The
room
was
very
dirty,
with
bread
crumbs
on
the
floor
and
on
the
seats,
could
hardly
stay
in
the
room
due
to
foul
smelling
seafood
(the
previous
guests
had
used).
We
made
multiple
phone
calls,
asking
the
duty
manager
for
some
help
and
resolution,
literally
hotel
staff
members
could
not
care
less.
Following
multiple
phone
calls
and
attempts
asking
for
review
of
this
situation,
and
as
the
manager
refused
to
come
and
have
a
look
and
despite
all
our
intention
and
attempt
to
address
the
situation
in
the
most
friendly
and
humanitarian
way.
Eventually
after
so
many
phone
calls,
a
junior
cleaner
came
to
see
our
room,
who
agreed
to
such
poor
service,
and
his
solution
was
to
spray
ample
amount
of
chemical
air
freshener!
As
we
decided
to
leave,
on
our
way
out,
we
bumped
into
the
duty
manager,
who
was
"so
kind"
this
time
to
come
and
have
a
look
at
the
room
and
agreed
to
such
poor
quality.
The
other
expected
standards
are
also
nonexistent
in
this
hotel,
regardless
of
how
many
pieces
of
luggage
you
have
or
how
heavy
your
luggage
is,
no
one
is
willing
to
provide
help!
We
had
to
find
the
luggage
trolley
ourselves
to
carry
our
stuff
to
the
room!
Finding
a
decent
car
park
for
the
hotel
guests
is
another
story!
Good
location
is
not
worth
going
through
so
much
haasel,
trust
me.
The

but
taken
with
ordinary
camera,
but
still
give
you
some
idea.
