Tired, dirty and well past its use by date. No lights on outside, pool unusable and a massive boat in the carpark. I didn't even shower in the morning because of the crud in the bathroom. Sell it to a developer to bulldoze and rebuild as your heart is not in it anymore. Apparently used for homeless accommodation.

Disgracefully run business. I would never return here or recommend it. I made a booking over the phone and offered to give a credit card but was told my "word" would be taken, and to call them while in transit to confirm we were coming. We did this only to be told no room was booked and none were left. Left us no where to stay but the car as just about every room on the coast was booked at school holidays. A friend stayed there and said he heard numerous arguments that day about similarly duped travellers. Absolutely shameful

For the money paid, this motel should've been better!! The bed was uncomfortable & it was overall ran down for what was expected given the price. The location's the best thing about it near the beach & businesses. Noisy so if you want sleep quality don't expect alot of it here either sorry to say!!

Yes, is quite old and had leaking sink. Needs renos. But pool was nice and clean and the owner was extremely lovely. Felt safe there. There is no kitchenette or cutlery or crockery so byo

Friendly staff! Good room for staying just fot a few days . Room was clean and tidy. Carpet smells but its comum everywhere. Close to everything. Car park and good price. Kinda vintage place, its for who don’t bother to stay in a old house.

Great for extended stay residents. Only thing is that pool is not enterable. Manager is helpful and knows the area intimately well. VERY CLOSE TO HUGE BEACH AREA for daily swim. Wonderful promenade walkway.

As a Travel, Lifestyle and Surf Photographer, This Motel is as 'it says on the tin', easy going, unpretentious, value for money, great location for GC activities and beach life and shops, cafes and Burleigh nearby, couldn't fault it.

We stayed here for several days. It was comfortable but in need of repairs. It was near the beach, bus stop and Coles supermaket which very handy. The guy at reception also tried his best to tell us about buses to the city and local shops.We got free internet and there was a fridge in room as well. The only downsides were that the place in general needed a good clean and repairs. The beds etc all seemed old and worn. If you are use to backpackers this place will be okay for you.
