Don’t stay here if you are staying for more than 1 night! They don’t clean your room and don’t provide cleaning products. They also don’t provide a tutorial on how to make their hotel beds - and it was hard/ time consuming to figure out. Pools and staff are great, but the cleaning situation made the stay with kids really hard work - not what we had paid for. Not a relaxing stay unfortunately and we won’t be back. Such a shame as great views & lovely staff.

Peppers Soul is just a beautiful relaxing place to stay on the Gold Coast. Yes it is one of the higher priced accommodations on offer but I believe it is worth every cent. The room was wonderful, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The services in the hotel are excellent and they even have an outdoor area you can use with BBQ's available if you like cooking outdoors. The pool is fantastic and over looks the beach, what more could one ask for!

Stayed in a 3 bedroom ocean view apartment. It was fantastic. Brilliant views, great location, literally on the beach. Walking distance to Cavill Avenue. Clean, spacious just like the pictures online. Highly recommend. Worth paying extra to stay in this awesome place. Will be back!

The room was very dirty, with bread crumbs on the floor and on the seats, could hardly stay in the room due to foul smelling seafood (the previous guests had used). We made multiple phone calls, asking the duty manager for some help and resolution, literally hotel staff members could not care less. Following multiple phone calls and attempts asking for review of this situation, and as the manager refused to come and have a look and despite all our intention and attempt to address the situation in the most friendly and humanitarian way. Eventually after so many phone calls, a junior cleaner came to see our room, who agreed to such poor service, and his solution was to spray ample amount of chemical air freshener! As we decided to leave, on our way out, we bumped into the duty manager, who was "so kind" this time to come and have a look at the room and agreed to such poor quality. The other expected standards are also nonexistent in this hotel, regardless of how many pieces of luggage you have or how heavy your luggage is, no one is willing to provide help! We had to find the luggage trolley ourselves to carry our stuff to the room! Finding a decent car park for the hotel guests is another story! Good location is not worth going through so much haasel, trust me. The photo and video attached but taken with ordinary camera, but still give you some idea.

What a beautiful place to stay for 10 nights. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and also the lounge. And that view... wow. Hotel is close to everything and directly across from the beach. Housekeeping looked after us everyday with bed making, a vacuum, clean towels and refreshing of bathroom items. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. 5 stars Soul you deserve it

Of all the hotels I've stayed at in surfers paradise pepper definitely tops the list..beautiful rooms,.really clean. The restaurant downstairs is also beautifully set up with great food. Will definitely be back

First time staying here and it ticked every box possible. The location and views are amazing, everything is at your doorstep inregards to food and entertainment which is great for families. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are big and spacious, beds are super comfortable. We are staying here again for sure.

There is no better location in Surfers than this. Once our car was valet parked we didn’t drive again until the day we left. Walk to everything you need and spend your holiday completely relaxing. Staff were wonderful and the restaurants amazing. If you want a 5* holiday in a central location and aren’t on a budget, this is the place to stay.

Not as good as the price tag would lead you to believe is probably the best way to sum it up. For the thousands we paid, I could've had better at Meriton and Hilton for WAY less. Looking forward to seeing some changes when we return for the air show later this year, but so far "bang for buck" is negligible. Truth is they live off the reputation the location gives them, but that market is about to change anyway with all the new locations opening now. Let's see what August brings!

A fantastic property, An amazing room, Great breakfast, great staff and a calm and peaceful view… Great location as there’s the high street right next to the property… I loved my trip to Gold Coast and the very enjoyable experience of this resort was just a perfect icing on the cake… If u want to stay in Surfers Paradise then I recommend u to book ur room in Peppers soul…

Amazing view, prime location and clean huge rooms. Very accessible and strategic location. Clean pool. The only complaint we had the pool bar was closed during our stay in February.

Very good location and pool facilities. Cant get any more central then this. Booked a 3 bedroom room and its top notch with great views. Good indoor heated pool and outdoor looking over the beach.

Such a fantastic place to stay in when holidaying on the Gold Coast. We've stayed at quite a number of different hotels over the years and Peppers Soul is definitely one of the best. Rooms are modern, large and well maintained. Ocean views are fantastic and you are so close to everything! Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel on the best part of the Gold Coast. Perfect location. View from the rooms were stunning. Rooms were well maintained yet felt a bit dated. Beach towels and bath towels both looked the same. Would be good to have different towels for beach use and hotel use. Definitely not an adults only option. Kids were unruly in the indoor pool,sauna and steam rooms which ideally should be for adults only. Or at least there should be an area catering for adults only. Can’t stress enough how amazing the location is. I will definitely book here again.

Becoming a home away from home now ❤️ Positioned waterfront, plenty of different room options. Huge decks for entertaining and enjoying uninterrupted sea view. Great to have valet parking and easy access to everything. A plethora of excellent Cafe and restaurant options straight at your doorstep. The teenagers were able to come and go from here easily and the staff always have a smile. Will be back again!!!

Best place we've stayed on our several trips to Surfers. We couldn't fault anything and the location is fantastic. The weather was cool and raining for some days of our stay, so to have the option of an indoor pool was such a bonus! I will definitely be recommending Peppers Soul SP to my extended family and friends.

