Love it! My favorite National Park close to Brisbane/Gold Coast QLD. It's great to walk through this fresh rainforest, it has nice landscapes and waterfalls. Perfect for a walk on a Sunday morning. Bring water, a hat and a fruit or snack. You can swim if you're brave. ๐Ÿ˜„

Twin falls was gorgeous! I went on the shorter route. Quite a nice walk to go on during cool weather. The walk was quite narrow and isnโ€™t fully paved. Be sure to bring good shoes for walking. Plenty of nice lookouts along the path back. Along the way we saw a snake cross the hiking path. So be careful where you step! The toilets just at the entrance of the trail were pretty clean too :).

Take the walking trail. Stop to see the natural beauty of this place. The flora & fauna is something you donโ€™t get to see elsewhere. Walk down small streams to reach the picture perfect falls. A water fall coming down a skylight like opening in the rocks. Great viewing spots n the way for instagram pictures. Enjoy

This is a very big national park which you can't finish with just a day tour. You will need at least 2 or 3 days to explore all the places in the national park. The detail of the places I will give a review at the specific place in Google map. If you want to go for camping there is a settlement area which you need to get a permit through the website or by phonecall If you want to see the lookout point there are some lookout points which are best of all lookout, canyon lookout, purling brooks fall lookout, and etc. If you are into hiking there will be a long train at the canyon lookout which will be 14KM long which will take you about 6hours++ If you want a short want you can probably walk to the twin falls, it is worth it. Overall I have a very pleasant experience there. Definitely worth a visit and plan a stay there

beautiful place, the road to get there is not the best and if you dont drive slowly at one stage you miss the entrance. then when you park the car make sure is closed and secure!!!! too many silly people there. then the screaming teens and the bad attitudes can really make your experience bad> the toilets were totally trashed by that group, they were also jumping the fences and going in the not allowed areas and trashing them. anyway the place is fantastic and unique!!!!

There are two hiking trails, one is around 2 hours for return and another one is about four hours. We chose the two hours one, and we can see different angles of this Purling Brook Fall while walking. Weโ€™re so lucky that there were raining few days ago, so we can enjoy magnificent waterfall today. Highly recommend this natural national park to families or friends who want to have a lovely and chill holidays.

Itโ€™s amazing what QLD has to offer. There are plenty of nature walks that really connect you with mother earth! I did the Nature bridge walk with my partner and it was about an hour of awesome experience. I took a couple of pictures on the way. There are signs everywhere in the walk with a lot of awesome facts to read about the different plants and animals that live in the area. Very clean and organised 100% canโ€™t miss this when visiting the Gold Coast.

Very nice national park, up in the mountains so quite cool. Visited the Twin Falls area of the park on a Saturday and was very busy. The walk to Twin falls is relatively short and popular with families. We walked part of the Warrie Circuit which had a few waterfalls, need a full day to walk the whole length (14 km).

Absolutely beautiful national park. It's one of my favourite places to visit. There are a variety of tracks available for all fitness levels and all ages. I really enjoy visiting here during winter or spring. I always prefer to visit the park early (6-7am) because it can get very busy later in the day between 9am - 3pm. Please wear strong grippy hiking shoes as the tracks can be slippery, wet and filled with loose rocks.

If youโ€™re someone who enjoys the great outdoors, forestry terrain and nature walks. Youโ€™ll appreciate Springbrook National Park. A short walk from the parking lot and suited to all fitness levels. Picturesque forest setting with protected wildlife for all to enjoy. If youโ€™re a photographer enthusiast, youโ€™ll appreciate this place to.

Absolutely stunning with the renewed waterfalls! First time I've hiked Warrie Circuit with water flowing so much that I had to wade barefoot twice through the creeks. Be careful when crossing rocks around waterfalls and through creeks. The flowing water has power! Unforgettable.

The Springbrook National Park is a must to do in Gold Coast, QLD. Its a protected national park full of spectacular waterfalls, lush rainforest, ancient trees, and impressive views. Bring water, boots, and hat. You need to spend a day at least to explore the beauty of the park. Highly recommended.

