Nice park on the Gold Coast Sea World Drive. The best place to start a walk on this is from the Philip Park since there is ample parking, washroom and other facilities. Along the walking path you find birds and nice trees. Just next to the walking path is the beautiful beach on the Coast. Best time to go there is evening so you can see the spectacular view of the sunset.

This path and area has plenty of opportunity for vatious fitness/exercise and lovely scenic views along the way. It meanders along the water and through various parks. It’s in close proximity to the Seaworld Resort and Seaworld theme park.

This is part of the Spit walk and we started at the bottom end at Federation Walk and walked along to the very end to the sea wall and back again ...7kms. You can go either way via the beach and when you get to the sea wall end if you turn left there is the Spit cafe with nice views out over the seaway. Along the walk you will see signs for the Park Run as this is where it is held. At the Spit Cafe there are public toilets to the right of the Cafe facing the beach. Plenty of parking although it gets very busy in summer and school hols.

Quite pretty and secluded considering it's 2 minutes away from the CBD. The walking track is a little dirty but not too bad. The beaches are just about empty at most times of the day, very rare to find empty beaches backing on to bushland on the Gold Coast.

This walks path and area has plenty of opportunity for fitness and scenic views along the way. It meanders along the water and also through various parks and green spaces. It’s in close proximity to the Seaworld Resort and Seaworld theme park. Very pleasant! πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

Fabulous spot to talk an exercise walk! Paths are relatively well maintained, there is shade from the sun plus plenty of spots to pop up and check out the ocean!

Great for a mountain bike ride. It goes right through to the carpark at the end. It would be better with some signs for bike riders. Just a magical experience

Soothing and isolated beach and park. Perfect place to relax with lack of people present. Can be noisy due to helicopters constantly flying over from Seaworld. Parklands are nice and shady. Litter is an issue here, please keep your rubbish to yourself.

What a beautiful day. Caught a bus to Seaworld and walked back to Surfers along the beach. The flora fauna and views are magical. There are many secluded spots along the way

Nice walk but an average rocky path, needs come maintenance and tidying up. Can be quite isolated there as well. Reasonable shade in place in the morning, first half of walk is nicest.

One of my favourite places on the coast. Quiet walk (except when Saturday Park Run is on!). In and out of sun and shade, forest and coastal heath, sandy bits and gravel. Take your time and watch and listen for birds, there are lots of varieties - a list of some is on the Federation Walk, or friends of federation walk, website. Or take your bike and ride through. Lovely place.

So good to be able to be at a beautiful uncrowded beach with the waves ionising the air, ideal for walking, swimming, family outings etc.

Walk from the Federation carpark or, park anywhere along the stretch of road between federation carpark and the end of the spit beach because, there are beach accesses all the way along that stretch of road.. You can walk your dog on lead through the trees on a dirt/bitumen path or, you will notice about 10 mins into your walk that the paths off to the right, lead to the beach and you can walk your dog off lead all the way up to the spit. Remember your doggy bags, we want to keep this special spot beautiful.

Amazing spot . Plenty room on the beach to go for a swim or a walk and it's dog friendly. In land tracks to ride your bike as well. Has to be one of the best places to take your hole family (dogsπŸ• included) on the coast.
