This is a must see if you are visiting Beaudesert or Boonah. You need to get tickets (7.5 dollars per adult) but it is worth the price. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is ample parking. This place has a great collection of historical photos, equipment, vehicles such as carts, etc. They all show how the area had been in the past. A great place to see the old agricultural equipments and your kids will have a lot to learn.

An awesome place. Never seen such historical items before in Australia. Definitely suggest. Too many details to see that you will run out of time for other things during the day

A nice spot run by volunteers. Lots of old stuff. Even a working pump out the front. If you are into a bit of history worth a stop. Has local stuff as well. Lots of parking next to a large park with BBQ s and a playground. They discouraged photos inside- not sure why perhaps security.

Such a thoughtful representation of the area and the guide had great knowledge of St Mary's Church in the area..

We spent a good deal of time here and were very impressed with the volunteer and her knowledge as well as the myriad of historical items that we exclaimed many times "Oh, I remember that" or "Mum had that". Can't recommend too highly. You can't see it all in one go and would love if the entry fee allowed a return visit. Only negative was no photos were allowed to be taken inside.

Milbank's cottage is worth the entry fee. Everything else is just a bonus.

A real gem - great range of historical exhibits - Claire, the volunteer there when we visited, was just marvellous. Wonderful that there are locals willing to give of their time and expertise to set up and maintain the displays - well worth spending an hour or two absorbing all that the Museum has to offer - we will return.

Wow, what a great little museum. Such a wonderful variety of local historical pieces. I highly recommend a visit.

Some of the exhibits could be better presented and some TLC wouldn't hurt either. $7.50 adult entry on the high side for these regional exhibits. One volunteer was quite friendly but the others ignored me. There are better local historical museums around like the Beenleigh Historical.

An amazing collection of photos, objects and even buildings from the past. A many antiquated household items and tools and farming equipment, and walls of memories. It's worthwhile talking to the staff - very friendly and helpful.
