Good experience for family with kids, as it exciting walking through different rooms with different lighting effects and music. Some rooms are very dark and narrow. It would be better if there is more things to do in each room, as its too quick just walking through the rooms.

Kinda wierd but kinda fun! Plenty of value as the rooms went on for ages. I think I would prefer to go at night so my eyes are more adjusted to the dark at the beginning as there are lots of fun dark areas. Some a little scary, some a little trippy, and some a little lacklustre. But overall solid, definitely worth checking out if you get the superpass

Myself and a group of friends went through Infinity over the weekend and it was such a great experience! It was so much fun working as a team and finding our way around each of the rooms. Each of the rooms had a different sensory experience which was super cool to see! The staff were great and it was overall a great night.

Gold Coast bucket list item. Been here so many times I lost count. Holidaying on the GC since I was a kid, I'd beg my parents to take me here. Now married with a baby, I took my husband here for his first time and even as an adult he had so much fun and had never seen anything like it. Excited to take my kid here one day too.

Awesome attraction! A bit of a long queue to get in, but we went during school holidays. About half an hour of entertainment once you’re inside. If you have younger children, note that they should be accompanied by an adult as there are some parts which may scare them a bit.

A good activity to do with the kids, as weather was bit rainy today. It's very dark inside and you go through different sections like mirror maze and wobbly floor. Worth a visit if your wanting something different & unique to do. I do think that it would enhance experience if you had to interact a bit more, just a suggestion, as you do walk through quite quick.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! People who are saying that it is too short, are wrong! Honestly, the coolest experience!!! So many AWESOME rooms!!! Great value for money, and such a blast! My hubby and I were slightly hesitant because of the reviews, but we are SO GLAD we came here! and for the people complaining that it isn't safe for everyone, there is plenty written warning EVERYWHERE of what fun is inside, aswell as exits all throughout the attraction. It just takes common sense 👍😉

I wanna give infinity a good review because i genuinely think it’s an awesome place, THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF THE BUSINESS but of something to consider if you’re thinking of going. If you have ever had a bad experience with psychedelics I would not recommend doing it alone (if at all). I decided to go by myself and had a distressing time, one of the rooms in particular sent me into panic as it triggered a bad trip I had some years ago, I reckon I would’ve loved it if I was with a friend or a group, but ultimately it actually really freaked me out and I had to press the panic button. Otherwise a lot of the rooms were amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. I would actually probably go again, just with friends…

Such a fun experience with a large group. A definite must visit if you are on the Gold Coast. Remember to actually face forward during the souvenir photo which is harder than it looks when in the dark. 😂

This is a neat maze I went here years ago and only just recently. I went through with my family and we had a heap of fun sorting our way through the maze. Our child lost their shoe and the staff were more then helpful to retrieve it. This is a must do while in the area. I hope one day they branch out and do different style of mazes.

Heaps of fun. It is a true sensory experience. Just enjoy it and take it slow. There's no need to rush it and speedrun the whole thing. We spent about ½hr in there and my wife and I really enjoyed it. Would love to visit again!

Great place. Went there with my son twice. Love the unique experience. Would like to suggest a very useful improvement. In such dark environment, sometimes we found ourselves moving in circle and returned to the room where we came from. We couldn’t really tell in such darkness. We almost got into a problem when we accidentally returned to the photo room and another group arrived and we almost got trapped behind the automatic door. What about putting numbers in each section entrance so that we know straight away if we’re back to where we started.

As an adult, I loved it. My daughter absolutely freaked out. She is 8 years old. There is signage with warnings suggesting children need to be over 8 to enter but please consider whether you think your child will be able to handle it. It’s very dark and sometimes very loud.

10/10 experience here! I came here as a child and it was one of my fondest memories of the gold coast. Ever since I have wanted to revisit to see if I would still have as much fun as an adult. This place did not disappoint. It is still equally as exciting today, if not better! We came on New Years Day and it was open, despite it being a public holiday it wasn't too crowded. I bought tickets online beforehand. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this attraction to anyone, any age.

