It's only 10 minutes away from CBUS Stadium! Plenty of takeaway places in walking distance or a short drive for a bigger selection. (Coles is up the road to your left with McDonald's to your right up the road) Absolutely beautiful inside and out! friendly, welcoming and informative staff on arrival. If you want to park at the back of the motel, you have to time it right otherwise there is a few parks at the front on the road. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍

Clean tidy room, nice view to mountains. Helpful kind staff. Close to Burleigh Heads. And on Gold Coast Highway so easy access to all beach areas. A couple of blocks to supermarket. A very nice place to stay 😊

Easy booking in after a long drive to the Gold Coast and we found our room was newly renovated and we were told at the reception that the North Burleigh Surf Club a few minutes walk away was great for a meal & drinks —- we had a pleasant stay as we passed through on our way to Brisbane

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this Motel. It's clean, staff are friendly and helpful and it's walking distance to everything you need. Love this place

It was perfect for what we needed. Late check-in was easy. The rooms had been recently renovated & was good to have a decent iron & board.

We have been staying fortnightly for a few months. When we first booked be thought not our usual short-term rental and thought it would be a once off. After our first stay we could say it was very clean, very functional and Marina and Sally were so helpful and this is still the case months on. We have travelled a lot and often 5 star and can say we are very pleasantly surprised. The motel has recently been renovated and painted, further supporting the clean amenity and good old fashioned service from all staff members. 👍

Not very satisfying to stay in at all. Rooms are way to close to next room. Had extremely noisy neighbours having late night party The bed is very uncomfortable. Walls are like paper had very lack of sleep.

As expected, an entirely accusational response from you. That you "had to" wash the bedspreads one would expect to be standard practice. That you had to "disinfect" the microwave is outrageous. I would put it at "clean the microwave". That the room had any odour I would suggest is because the window is unable to be opened. And on the eighth day after my stay I still haven't received my deposit! What that means is that you hadn't processed it on the day that I checked out. Spend less time on your phone accusing guests of things they haven't done and spend more time cleaning.

Perfectly located, not far from restaurants and the esplanade. The room was new and equipped with everything you'd expect and clean. Staff were friendly. If you are looking for affordable accommodation, I'd definitely recommend Burleigh Gold Coast Motel.

Great place to stay in Gold Coast. Close to the beach, close to the shops, free car park on site. The kids enjoyed staying here. We had a good time here during our holidays.

Clean place,excellent location,paddock for bfast is popular place and walking distance.just needs a soap stand in the shower.

This motel may have a 2 star rating, but don’t let that deter you. Our room was very clean, crisp sheets and the bed was comfortable. By the looks of things, the whole building is having an enormous makeover. Our room had certainly been makeover and outside at the pool area was looking fabulous. A lot of love is being put back into the business. I can only recommend that you give this a go. And for the price, you can’t go wrong.

Very friendly reception even though slightly past closing time. Room was new and well appointed. Location great with a short walk to the beach the next morning.

felt like staying in a hostel. noisy people in the middle of the night, felt quite unsafe. woke up at 5am with our door wide open even though we had locked it during the night. wont be staying here again

This motel was fantastic value with clean rooms & surrounds, lovely staff & central to Burleigh Heads attractions. Highly recommended.

Stayed at the Burleigh Gold Coast Hotel with a school group attending a basketball tournament. The rooms were modern, tidy and comfortable. The staff were flexible and accommodating to our needs and the location couldn't of been better. Highly recommend.

Room was tidy and big enough for the family, however the bathroom would need to be improved, there was no storage or hanger for the clothes. The worst thing was road construction for the whole nights, I couldn't sleep at all.

Great location. Rooms large and clear. Very tidy garden and pool area. Only thing I would suggest is that room could do with some shelves or drawers for clothes.

Great little place to stay. Clean and everything you need. What I would suggest though as I was on the bottom floor. Maybe a partition or some type of guard infront of the windows as it looks straight into the carpark and you have to have the blind down all the time so no one sees in. Also maybe have a timer light or sensor light in the hallway as it is quite bright and lights the room up even though the door is closed. Otherwise a great stay.

My choice of budget accommodation on the Gold Coast. This Motel is well worth the money spent. Located perfectly 200m from an amazing surf beach. Reception were very helpful during my 6 day stay. Marina and Sally were both amazing from checking in to me needing to know where the best coffee was located in the area. Pretty Handsome around the corner makes great coffee or cocktails at night 😉. Looking forward to my next stay.

Great location close to shops and eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room spacious and comfortable. The only negative is that the bathroom lacked a towel rail or hanging hooks.

Clean and comfortable, well appointed, spacious room. Perfect for what we needed as we spent most of the day with family. Staff were very friendly and approachable.

I had another great experience @The Burleigh Motel. Staff seem to be really helpful, thanks Sally for getting me settled in. Car parking is a bonus. Accommodation pricing still seems to be the best value for money on the Gold Coast, post Covid-19. Wi-Fi was perfect. Overall, highly recommended stay.

Big room with natural light, very clean and everything new. Comfy bed. Location is great, close to restaurants and a great bakery next door!

Front desk reception was great Marina was very helpful and pleasant Room was basic but very clean and comfortable Unfortunately TV pixilated dark highlights to an ultra lime green which was very hard to watch and TV needs to be replaced Location was great, near to beach, surf club, cafes, supermarkets etc Unfortunately Google maps don't seem to have one way streets down pat so had a hard time getting on to the other side of the highway to the motel entrance

Ripper place if U are on a budget. Lock your doors, interesting locals. Super close to precinct brewery and other local institutions

Room was nice and food size, they also supply electric kettle and microwave along with crockery and cutlery however the crockery was not clean it looked like someone had used it and put it back in the paper bag without washing it. When I mentioned this to the lady on reception she simply said the cleaners are only human and things get missed. Well they also missed cleaning some of the bathroom where there was a layer of thick dust on the toilet roll holder. The noise from the highway was so loud it made it hard to sleep although the beds were very comfy. Light from the windows was non stop and there was no screens on the windows either, even the bathroom window where there was usually a vent was missing which left an open hole for bugs to come in. Fresh small bath towels were supplied but no hand towel or face washer. Oh and I forgot about the construction that started at 6.30 in the morning only metres away from the wall of our room. If you can live with noise and the other complaints I have then it's not bad it's central with bus stop out front, a short walk to Coles, cafes, restaurants and Maccas.

Perfectly located. No complains here. Well mannered staff. Easy to book in an arrive. The rooms were a perfect size for our family. Defs be coming back again. Looking forward to it.

The accommodation was just one block from the beach & I took advantage and went swimming every day! The rooms were well equipped and comfortable and the property owner was very helpful. Would recommend as a reasonably price place is a great location.

Reception staff were super friendly and relaxed. We had booked 2 rooms for the night for our group of 8. Rooms were clean and fresh it was MAGIC!

You can hear everything going on in room next to you.the walls are paper thin.if you are ready to have a screaming baby all night long next to you then this isn't for you .also get ready to be woken up to very loud construction noise right next door. This will even happen at 7am on a Saturday morning. We had booked 2 nights accommodation and one night was enough for us.

Immaculately clean, but found it noisy. The walls are super thin. Had to ask the adjoining room to turn the TV down a night, then the couple were very vocal night and morning...🙄. I know Christmas time is more expensive but thought it was a lot for what I got.
