This is the cutest 60s California style place to stay, and the best management! Nothing is a drama and your comfort is of highest priority. Dog friendly which is the absolute bonus as I have 2 dogs and a chilled out vibe just surrounds the building. Rooms are immaculate, comfortable, well styled - each with their own unique elements. The communal areas are lovely, a great kitchen /lounge area, a washing machine and a super cute outdoor area with seats and a hammock.. Fairy lights adorn the building edges and tea light candles are lit each night in nooks and on the table settings outside of rooms. It's little details like this that make you feel cosy. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I was so lucky my friend sent me a link - this is my base while I'm looking for a rental house and is perfect. Also so close to great cafes, restaurants, surf clubs, the beach, Coles, Aldi and more! THANK YOU!

Very appreciative of Linton for welcoming my partner and I when we were in dire need of accommodation. He was very understanding of our situation, throughout our week stay he was very approachable and easy to talk to and even helped by being a reference which assisted in us securing a rental property. Cozy block of units in a great location with all the facilities you need. Would very much recommend staying here if you are looking short term or transitioning between housing.

This place was so accommodating for us and our two dogs. Linton the manager was full of info and nothing was too much trouble. Loved that he would light numerous tea light candles all around the motel every evening. Location is fantastic and we loved getting up for the beautiful sunrises. Our three nt stay turned into two weeks! Even though it is a motel room it was quite spacious and we made use of the shared kitcheb/lounge area. A quaint retro little gem.

Simple, small and very basic, but we'll maintained and with a great lovely atmosphere. Room are the standard motel size and quality, but were clean and well equipped. A minute walk to the beach. Really great value for money, cheap and good

What seemed like a very basic motel for a short stay certainly is made up for in charm! Lintel is a great guy who clearly cares about his guests and is very hospitable. He has also made so many small touches around the place to be homely and with a simple yet classic GC style. Dogs are welcome, all other guests seemed nice, the place was clean. This place well exceeded our expectations.

Just LOVE this motel! 1960s retro style dog friendly motel rooms. So much attention to style with great customer service from the manager. Guest lounge has a kitchen so can whip up lunch if need be. Lovely outside shade area for dogs and humans to relax! Two minute walk to patrolled beach. Our pooch is thrilled to be allowed inside the room:)🙂🐾🐾

BEWARE!!!!! NOT WORTH $560 PER WEEK Worst apartment ever manufactured with ac in summer and will not fix ..... long term tenants smoking drugs and drunk every night..... Continuous tapping noises between 2am and 5am to top off the manger tess (the big lady) approval all this

Linton is fantastic. Words could not describe. He was able to arrange for my two therapy cats to have a loving home whilst I was in a Domestic Violence Survival situation. I will always highly recommend this establishment. Very close to the beach, for walks and breathing. Get away from what struggles life throws at you from control freaks. Lovin', safe and secure. Overpriced $300 for a substandard room but Linton went out of his way to compensate iam sure he knew the price was outrageous...but /// it was pet friendly..the bed was very comfortable ..my favourite hazelnut coffee was there the air on was cold andthe shower was hot there was space to park the oversized trailor and it wa a stone throw to the buleigh beach ..so all in all it was a good experience would i stay again yes .dollar wise the room was not worth the money but everything else compensated ...

Very tasteful decorated rooms. Loved the shared living room, kitchen and laundry and BBQ/garden set-up - very cute retro style. Most rooms have fridge, kettle, microwave and crockery/glasses/cups/utensils if you want to stay in room only. Amazing location - with one of the best beaches on the Gold Coast just 2 mins away. Linton, the manager, is incredibly thoughtful, kind and helpful. He even has tea-light candles around the place creating a very warm atmosphere in the evenings.

Stayed for 3 nights with our 2 small dogs. Burleigh Break is VERY pet friendly, a credit to Linton the owner. What a lovely oasis this little motel is, we have only praise for the mood, welcome and personal involvement that Linton provides. Facilities are very clean and well presented. Good location, easy access. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. HIGHLY recommended. David and Anne

Awesome place, we arrived to find the room clean and ready for us. We had our own beach towels for the trip but were pleasantly surprised to see if we had forgotten them it wouldn't have been an issue. The big drawing card for us was the dog friendly stay, we were able to bring our pup along and enjoy the beach as a family. We will be back. Fantastic place.
