I booked this place in October of last year. When I arrived and looked for a place to park, there was an underground parking lot. I got out of the car and went to the reception to check in. After checking in, when I returned to the car, the fine paper was in the car. We paid for parking and moved the vehicle. After 3 months, the fine paper came yesterday for $176. There was a sign saying Pay and Display, but we didn't see it. If we had only been told where to park and check in when we made the reservation, there would have been no problem. After paying $176, I feel bad now.

Got a 2 bedroom apartment this time for a last minutes booking. Very comfortable. Rooms was nice. Good location with city and river view. 2 minutes walk to the beach, well surrounded by restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Stayed between Xmas & NY period. Was a Happy Family Holidays Experience. Preferre an Ocean View for next time.

This is not a hotel, the desk is manned between 9 and 3pm but this is definitely like renting an apartment not the same hotel feel if that's what you are after. The location is good, the apartment view was lovely. We booked 2 bedroom apartment with ocean view in tower 1, not particularly clean but roomy. A funny smell from under the sink, and the beds are uncomfortable. I paid a lot to stay and should of booked a hotel.

We booked for two nights in a one bedroom suite. Check in was not until 2 PM, yet we arrived just after midday to avoid sitting in traffic on the motorway. We read poor reviews regarding parking, but received detailed guidance in an email which was super helpful. At reception we were greeted by Haley, who was super amazing kind, lovely and gave us the best welcome! Thanks Haley 😎 We spend our time before check in having a browse of the pool and zen room and going next door to Social Eating House + Bar. Sooo good. Hayley gave us a call when our room was ready and off we went. We had a bit of a stuff up with our room allocation, but it worked out into our favour. First we were given a two bedroom suite with ocean views on the 26th floor, yet this was later corrected to a one bedroom on the fifth. So much better. A great balcony from which we could people watch and soak up the atmosphere from the local lane. Our parking was secured until 2 PM which meant we could stay at the beach until midday. The bed was comfy and we had great night sleep. Indeed, there was corrosion on the vanity sink stopper that some reviewer complained about. I can only say that coz we are on the coast corrosion is a given. That’s what salty air does to metal objects. The corrosion made me feel right at home, on the coast! I’m just including this info to not let one star reviews deter you! Thoroughly enjoyed my long weekend away ❤️🥂😎🕺🌈 XO

Amazing location. Very close to all you need. Walking distance to the beach, amazing cafes restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. The rooms are excellently maintained, service provided by all staff are flawless. This location has a pool and fitness centre. Want to take your breath away, rent a beach view.

Room was quite nice, however it was pretty dirty. the curtains had a massive stain on the bottom, the bathroom had rust on the sinks, between the doors and on the floors and there was mould on the bottom of the shower. The position of the sinks and the mirror was quite annoying especially if you would like to get ready and there wasn’t much space for your things. was a bit paranoid if the rest of our room was clean .

Had a 2 bedroom suite in tower 2. Ocean view which was beautiful but obviously not as close as tower 1. Room was spacious and beds really comfortable. Staff also lovely to deal with. Downside - the sofas were dirty and needed a good clean. Also wifi was not included and really expensive. Lastly, our floor had a horrible smell in the corridor - like the rubbish had backed up. Was fine in the room but not nice every time we went to the elevator. Good hotel but for the price we expected it to be cleaner.

Disappointing Premium Ocean View Experience I was excited to stay in a hotel room with a promised premium ocean view, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The room overlooked a construction site, and a prominent crane completely blocked the ocean view I had anticipated. It's frustrating that the hotel didn't mention the ongoing construction when advertising the room.

This hotel/serviced apartments has a rating of 5 stars. Unfortunately I have experienced 2-3 stars at best. From mouldy shower to hair in bath tub, to stained carpets and furniture. For maintenance they deserve a '0'. Service '-1'. Lactation '5'. We were promised twice that the room would be cleaned up and still nothing. Unfortunately I prepaid the too and am stuck here for 2 more nights. My GM had the same experience and warned me against booking here....but my stubbornness said let's give them a go. Would NOT book here again.

Nice place to stay during your visit to Broadbeach GC area. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When you’re lucky like us, you can get the best views during your stay 🤩

Services provided by the hotel are horrible. They never respond to any emails/ calls. Been trying to contact the hotel for the past 20 days, they keep juggling from the front desk to the operator to the reservations team and neither of them either pick/ call back/ respond to emails or have a definite answer to any questions asked whatsoever. Was really excited for my vacay at the Peppers Broadbeach but clearly a horrible experience with the management let alone the services. Would not recommend.