The attraction itself is fun - we had a really good time! I would 100% go back and really want to take my son because it was so much fun. The rooms are so cool too. I do wish there was an option to retake the photo tho because it was so bright our eyes were closed 😂😂

This was great. They recommended not to take our 4yo, but he absolutely loved it. I would recommend you keep the younger kids close to you, as a few rooms are dark and a bit scary. I feel they have upgraded it since we came years ago. It was not too crowded even though we went while schoolies were visiting.

Really good fun. Staff were helpful and friendly. I only wish there were more locations in the experience. I would definitely recommend it. Hint: If you are driving, look for parking options before you go. Bruce Bishop Parking is a reasonable price. There is one that offers two hours free, but be careful, when you go over the two hours, it's not as cheap as Bruce Bishop Parking.

They seriously need to remove the scary stuff, or at least offer an alternative route where you can skip it. I couldn't go through it, and i had to leave, and i couldn't experience the subsequent things i wanted to experience in there. Waste of my money

This is an amazing experience, you walk through this kinda maze path with very disorienting mirrors and lights with some dark paths and one room that’s completely made of mirrors and u literally have to find your way out since the door is hidden 😂 Was a little expensive for the two of us, think it was around $25 each but was mega fun

It’s not a bad attraction but certainly not worth the price tag. We (2 adults and 2 kids) went through in 10 mins, it’s not challenging enough... we could predict almost all the way through. I think if kids come by themselves would be better coz it would be more challenging and scary for them, but definitely not for adults.

Perfect for a one time visit but pause and take your time to enjoy every space rather than rushing through it. Loved the experience but it got over too quickly. A bit longer with more rooms would have added more value to the infinity experience. We happened to also run into a few people which was not as fun, it was rather busy for a Friday thou. We definitely were excited to see the next space and in a way moved too quickly to the next room when in fact we should have taken our time in each space to enjoy the ambiance !!

THIS PLACE IS CREEPY. The experience is more like a haunted house. I have done a sensory maze before which was fun with different smells and experiences. This maze was dark, had demonic voices coming through the speakers. It is not at all as advertised.

Infinity was absolutely awesome! Some sections where it was a little scary, and some loud noises which may have been a tad too loud, but definitely worth it. I'd say it is suitable for over 10 year olds, just because it is a huge simulation overload, and may be a little bit confronting at times. Hopefully I'll be back!

Such an amazing, sensory experience this was. I took my son who is on the spectrum and a very sensory child and he absolutely loved it. There was some hesitation at the start from him but that was quickly over with. For me it is such a beautiful experience that takes you on an incredible journey from start to finish.

Good attraction, it is something that can be done nice and quick. If you get motion sick then this isn't the attraction for you. It is fun however only rating 4/5 as the price is slightly high for what it is. It is what I'd consider a "once off" to try.

Great fun. Different rooms and experiences. Really enjoyable, even for adults. Edit. Returned 2 days later to purchase some novelty plasma lamps. Was surved by the same staff member, Axel. He was really polite and welcoming and deserves acknowledgement. Good staff seem hard to find on the gc at the moment. Well done.

I traveled during off season so didn’t purchased ticket in advance but will recommend buying ticket in advance if travelling during peak season. It was a completely fun, unique overall amazing experience and recommended while visiting Gold Coast to everyone must pay a visit. It’s quite fun for all age group people. Please follow the instructions seriously to avoid getting hurt at couple of illumination experience. Highly recommended.

I used to visit Infinity as a kid when we had holidays on the coast and always loved it. I went back a couple of months ago with my wife and our nieces and it was still so much fun! My big tip is to take your time and explore around each unique room so you get the most out of the experience. P.S: If it gets too dark and scary there's no shame in using your phone light..

Visited during Xmas break around 8pm. Quite busy day and stayed in the queue for an hour, but it’s worth for the wait. Staffs are very friendly and maintaining good hygiene by providing gloves and socks for the shoes. Had great fun!

This was my first visit. It was amazing, definitely a mind bend, but so much fun. You begin to doubt the floor or the walls. Super cool. But make sure you try and stay well away from the group in front (staff at reception can help) or try to be first, as the whimsy and surprise of finding the way out can be destroyed if you walk into a room that someone is exiting. There's no fun anymore. But overall, as I only had 1 room ruined, it was amazing. The first room was the hardest.

i think this could be a very fun attraction for a lot of people, however, if you or your child struggle with sensory issues (autism etc) this is not for you! myself and partner are 18 and both autistic. i loved some parts, hated some parts. this is not the fault of the attraction! but should be noted by others in the same position. i do wish however, that there was a way to skip the touch and feel room. we loved every other room but the touch and feel room was far too much (for us personally!!). also, i would’ve enjoyed it a lot more if they perhaps had an option for earplugs. the music is extremely loud (i wish i had gone in wearing my headphones). i recommend skipping the attraction if you’re autistic as it’ll probably cause more distress than fun!! hope this helps anyone :)) otherwise a fun time thank you infinity!

