Beautiful rain Forest. Lots of Walks and waterfalls. Great place for a family bush walks. Pools that you can swim in. What an awesome place. There are good amenities here including well maintained toilets and picnic tables. Parking can be quite limited. All in all highly recommended.

There are plenty of parking spots outside the park. So parking wouldn't be a problem here. When I came to this park I have no idea what is that. Thought it is beautiful and a long trail for running/walking. Beautiful? Yes, definitely! I was stunned by the view of the waterfall and the valley. Long trail? No, or maybe I didn't explore enough. It is just 30mins walking distance to all the trails. Been trying some off road trail but it's all the dead end. I guess I need to change my hiking shoes to swim suits if I come again next time as this is more to enjoying the ice cold water at the waterfall area.

Cedar Falls, Glow Worm Caves and the Tree Top walk. All very good. A beautiful place on a beautiful day. We'll worth a day trip or longer if you have the time

Very beautiful, great easy walks. I came here with my Sparkly lady friend 💖 to give her a treat for our 7 months together 😘. It was an awesome sunset, although the viewing place was a little busy. And brides were fighting over who gets the best sunset shot 🤣😅. Absolutely incredible views!

Some fairly impressive waterfalls and the scenery is pretty spectacular. There are a number of walking trails here which are all fairly easy to navigate if you are reasonably fit. Make sure to bring water and sunscreen. And perhaps try to avoid peak periods as it can become quite crowded especially during schoolies. Well worth a visit!

Its awesome good place to relax, you have to walk down to see the waterfall, the sound of the water coming out of the mountain was very calming. If you love the nature this is the good place.❤

Absolutely in love with the tracks. Even though the day I went, there had been heaps of rain. It was still easy to navigate. Beautiful waterfalls, fauna etc. Well worth the trip

Beautiful nature with few waterfalls. Better to visit when it was raining few days before, otherwise they are pretty quiet but nice anyway.

Another great SEQ Natioanl Park to explore, with plenty of walking trails for most levels of fitness. Perfect for nature lovers and photographers as there is plenty of flora and fauna, as well as some majestic views Avoid visiting during peak periods, public and school holidays as it will be packed and certainly not as fun to explore with so many people around. Bring water, sunscreen and mozzie spray especially during the summer months.

We visited 4th January 2024 and the park was in a fair state of chaos following the Christmas Day tornado. Extensive damage to the woodlands was everywhere to be seen. But all the roads had been cleared and opened to address, so getting about was entirely possible. The majority of businesses were open to trade, with only a few that we encountered that were still impacted by the damage to power. Repair crews were everywhere to be seen. As were the clear up crews. Every effort being put into restoring the park to full action. There were several park sights closed off. Notably the Waterfalls were inaccessible, as was the Sky Walk. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our visit and will be sure to come again the next time that we're in Australia. We want to see what we missed this time round.

As beautiful as this place is.. NEVER go on a Public Holiday..there were people parked illegally inside the gates to the park, leaving only space for 1 way traffic, No extra car parking for the what looked like 80 people crowding the rock pools and rocks.. My hubby and i managed to find a space of our own..but only sat there to eat and get pics of our beautiful view with out lots of people..i do recommend this drive but go during the week if you can. 😊 Please put more parking spaces in, the illegal xars parked up the top makes it dangerous around the top of the hill driving up to Tamborine/Down.

The walk down to the waterfall is nice but has some steep sections that take a bit of work on the return route, I'd still do it again.

Motorcycle riding and thought we'll have a look. Very small carpark which would fill up quickly. The walk down to the waterfall viewing area was easy but the steps down to the water probably not suitable for those not so fit or with some mobility issues. Plenty of water was flowing as it was only a week since the heavy rains. Few people swimming in the rock pools which would be nice on hot days

This is a stunning, cool, rainforest. Be prepared for wet weather and wear decent outdoor shoes. There are short walks which are perfect for the whole family, (not suitable for people in wheelchairs). Toilets are available at the start of the National Park.

Tamborine national park is a beautiful place to visit and specially if you are interested to see the Kangaroo and Turkey during day time then must visit this place. The waterfall is too good in summer but it also gives amazing view during the winters as well. 5 star ranked due to its natural beauty and awesome atmosphere.

Best nature encounter, don't try hike night time it's extremely dangerous

  • 5/5 Cameron C. 3 years ago on Google
Be very careful on the rocks! They are very slippery. This is not a place to take kids swimming, it's too dangerous. Never dive in, or jump into the billabongs from above. People have been severely injured, and there have been deaths from this kind of activity. Please don't bring alcohol! The rocks are VERY SLIPPERY and if you're drunk, you're putting your own life and the lives of others in grave danger! It's a beautiful place at Cedar Creek Falls.
