Booked online going by photos it looked beautiful. We were given a bottom floor room not that that was the issue...but 😳 there was blood on the shower wall we ask it to be cleaned off. Pillow cases were dirty , hair folded up in the doona. The dinning chairs the base wasn't even attached to the chair. The kettle was brown. So much water damage to the vanity basin in the cupboard. The whole room just felt dirty. The glass door was so hard to open and close. The room was not one of the ones used for advertisements trust me. It was more like a room you would find in a backpacker place, and a Friday night's accommodation we were hit up $475 so for that price we expected something atleast clean. So we got moved to another room after a complaint was made much to the receptionist disgust as she was not very friendly. Second room was better but the wall behind one bed looked like someone had wiped their feet on it and the doona on one bed was fifthly so we just kicked it off cranked up the aircon just couldn't be bothered facing reception again. First and last time we stay there. I feel the cleaner's need to be taught how to clean and as for that first room deffinatly false advertising there. The building needs a total refurbishment as the underground car park leaked like a sieve from pipes running across the ceiling. I will not recommend this place at all.

We have stayed at the Outrigger numerous times however this time will be our last as the cleanliness of the room left alot to be desired. The toilet had skid marks from someone elses feacus, the shower curtain dropped pubes when it was moved. The sliding door to the courtyard was jambed for the first 150mm or so. The shower in the morning was luke warm at best. Lift your game as these things are and should be the basics.

The room was filthy, mould all over the shower, broken vanity & the air made a lot of noise but didn't cool the room. Minus 10 stars 😡

Best apartment l been in with all facilities. Swimming pool and spa just outside the door and wonderful Chinese restaurant in the shared garden area. Lovely managers Colleen and John who are very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at Outrigger Resort.

Gorgeous rooms and the best location. Short walks to the beach or cafes. The North Burleigh Surf club had delicious meals too!

Old school GC but comfy and close to everyrhing. We have been staying there for decades.

A nice hotel a short walk from Miami or short drive to Burleigh. Nice outdoor area & pool. Chinese restaurant next door. A short walk to beach, surf club, miami tavern.

We booked a family room and it was great. On the ground floor, close to the pool and easy walk to the beach. Service was great and flexible. Close to Cole’s and a decent coffee across the road. Definitely try to rebook again for a short stay close to the surf.

Nice and clean, good restaurant next door. It’s a simple room, has what you need, fridge and microwave and close to supermarkets and the beach. Worth staying here. I was here for work and would come back again manager Dean was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Stayed for work. Good service by the team. I was unable to meet any staff due to arriving late but instructions to collect my key were clear and easy. Room was really nice, very smart looking. Foxtel TV. Great value for money. Will be staying again for work next week and happy to do so.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well presented, as was the pool and spa area. Great location with everything close by and an excellent chinese restaurant next door. We were even allowed an early check-in and late check-out free of charge. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend 👍

The booking process was easy. Room prices are affordable especially for this time of year.. The staff are so helpful, they even offered to help carry our luggage to our room. The room was clean and comfortable with easy access to the pool and beach. Everything you need is right at your doorstep… parking is a breeze with plenty of parking on site. We really enjoyed our stay at Outrigger and will be booking again in the future. Thank you John and staff.

Just a nice place to stay at the northern end of Burleigh Heads central to the whole Gold Coast one street back from the beach...

As a retired couple we had 5 nights at the Burleigh Outrigger, the service was great, we were treated with genuine service, our room was lovely and we will return. Thank you 😊

Room was clean and comfortable, after hours arrival was very simply process. Only complaint, when advertising “free cable channels” perhaps ensure that this is available in all rooms. I clearly stayed in a room shown in photographs which shows a foxtel box, however there it was not in the room on arrival. I had to “fix” the tv to get it on regular tv. This is something that should have been picked up in during pre arrival checks. I would consider staying again if I am in need of accommodation on the Gold Coast again.

The managers were very accommodating and helpful. Yhe rooms were cleaned and stocked with toiletries. Very sufficiently stocked for 3 people. Beds were quite comfortable.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable with a very accessible location. We really appreciate that with rules in place so as to not interfere with others, smoking was allowed on the balcony and an ashtray is provided.

Beautiful room with everything I needed. Bathroom was a bit small, shower was cramped. But overall the room was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. I would stay again. I could see a glimpse of the ocean from my room. A very easy walk to the beach and restaurants, cafes etc.

Great for our overnight stay. We arrived after hours and the late check in was easy and straight forward. Place was clean and tidy with glimpses of beach, overlooking the pool & spa (which we used and was great) and the lanterns next door at the Chinese restaurant were a lovely little touch! Would definitely stay again.

Hubby & I lost everything too the LISMORE FLOOD, we are currently on a break away from all the trauma, our stay here at the OUTRIGGERS BURLEIGH HEADS has been exceptionally wonderful, beautiful staff, service with a smile...John & his staff are genuinely warm & welcoming...Cheers Wendy & Noel King Lismore NSW

Good location, the actual rooms are kind of old and there is a strong smell of cigarettes in the halls. I would stay there again but it was overpriced

besides the blinds falling down. pretty happy. wife loved the spa. lady behind the counter was great. Chinese restaurant downstairs was ok. bit pricey for the food we received. fried rice was rank. good service