We visited Infinity during the 2023 Easter long weekend. I went as an almost-teenager probably 15 to 20 years ago, so this was a second visit for me. The place hasn't changed much in that time, but it is still quite fun. They've made excellent use of what is presumably a very small space - using mirrors and smoke and lighting to create a brilliantly immersive experience. Definitely worth a visit if you've never been before.

Must do activity in Gold coast. One of a kind experience. The setup with illusions, 3D kind of lighting effects, various zones is exciting. Lot of mirrors and dark areas so if you have phobias then not for you. They will give you socks to cover your shoes and gloves. Enjoy and have full fun here. Best 30 min experience you will have in Gold coast.

I'm not faulting the venue hence the high rating, however those with sensory issues should strongly reconsider attending. We were warned by staff on entry 'the only way out is through', I overestimated my 9yo daughter's ability to deal with the experience. The ambient music is often very loud, areas with flashing/strobe lighting, and parts of the experience are more akin to a spooky fun-house (jump-scare air blasts, hidden dangling things etc). There are quieter sections in between that are quite amazing, however overall you should not expect a sedate mirror-maze experience.

The staff from the front desk to the administration people are absolutely incredible. They are kind and helpful in every way. We went to Infinity with our kids a while back and they loved it. We recently went with just adults and we all had the best time. It's a place for everyone to enjoy.

My wife and I enjoyed this moreso than our kids. It can be very dark and claustrophobic, with loud steam sounds which isn’t for the faint hearted. We admittedly got lost in the computer mirror room. It’s a unique experience and might be a once off place to take your friends for a laugh getting lost, or kids who may find this fascinating as long as they are not afraid of the dark.

Overall I found it very over rated . Nearly every room is dark just with bright flashing lights and noise ,epileptic dream house. I was expecting some kind of new optical illusion? ,its 2023 ,nothing has changed over 15 years besides the entry price. My child enjoyed it as she is young and never experienced this before . It takes under 20 mins to walk through all the rooms ,I'd save my money and go play in the mud.

It was really cool. I liked the atmosphere, sound and lights with all the mirrors. I just expected something more powerful. Also the children behind were always "running" so we tried to stop in some rooms to let them overtake us, and it was quite annoying. Would be better to give instruction to walk normally

I went in a group of 4, and the experience was new to us. Was very unique but mostly fun. Some parts are scary for younger children and ones who are sensitive to light and sound. My son is 9 he wanted to see it but cried most of the time to get out. But once you’re in… you have to find your own way out. I found the staff a bit rude also and not really helpful or looked like their were enjoying themselves at all. For someone’s first time I wanted to be coached a little more then what I got.

  • 1/5 Jeremy P. 2 months ago on Google • 3 reviews New
Do not do not take small children in to this experience . Nothing on the front advertising shows anything scary or creepy . But then before you know it you are trapped in rooms that are terrifying with a small child screaming to death . Our 5 year old daughter was so excited and convinced the whole family to go because the front advertising is all beautiful sparkles and stars , then you steep onto rooms dark rooms , hands on walls , things hanging from ceiling. On the positive side the staff were amazing at comforting our terrified child . They even gave her a beach ball to try to console her . But unfortunately this could be the beginning of nightmares and physiological scares. If you have older kids great , they will love it but keep the younger ways away unless they love that kind of thing . But for us it was a very bad and terrible experience. Parents should be able warned before heading with young children .

As a person with sensory issues and anxiety, this is NOT MADE OR ADVERTISED WELL. Came here expecting something enjoyable for my younger brother and his friend and came out horrified and in the midst of a panic attack. Seriously need more warning other than "do you have a fear of the dark". Not to mention no one came to bring us out when we were stuck there for 20 minutes. Had to ruin another groups experience just to get our way out.

