Not even close to eatable, it’s rare to find a place where it’s that bad tasting. There is an after taste of yeast, really weird. It looks good tho, good presentations but unfortunately the taste doesn’t follow. The guy and the lady serving us were nice tho!

This place has so much to offer. It is in a great location, so close to the beach. The staff are welcoming and friendly. But the food... OMG, the food is just amazing, always so much on your plate and outstanding every visit. #Pancakes #Amazing #Delicious #Foodart

Ordered the "all you can eat" pancakes with butter and maple syrup. Also got a large milkshake with maple flavour. The milkshake was nice. The pancakes were not so nice, they were thick and very heavy and doughy tasting. They took over 1/2hr for the order to come out.

pancake stacks were relatively cheap which should have been a sign, the presentation was good however they tasted awful, no sweet buttermilk flavours and they were undercooked in the middle. Just tasted of raw batter. i wouldn’t go back, seems as though they are going to fast service rather than quality food

Love the pancakes, chips and onion rings were nice too. Coffee wasn't the greatest but it was OK. Good portions

Ordered the all you can eat pancakes, which should come out fairly quickly since it's their signature dish and...it's pancakes? Waited about 45 minutes for the first serve of pancakes to come out, didn't even bother ordering a second round as it would have taken another 45 minutes, I would be more forgiving if the places was super busy, but it was only moderately busy When the food finally came, the whipped butter was hard as a rock, the grilled banana was an entire grilled banana, not cut up, the pancakes were really really doughy and floury, had to drench it in syrup to finish it, only trip to the bathroom I discovered they were using store bought pancakes

Amazing as usual. Have been coming every trip to the Gold Coast for 16 years and the service is great, meals delicious and prices haven't increased much either. Very much worth it

Made a bad mistake of visiting this place on a good day!! They took 30mins to bring out one pancake, which was not an issue, but the girl kept the pancake without any cutlery and disappeared. I had to go inside to ask for cutlery. The pancakes were horrible. Tasted like a soggy cake with whipped cream dumped on top. Lost our appetite. Don’t visit and find better alternatives please.

The restaurant is in a great location however you have a find a parking spot close by. Not too far from the beach and shops. I ordered all you can eat pancakes with butter and maple syrup. Loved it and also their milkshakes and coffee is nice. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Great for pancakes and other meals. Highly recommended.

As much as the place looked appealing on the outside. It's probably better to eat elsewhere. The place was very busy when we went and we waited over 45mins for our food, which was really nothing amazing when it came. We got a big breakfast and vegetarian breakfast with drinks. The cafe right next door to this restaurant probably had better food.

Haven’t been here for long time, sausage tastes like some kind of bleach smell and pancakes not as good as it was , definitely will not visit again, very disappointed

On Wednesday 8th November 2023. My partner and I went to Pancakes Paradise and we were served by Tracey. She was well mannered, warm and polite. We ordered 1 large iced coffee, 1 Raspberry Spider and 1 Deluxe Burger with chips. We really enjoyed the drinks and the burger was excellent. Good customer service there as well. Huge shout out to the chef as well. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Absolutely loved the Black Forest pancakes! If you are a chocolate lover this is definitely a must try. The portion size it very big and it can easily be shared between two people. Place and staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was great!

Love this Pancake Restaurant, There is so much more on the menu than Pancakes. From sweet to savory, big and small meals you are sure to find something that will satisfy your needs. Large drink menu and the coffee is robust and flavour packed. Great value for money with generous servings and quality food. If your up for all you can eat pancakes this is the place for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with great service and a tidy clean restaurant. Highly recommend, it's my go-to in Surfer's Paradise.

Saw this place and was very excited to come see how good these pancakes were. They did not disappoint! The decoration and atmosphere is awesome. Pancakes are top tier and the service was perfect! Coffee was a bit of a wait but the pancakes made up for it and the pancakes certainly satisfied our chocolate indulgence! Highly recommend!

Yeah, Nah. I've sat on this review for a day, and I can't think of a reason to give anything higher than one star... The food and drinks were unpleasant. I've been trying to work out if we were put off due to the cockroaches, but I think it just wasn't worth eating. I had a better look at the reviews, and there has been a cockroach issue there for a few years. I feel bad for the wait staff needing to make excuses when the owners should be shutting down to get it under control. We left at the fourth cockroach found. I asked for fly spray initially, but they only had a dustpan for one I had squashed on the floor. If they're allowed to stay open, fly spray should be available on every table.

Really yummy! I enjoyed the flavour a lot. I ordered the passion it's so fruity and refreshing flavour. Service is great we were there about 10 am we did not wait to be seated. Price is reasonable.

Greatly surprised and satisfied with Pancakes in Paradise! Great GF Eggs Benedict for breakfast! Coffee was pretty good too. Would come again!

First time to be here and had the best pancakes I have ever had. The butter and the hot pancakes are perfect combination. The decoration here is colourful and 90s. Staff are very friendly. 😋

Loved the hot air balloon theme! Pancakes were great and drinks were good too! Kinda an American-style breakfast diner, made me feel nostalgic for IHOP or Denny's. Service was lacking a bit- didn't get water, didn't have anyone check on us after the food was served, but at least it was served quick. Would definitely visit again!

Good service and Great food My friend said BEST MOCHA EVER! My Dirty Chai was Very Good 👍 Pancakes were Yummy and arrived quite promptly..... toilets were older but quite clean. I would return......

I ordered the Hot Bavarian Apple with cream and ice cream, and a side of Butterscotch Sauce and let me tell you it lived up to the name. I was in Paradise with those pancakes! I also had a large iced coffee (but it didn't last long enough for a picture). The staff were so friendly and attentive and the service was quick. Whether you're a local or passing through - Pancakes in Paradise is worth visiting.

Ordered for delivery through DoorDash. Cappuccinos turned up cold and made from instant coffee, the juice was watered down and all food was completely cold too. Eggs bene wasn’t bad & tasted like cheap jar sauce, my sons fried banana pancake meal was awful and my hubby’s big breakfast was the same too. $75 order and it went in the bin and down the drain.