Stayed here today, and meant to stay overnight. Unfortunately for us, our new swag has holes in the seams, and when the skies opened up, it absolutely saturated out swag and mattress. So after only three hours we had to pack up camp. ๐Ÿ˜ช There are COVID-19 notices there, but no QR code for check in. There were also no camping tags to write your permit number and display, like other national parks within the area. Basic toilet facilities, but no showers. There was a small BBQ area that was covered. There are no fired allowed at this camp site. We saw a few wild bush turkeys and small wallabies wandering around. As it was absolutely pouring down, we were inundated with leeches. I mean they were everywhere, so be warned. And do constant body checks. You never know where those nasty buggers will end up.

A fabulous sanctuary, so close to the Gold Coast that you can see it from numerous look outs. Be sure to check the status of tracks before you go. I encountered all waterfall trails closed on my visit today. Services are limited - no fuel and only a handful of cafes working post COVID. Bring a picnic.

Weโ€™ve been here many times we canโ€™t even count โ€˜em. The beauty never fails to amaze us each time and makes us wants to come back over and over again. We tried coming after a week of non stop rain and the falls is just beautiful. The trail is a bit scary after the rain as itโ€™s slippery and muddy, make sure you gear up. We were caught by the rain in the middle but it was a great experience surrounded by nature.

Beautiful hike. The paths were nice and laid out well. Quick hike to pools. Thereโ€™s a longer hike all the way around. Not difficult so kids and older adults are capable.

Large and wonderful national park with a rainforest containing lots of waterfalls. We did the Warrie circuit which was 17k all in, there are spectacular view point along the way. Very easy to follow as its all single track and well sign posted. The walk isn't too difficult as its a long drawn out rise and descent although its not for the faint hearted. They were several section of sheer cliff edge with poor footing on mainly wet rock.

An extremely beautiful place with some great hikes. There are waterfalls and you can swim but it's fairly cold so I didn't go in. The walks are not too difficult which I say as an extremely lazy person who gets tired very quickly.

Stunningly unbelievable lookout and beautiful bush walk. Could not recommend enough how amazing this location was. The drive there was a bit long and had a lot of winding roads but it was completely worth it in the end. Five stars.

Absolutely beautiful! A bunch of different lookouts, all with stunning views. Short walks from car parks to amazing scenery. Waterfalls, volcanic craters, and the coastline from Byron to Stradbroke. Longer walking tracks for the more adventurous. All less than an hourโ€™s drive from Broadbeach. A great afternoon adventure.

So blessed to have this wonderful national park so close to the Gold Coast. The Twin Falls and Purling Brook hikes have fantastic waterfalls and are great for people looking for a 4-8km hike. Lots of kids do these hikes too. For anyone looking for something longer, the Warrie Circuit is around 16km and has 7 or 8 waterfalls along the way. On the other side of the national park, in the Numinbah valley, Natural Bridge is a great place to visit during the day or at night to see the glow worms. In the town of Springbrook there are a few cafes and some great accommodation. I can highly recommend it for a day trip from Brisbane or the Gold Coast or a nice weekend away. One thing I can highly recommend is the Springbrook observatory to see the amazing stars. There are also lots of amazing lookouts around the town to visit. One thing that can be improved is the parking at the Canyon lookout, so if you are going on a sunny weekend, be aware that it will fill up very quickly. Overall I think itโ€™s a fantastic national park and weโ€™ll worth a visit.

Came here for the glow worm caves; DIDNT DISAPPOINT AT ALL! Got to give it a try. It is about an hourโ€™s worth of walking in the forest (bring your torchlights). You donโ€™t need to go with a tour group as you can do it alone.

Great spot for bird watching, with an array of environments from wetlands, mangrove forests, tidal and heathland. A boardwalk lets you wander through the middle of a mangrove forest. You can experience the diversity of this ecosystem up close. There is a spot to sit and enjoy views out to Moreton Bay. Definitely a place for lovers of nature with so much to see. Even though this is close to a major port you can lose yourself in nature and relax.

This national park had an excellent track. My friends and I did the twin falls which was a grade 3 walk. The area is well-shaded, cool, has rest rooms at the beginning of the tracks and has leisurely to intermediate moments of exertion required to complete the tracks. The the waterfalls at the end of the twin falls track are a sensory experience with stunning views along the way. Parking is available at the beginning of the tracks as well.
