Wife stayed there on the way down to Sydney for work. She had her jewellery stolen and had people walking around all night yelling and one was smoking from a glass pipe going off his head. Police turned up around 1am and told her to leave as early as she was able after they dealt with Mr Glass pipe. Police literally told her it was the worst place to stay on the Gold Coast

Extremely mouldy and dirty. All furniture is broken. Could not imagine a worse place

Mouldy had to leave early due to making me sick, would not refund. Place is filthy upstairs was absolutely disgusting

Bed was so bad I slept on couch. We were only there 5 minutes and a junkie came to our door and tried selling my wife some crack. Then they hovered around all night keeping us awake. I would prefer prison anyday. Room was putrid. I refused to take my shoes off.

The staff are friendly,welcoming And treat you like family.. the manager and her family are very accommodating. they go above and beyond to help in any situation. it's a little community at times and I would recommend to any family or couple ..pool is one of the nicest and clean motel pools I've seen. manager ensures toys, flotation device and sunscreen are at hand.

The ceilings are very mouldy, furniture is broken and dirty, floors are filthy, one single cup available and it was dirty lol. Worse than prison

Stayed for one night, never again place was filthy and the man next door to our room who lives there sat outside smoking all day and night. Was talking outside till all hours and 5am was outside smoking and yelling. We didn’t sleep at all. Terrible experience please do not stay here.

Great value for money. Our room was lovely and clean. It was on the small side, but there was sufficient storage for our things. The bathroom was nice and modern. We found our room comfortable & would stay here again. Loved the beach feel.

We stayed last night with relatives from overseas our room had a dirty floor, toilet paper holder hanging off the wall, the curtain was fabric over a rail. The other room that our overseas relatives had was even worse. The kettle was rusted on the inside, the fan would not turn on, the shower was just a trickle of water and last but not least was the rat that ran across the floor in the morning

My experience was not good. I was charged twice for a one night stay, after several phone calls the manager acknowledged their mistake and stated the overcharged amount would be transferred to my account. It didn't happen, no more response from manager, and still no money. To make it worse the room was dirty with mold on the wall, rubbish left from the previous people in the bathroom bin with out a lid. I would not recommend this place.

Do not stay here. Dirty noisy and not very clean. Mould on the pillows and food left in the fridge.

Smaller motel with nice pool. Met other nice people whilst out in the smoking area. Ideal for anyone needing wheelchair ground floor access.

Very Very accommodating. Room is simple and clean. Reception friendly and helpful. Had a late night /last minute booking and they were more than helpful. Very close to everything you need.

The place was filthy at a glance it was ok but looked more the shower curtain was torn floor was sticky. Couple near us had a big fight until all hours woke us up at 3 am manager lived on site and done nothing they have permanent residents there that have no other place that will have them. KEEP. AWAY

The staff were friendly. Clean, mini supplies for the room ,bed way too hard,maybe add a pillow top. The pool was welcoming. The not so good was the quiet. I know children are not quiet but at night is too much.There were children crashing their scooters into the bins,running and riding in between the buildings up to 8.15pm or more at night. We were a bit worried that someone might get hurt by the cars that come and go. Great value, close to everything. They make you feel welcomed.

Pictures on internet are misleading. I think they were taken 30 years ago. Car park was full. So had to park on side street. Well in need of a makeover and a good clean. Cheap price - I guess you get what you pay for. Vending machine out of order.

This 3 star motel gets 4 stars from me. Awesome manager and great price.

I stayed there for 2 nights and there was 2 fights with people that lived there, it was discusting, I went there for a holiday and to kick back and relax but they were yelling out side, and the owners didn’t try and stop it they were just watching.

Clean room. Ok for a night. Needs a few upgrades.