No valet service when arrived at 3pm must bring ur own suit cases up to ur room on ur own,reception is above not helpful. Good decent size rooms how ever old and out dated the carpet is wet and Mouldy!the fans are cover in mould,showers not clean.no toothbrush or accessories. Wifi poor. Old tvs no apps no internet service is very poor for a luxury high end apartment/hotel very disappointing specially after reading the great reviews from others!! ?? ?? The buffet breakfast is a 2 cereals 2 fruits a couple cup cakes they rest is you must choose from the set menu they have which is not much at all. Found a couple flies in the fruit the stuff did replace it but did so with frustration after complaining. Coffee is extra For what u pay it is very expensive and no where near worth it over 3k for 4 nights. Seems like it’s run by foreigner owners abroad would not recommend

This place are located in the heart of surfer paradise where all the hustle and bustle. The room are very spacious with an office chairs, tables and couch on the corner of the room. We booked for 2 bedroom which the main one has spa bath and shower. The other room bathroom are closer to the bedroom. I'm not fan of the shower head, it's really small, you're expecting better shower head since all the appliances and furniture are on top end. They also don't service our room, That's the only fault that I can think off but they provided 2 towels. The whole rooms covered with verandah and facing the ocean. There's a sauna, spa, garden and heated pool on the 2nd floor. The first time when we went up here we never use their facilities. We're on the 5404th floor.

This would have to be the best location for accommodation on the Gold Coast. Room sizes were absolutely huge for a 2 bedroom. Bathrooms were large as well. Very clean and all amenities you could ask for. And to top it all off.. Views 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Love this hotel. We have stayed twice in 2 bedroom apartments both standard and sky view and have loved both. Lots of space for a family and such an easy location to walk or catch a tram if needing to go further.

Amazing location and views. Reception staff friendly. Apartment is comfortable although a little dated. Very comfortable bedding. Old nail clippings found beside bathroom bin. Ick! Bin bags left in room after service. Overall satisfied and will return.

My favourite place to stay in surfers!! This is my usual go to place to book!! Location is amazing, parking is awesome plenty of space to park and the staff are lovely. 2 bdrm plunge pool is my absolute fave room to book! Your very own pool & bbq area.. it’s everything you need with perfect views of the beach (even better on New Year’s Eve)

There are a couple of reasons I love this place. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Cavill Ave, multiple food locations and the beach. The parking is easy and convenient. The room itself Is also perfect, overlooking the ocean. I have stays in soul three times and will be back many times into the future.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom sky view apartment and it was stunning!! Definitely worth the price as the views are breathtaking and the decor modern and clean Staff are lovely and helpful Location is perfect too, whatever you need is within walking distance First photo is view from front balcony, second photo is from back balcony My only gripe was that I had to leave

We are family of 4 with 2 kids and had great fun staying here. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with sea views and it was awesome, didn’t want to leave the place. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great too. Will definitely be back.

Great location. Friendly staff. Great ammenities. Amazing views from our 3BR apartment. Room was a little tired and in need of some maintenance. Dishwasher wasn’t working, some door handles were loose and needed replacing, coffee machine was leaking. No smart TV’s in the room. Not a huge issue but for the 5 star price you pay they could keep up the maintenance. Beds were very comfy. If you want to get the best use out of the outdoor pool you will need to use the pool in the morning because by lunchtime onwards the pool is overcast by the shade of the apartment building. This might be a plus in the hotter months but in Spring it was a lot cooler without the sun. The indoor pool is a good alternative. Overall the property is overrated. For the 5 star price we were very underwhelmed with the room.

We only stayed 1 night and there are 4 more to go but we already love this hotel! Staff are friendly, plenty of underground parking space, food and drinks are amazing, golden location and they use good brand appliances. Highly recommended to all visitors.

A beautiful resort. With valet parking, quick front desk check in/out. We had 2 rooms & they were spacious, clean, terrific views. With good sized balcony's, spas in the ensuite, comfortable beds & lots of options for delivery of room service. Cleaning offered daily, but it would have been nice if they made the beds & did a bit more than just empty the bins & change the towels. It's a very convenient location & has both indoor & outdoor pool areas as well as spas & sauna. The onsite restaurant could do with a better menu especially for breakfast.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay on the Gold Coast. Right in the heart of Surfers. Hard to fault it. Amazing views, big double room, big balcony, spa bath overlooking the water. 1 min walk to beach. Love this place.

There were handprints on the glass lamps in the lounge room, the glass doors had hand prints over them & you could see the marks where the cleaning staff had wiped them down. Not the best maintained units I've stayed at. The view was great when you opened the doors, when closed the amount of sea spray over them was quite noticeable, being such an expensive hotel I would have glass cleaners ready to go anytime someone was booked in to stay. To walk in and see such a beautiful view through clean glass when you walk in would of just made the apartment more appealing.

For the price they charged I could get better service some where else. Location perfect, admin staff very nice. Restaurant and food zero I regret I booked my breakfast with them. Far too boring not varied and the tests were horrible. I must mention manager in the dining area is very professional and friendly also helpful. Cleaning staff very nice.

Had a great winter stay. Location of the resort in Surfers is spot on, in the heart of everything. We stayed in a room with southeasterly views over the beach and of Cavill, only drawback is that this time of year you get very little sun on the balcony (but reading a book in the sun in the Secret Garden made up for this). The rooms were very modern and comfortable. Will be back in the future.

Hotel and facilities are great, well cleaned and good value. The front desk staff were great, especially Camille who kept my licence when I lost it. Rooms are dated but nothing to worry about.

Friendly staff however the room was very average. Mould you the bathroom ceiling. Asked for additional pillows and was given two old latex pillows because it’s all they could find.. unfortunately didn’t live up to our expectations. Perhaps updating photos to reflect the hotel rooms current conditions would be helpful for potential future guest.
