Apparently I was here today. Never known it as Tumgun lookout, referred to locally as "co*k rock". Anyway, the walk through the national park is lovely and the views are amazing. Another lovely spot on the gc that everyone should go see at least once

Another good point of the Burleigh Heads national park to take great photos. This part showing us Tallebudgera creek catchment with the ocean. You need a bit of waking to reach here. Δ°t's a bit tiring route.

Absolutely stunning view - the walk / climb is fairly easy for regular walkers/runners leaving you with a good workout and if you want to make it harder simply loop around and do it again πŸ˜€ there is an easier path you can take if you have small children / disability etc as well - Gods creation on display for all to see when you get here

Great views from the lookout. Whales in season. Saw large lizards and a harmless Diamond python

Great views. The walk is sure to get your heart rate up, challenging , yet rewarding walk. Unfortunately, the circuit around the heads was closed. So we had to walk around the hard way through the top circuit.

The view from Tumgun Lookout is breathtaking; it's definitely worth the climb to take it all in.

A incredible viewing point of the Headlands. The view spans right across the Tallebudgera Creek and beyond. The half mile (800m) hike up to it is fairly easy and well paved, with a few steep bits and occasional steps - it's really not suitable for buggies/strollers and even worse for wheelchair users. There is loads to see along the way, as it is a section of (prehistoric) rainforest which was once connected with the Daintree rainforest near Cairns! Keep your eyes peeled for snakes, lizards, birds etc. There are two paths, a high one over the hill and the lower one which runs closer to the sea, however a large rock-slide has recently closed off the lower path.
