bottle of Pinot Grigio. Good value for money, portion size is great. Highly recommend it