Take your time! For the price this experience can be over all too quickly, but is a unique psychadelic sensory experience that is worth having. My first visit I rushed through and I wish I had taken more time in each area and I regretted it.

  • 3/5 Natasha K. 3 years ago on Google
We have been many times to Infinity and while we do love it we just feel that the price is so over priced for what you're actually getting. I think its time for a bigger makeover as most of the rooms are the same with strobe lighting. Sorry to say we probably won't be back, which is a shame. Lower the price and update a little perhaps.

  • 4/5 Verné D. 3 years ago on Google
My small kids hated this attraction, too loud and scary for them. So I'd say not advisable for kids under 8. Also not a great attraction for sensory sensitive individuals, nor if you are epileptic , neither of which were asked of us, and we had both. But if this is your thing then is done really well, and you would love it. We got lost, and had to get help, so definitely for the adventurous.... and people not afraid of the unknown. Personally not my type of attraction, and I didn't know what it was until we did it, but a great attraction for those looking for something different, adventurous, and out there.

I came here with other 3 adults and we had lots of fun. We did go through every room very slowly, so that helped us to get the best of them. There are different rooms, with different themes, and some of them are a bit 'scary' but nothing terrible. It's all part of the experience. If you go with the thought of having fun, then it'll be fun. The whole experience is safe.

This place is so much fun. My kids and I had an awesome time. Only suggestion I would give would be to stagger groups a little longer as we meet up with a group during our turn which made it less challenging to get through the maze.

Loved the experience, did get scared a couple of times but other then that it was great. The staff there is great. One part that I really like is where you have to put all your stuff in a little box to keep it safe that’s one cool feature about the place. Love absolutely everything about the place. ❤️❤️❤️. Very FUN. You do laugh uncontrollably. (Thought I would add that in haha.

this place was honestly so exciting and entertaining. there was so much to look at and interact with. each room had its own scene and the exhibits were wonderful. I have been here a few times but each time I come it just seems to get better! love this place

The kids (9 and 14) both enjoyed Infinity they said it was great, they went by themselves while I took a break. The staff were very helpful, they said it should take about 30 mins (+/-10 mins) and explained that it wouldn't be okay if kids were afraid of the dark (we aren't). We discussed it and they decided to go through. All in all it took about 25 mins to go through but the kids said they could have stayed longer. It was about 8pm Sunday night and quite busy with a 20 min wait to enter due to social distancing restrictions. 9yo says: 4.3 stars 14yo says: 4.5 stars

Our experience was good and not so good - I quite enjoyed the maze, lights and the trippy/scary room layouts, but my partner was creeped out and pretty scared throughout most of it. We still had a laugh and enjoyed some parts together. We felt the entire journey was a bit short.

This was the second time we went in 10 years however we now had a 6 year old with us :) Nothing had changed since our first visit. It's fun and well thought out but a bit pricey for what it is (ie. $77 for two adults and 1 child) but cheaper if you have a discount voucher or NRMA membership. It takes around 15 minutes to go through. For the young ones, it's a bit dark and loud but they do warn you of this before enter. All in all, I give it 4 stars for the fun but only 2 stars for the price, averaging it at 3 out of 5 stars.

Infinity is a great experience for all. It's totally out of the ordinary, magical and fun, which is what we need sometimes. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My son comes here every year for his birthday and has been doing so for 8 years

Loved it. Great spaces, very interactive, lots of fun. Can’t remember how long it took us to go through. No photos or cameras allowed inside so I have no photos. If you have vertigo or hate flashing lights, please avoid.

This was awesome. A great activity for young and old. It's dark, with lights, lasers, mirrors and much more. It really tests your senses. Highly recommend giving this a go.

Fun place to visit. Variety of rooms that provide different experiences. As a kid you will love it, as an adult it’s worth one-time visit.

This was so cool. We took out 10 year old and 3 year old who were fine to do this, (3 year old is braver than the older brother). Such a fun interactive way to spend some time together, solving rooms and being entranced by the lights, confused by the glass and feeling of unbalance if some floors. Be aware there is a age recommendation of 8.