If you want to have ineffective staff, a dirty and tired room and be woken at all hours by gutter trash bogans, this is the place for you. The absolute worst, I'd have given it zero stars if it was possible. Surfers paradise has moved, like a cane road, further south...

Mould in the shower nearly blew my mind, such an easy fix but not being done by cleaning staff. It was so obvious that i started thinking either the staff saw it and neglect the task or aren't allowed bleach in the rooms. Kinda basic and gross that they would allow this.

Was so happy with our visit at Peppers Broadbeach last month. We travelled there for our Birthdays, Fathers Day and a wedding and were greeted by a lovely man who even gave us chocolates and wine to celebrate. The room was spacious and clean and I would recommend it to anyone. The location was great and super close to the beach plus shops which was helpful and convenient.

Been trying to contact the property for over two weeks in regards to an upcoming booking but either no one picks up the call or are unsure about their own reservation policies. Sending an email to reservations is as good as hitting a dead end because they do not reply at all. Being a silver member and receiving this hopeless service from a brand as big as Accor is shameful.

My bonus Nan went for a trip with her friend last month and had a wonderful time. She unfortunately left a few things in her bathroom before returning home to Sydney. Reception and housekeeping were EXCEPTIONAL! They were quick to respond, found the items and express posted them back! Thank you Thank you Thank you! We are so appreciative and she will definitely be back!

The peppers hotel in brisbane was the best stay i had on a two week road trip consisting of 10 different hotels! The rooms are beautiful and spacious the location is amazing a very short stroll to everything but quiet when it needed to be. The staff were standout professional friendly and helpful and the facilitys are out of this world beautiful pool, spa, gym, steam room sauna, lounge, and games room what more could you need. All clean working and well equipped.

Amazing one night stay thou it was a pricey one due to Mother's day weekend. Two bedroom apartment was very spacious for 4 adults+ 1 infant. Top class apartment with great facilities. Friendly receptionist. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. coffee making facility, dryer, washer, fridge, microwave, oven and heaps more. Amazing view from the 13th floor Overall, we had a great stay and will consider coming back Disliked · Need better signage with your parking space. Seems like in a treasure hunt finding the car pack then got lost making our way up to the room. Please improve this as we were not the only one got lost. Few other guests had similar experience.

Very spacious and had good views of the beach. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and was very lovely during sunset. There are tons of different options for food.

I have stayed at Peppers before and absolutely love it cause it has the best facilities and the buildings and rooms have timeless quality finishes. It's located in a great part of the Gold Coast and is walking distance to everything. The rooms are modern and have meile appliances which is fantastic. I stayed in a 2 bedroom which has a tonne of space and well sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The only thing I had an issue with was I could smell something not right in the master bathroom and it was coming from the drain in the shower, so I pulled it out and there was like 5 years worth of hair stuck to it. Was pretty disgusting and a major oversight of the cleaning department. I am very surprised that I'm the only one to complain over the years lol. Other then that the other thing was I was to use the outdoor spa in tower 1 near the gym and it wasn't working correctly and the blower must of been broken which was a shame but these things happen. Definitely love the property and is a favourite that's for sure.

If you want aircon, don't book here. You can only have air conditioning in one area at one time - so if you want it in the bedrooms, you can't have it in the lounge and visa versa. This is fine in a 1 bed but beyond ridiculous in a 2 or 3 bed when you might have kids in bed and adults in the lounge, or 1 person wants a mid day nap in a hot bedroom. Whilst workable on average days it must be awful on hot days, and all summer. Likewise in winter when you need heating it would be even worse I guess. Given the apartment holds 4-6 people it means you all have to stay in one area if you want to stay cool (or warm in winter) Have stayed in pretty much every big 4 or 5 star apartment building on the Gold Coast, owned or rented in many of them, and NEVER come across this before. As its one of the most expensive you'd expect aircon throughout. They should specify in room descriptions that aircon is only available in one area at a time given their method is the exception to everyone else. Interestingly, when we've booked via Airbnb or similar independent holiday lettings within Oracle bulding (Where Peppers is located) we've had full aircon throughout the apartment - so this is obviously a cost decision by Peppers as the system is obviously capable. On other negatives: - A dirty cleaners cloth was left on top of clean sheets in the wardrobe (So glad we didn't get those sheets) - The shower head in 2nd bathroom was just a trickle Positives: - Great location with lots of bars and restaurants - Friendly staff - Good facilities But....if you want Aircon, book elsewhere.

