Wow, what a view! 😮😍🌄 We usually stop here when we ride 🚲 up the mountain before descending to O’Reilly’s vineyard or Canungra for breakfast. Epic vista 270 degrees around 👀. Lovely rotunda with large picnic table to soak it all in. Can be chilly 🥶 so if heading up to watch the sunrise, pack a jumper & blanket. Turn off is around 5km before O’Reilly’s on the main road on your left.

Lamington’s best lookout. Don’t miss out to take a rest under the shed after long driving. Good car parking at the lookout, table to sit and have your snack or takeaway and big green space for kids to play. Absolutely love this place and never get enough from the view

This place leaves me lost for words. Beautiful green hills to sit on while overlooking the view, on a clear day you could sit and stare forever over the mountains of the scenic rim and across to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Always seems to be fairly quiet as most people only stop for a brief moment but well worth staying a while to soak it all in.

Beautiful lookout on the way to O'Reillys. You can see for miles out towards the ocean and Brisbane which looks like a small speck in the distance. Easy to access in a car and motorbike. Quiet and peaceful, nice spot for a picnic.

Awesome view from the top of the mountain. Wining road could be tricky. We had a tour guy, so not bad.

Absolutely spectacular views. Even though there was a smoke haze you could see Brisbane. Serene setting. No traffic noise. Lovely gazebo area for a picnic. Only drawback is no toilet facilities. It's in a national park so no animals allowed.

We stopped there on our way back from O'Reilly's plateau and so glad we did ! The view is absolutely stunning, do check it out !

Great little spot to stop and look out! It can get a bit windy up there and there's only a handful of places to be shaded if you were looking for a picnic. On a clear day you can see all the way to Brisbane city.

A stunning almost 360 degree view here. A winding drive. There's a covered area to sit or just sit on the grass and take it all in.

A beautiful lookout in the Lamington National Park. It's not a great road for the faint at heart there are lots of mountain curves and narrow corners. Worth packing a picnic and enjoying the views to Brisbane.

One of the most iconic and beautiful lookouts I've visited so far. You can see the Brisbane CBD in direct line of sight 54KM away, very clear with a decent binoculars.

Refreshing place to stop for a little picnic or refreshing water on the way down the mountain from O'Reillys. Freshly mown grass and panoramic views✨👌🏼 So good. No problem at all to take your rubbish home with you, when you have such amazing views like this 💚☺️

👍👍 A great activity for the family. It's free entry and a short walk from the Mountain view Cafe. A series of suspension bridges through the treetops.