We visited over the weekend and bought the tickets at the encounter. It was a decent fun experience - light effects were very impressive. Its pitch dark inside with various illusions and effects. We went with kids 7 and 12 yrs - both were fine. However, wouldn't recommend for kids younger than 8 yrs. It does get scary, and kids may start crying.

It was an absolute blast! The attraction features illusion-based special effects and music that create an incredibly immersive and art-focused experience. From the moment I entered, I was transported to a world of fun and excitement. The special effects were so well-done that it was difficult to tell what was real and what was an illusion, which made for a thrilling and entertaining experience. What really impressed me about the attraction was the attention to detail and the artistry that went into creating it. The designers clearly put a lot of thought and effort into every aspect of the attraction, from the lighting and sound effects to the decor and props. One of the things that really stood out to me about the Funhouse attraction was the variety of experiences it offered. Each room had its own unique theme and set of special effects, so it felt like I was exploring a series of mini-adventures. One of my favorite parts of the attraction was a room that featured an optical illusion that made it look like I was walking on the ceiling. I also loved a room that was designed to look like a giant kaleidoscope, with mirrors and lights creating an endless array of colorful patterns. The music throughout the attraction was another highlight. It was perfectly timed to the special effects and added to the overall immersive experience. Overall, I highly recommend this Funhouse attraction to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience. Whether you're a thrill-seeker or simply looking for a good time, you won't be disappointed by this immersive and art-focused attraction.

This was good fun, sadly no photos to share, as it is not allowed. This for me, made it a bit less fun, no lasting memories of it. On the whole, it was a good experience, but i wouldn't go there on a busy day. The fun is not seeing where the exit is, so if you catch up to people this can be spoilt. Or some people catch up to you. It would be great if there was a small waiting room between rooms that would prevent groups from catching up to the group in front.

An experience lasted a bit more than 10mins, much shorter than as advertised. Not really too fun or exciting for adults, maybe more suitable for kids and families. The staff was not too inviting or happy at all. Overall, not worth almost $30, worth a visit if it was around $15.

I have been here 2 times and love every bit of it It's not really good for Autistic i found it hard to walk threw with being autistic at 33 year old maybe people with sensitive minds and hearing and having issues with lights, might not be something I would recommend. But beyond that this place has great vibes 😌 great rooms and definitely heaps of fun.... take your time threw the rooms

Loved it. Was very awesome and thrilling and it was so much more that we thought. All the rooms were quite awesome. We totally loved the experience. Please were your comfy shoes

If you have kids with any fear of the dark or psychological horror please do not go! There is no mention in the advertising about how scary some of the rooms are. It has hardly anything to do with illusion, it goes straight into pitch black rooms with scary sounds and scary things touching you. Our kids were crying and shaking and we had to call the staff to get them out. Completely false advertising and a massive waste of money for us. Avoid at all costs if you care for your children. This place is a hazard both mentally and physically.

One word. Epic. A very hard experience to describe in words but the experience and sense of mystery, fun, and nerves was awesome. Prepare to be in dark spaces for a short time and deal with some uncertainty in finding the exits. So much fun and I would do it again.

I can see why people would love this however it’s not for me - or anyone else who is claustrophobic or feels uneasy in small dark spaces. You even need to hold your hands up in front of you as you go through to make sure you don’t run into walls. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. My fear stopped me from enjoying each room as I frantically searched for each exit in the darkness. Terrifying! And once you’re in you can’t go back to get out. Definitely not for kids under 8.

An excellent sensory experience. Lots of fun, mind bending mirror mazes and lights, and more. Awesome fun. Take your time in each room and enjoy it.

I can only give this 3 🌟 not because of the service or staff, both excellent, but because I was unaware this would trigger me in terms of darkened, confusing rooms. I could not get out of here quickly enough. This is not for claustrophobic people. My two 'mates' loved this and frankly, I wish they could have told me what it'd be like so that I could ruin my cholesterol over at Max Brenners and they could just die at Infinity.

It was heaps of fun. It's really good advice to keep your hands in front of you, as the mirrors are incredibly deceiving

This experience caught me by surprise. I highly do not recommend it for children. There were many mazes in the dark, which resulted in me literally having an anxiety attack/breakdown. Non of the workers helped my partner & I exit early. However, there was a lovely group of people who tried to help us get out of it. I felt a lot more calmer, but could not wait to get out of there. Never doing this ever again.