Top favourite for location, customer service, amenities, views, spacious apartments and both rooms have views! I look forward to my next stay! ✨🌸

Beautiful view and very central to everything. However finding a tube of personal lubricant and two empty condom packets in the bedside drawer horrified us.Took said items to check in desk and was told the incident would be addressed. Thought in the next couple of days we would receive a written apology or some sort of follow up…but nothing. Consequently this review. Very disappointed!

We were here in GG for a business conference with all of our staff And were going to book at the casino. I thought it would be a good idea to try apartments. We chose Peppers because of the location, it looked great on the Internet had reasonable reviews and the pricing at $300 a night was within the company budget. The check foyer is lovely there are two towers some of the staff stayed in tower 2 we stayed in Tower one. Check in was quick efficient and easy, the apartments are roomy and clean with all the amenities you would need plus a lovely balcony we had an oceanview, there is a washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, iron office desk and microwave. Plus there is ducted air conditioning which is much better than regular air conditioning. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was a decent size the usual products were in the bathroom. There is a large bath in the bathroom however the shower is very small and the door only goes one way which is awkward. Walk in wardrobe does not have a lot of space to hang your clothes if you are staying there for as long as we were which was a week. Also in Tower one the desk is not manned all the time I went down and asked for sugar because no one had answered the phone so I actually went down to ask for sugar and was told housekeeping would bring it they never did. You also have to empty your own rubbish which isn’t really a big deal trying to find out where to put it though was! The location was very quiet The pool area, the hot tub, the daybeds the tranquillity garden the steam and sauna room are all lovely and not too busy so you can really sit down and read a book and Zen out. I would recommend these apartments and we would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

We booked the 3 bedroom sky home, which is noted as one of the best rooms. We called in advance to advise that we were arriving ahead of schedule and were told that we would be notified should our room be ready early. Upon arriving early, we called and told staff we would park and await confirmation that the room was ready. Our room was not cleaned until 3pm. We were stuck waiting in the foyer with three small children. For the nightly cost of this room, I was shocked that a room of this calibre was not ready on time. I had to suggest a late check out for compensation, otherwise nothing would have been offered for this expensive inconvenience. We also received a parking ticket (for the short time we were waiting for our late room) and were advised that they may not be able to help with this. Not a nice experience.

From the minute we arrived at 12am after a very long drive the staff were extremely accommodating, upgraded to an ocean view apartment with a lovely view and presented with a welcoming bottle of wine for becoming a silver member of Accor. What a great start! The 2 bed apartment is large, comfortable, very clean, quiet and had everything we required including a nespresso machine. Gym access and pool looked nice although did not use either. A few minutes walk to the beach, great restaurants and cafe below, all cafes had good food selections and service. We left a couple of items in the room, called a week later, housekeeping had handed them in which was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent apartment as their rooms are spacious and clean. Good pools but the things is there is no service there. Apart from that, I would definitely would go there again.

Great place to stay. Needs better silage as we had to hunt to find reception. Getting out of the car park again is not well signposted. That aside it is a great place to stay, excellent facilities.

Room was nice and spacious, that’s where it stopped though. Hands down the worst service I have received as a guest. I have stayed in 100s of hotels in the last 15 years have never felt this unappreciated as a guest. Asked for a simple request and was shut down abruptly by the young lady at the service desk. The room was neat and clean but attention to detail was a let down. No room service or service by the pool was also disappointing. Won’t be back!

Not a great experience, definitely not what you expect from the Peppers group. This is no hotel, definitely a clinical apartment experience. Yes rooms are clean but it offers nothing else & at quite a hefty price. The hotel guest car park experience was enough that I would not return or recommend - fancy driving around looking for a free red spot to park, ridiculous. I’ve enjoyed Peppers resort hotels before but definitely not this one.

Polite, helpful reception and considerate to our needs. Contacted us to say room was ready early. 2 bedroom room on the 25th floor with ocean view. Excellent quality, clean and well equipped. Lovely position, recommended.
