We went to a Riveria Boat Function. We had a fabulous band with Glenn Shorrock from the Little River Band as the guest vocalist. The venue was superb with lots of room and the height of the venue was spectacular. Sadly the service was pretty average and we were constantly asking for the waiters for more water, wine, food. I'd certainly hope that it was a blip and we will certainly come back just for the venue

Excellent venue & events. Ample parking, well maintained and excellent events. Highly recommend the business breakfasts & luncheon events held by TSS The Southport School. This was over 1,000 attendees for this lunch. If you’re lucky enough to be invited to an event by TSS, it’s a line up that never disappoints, always really well run events.

A great venue for if you have a medium to large event that you need to run. It has all of the facilities that you need and the attendees of any event that you are running, should be comfortable attending this venue. The exhibition spaces are large and seem to be highly configurable, whilst there is also a tiered seating section for conferences and concerts etc. If you require spaces that aren't as large as the main hall spaces, there are also smaller meeting / venue spaces upstairs. The G:Link light rail station is right outside the venue and it is also short covered walk from the Star Hotel and Casino. Broadbeach and its accommodation is right across the road. The only downside is that the on-site food can leave a little bit to be desired, in terms of quality and price. Apart from that, it is a great function space.

Big, wide, spacious enough for any big arrangement and celebration like convocation, general meeting, conference. Well managed and equipped. My Graduation ceremony was arranged there it was a great experience.

Nice open layout, easy access parking. Sometimes bigger is not better like the Brisbane Convention Centre. Nice views of the surrounding area. The Kombi Coffee Van inside is a cool touch too. And the coffee is good, extra bonus 🤙

Great facility for conferences and events. It’s not that remarkable inside, it’s the location that’s the winner. Being right across the road from the main hotels and restaurants of Broadbeach and the casino is very handy and the undercover air bridge is so handy when it’s sunny or raining. Food was pretty good too. Although the additional outdoor eating station was a bit strange to get to down some steel stairs. I noticed a few people struggling to get up and down them.

Easy event parking, flat rate. Stairs or lift to gate level. Food and drink service needs to be better, missed an entire quarter of the game. Also we rang to ask about having a backpack told yes. Then security refused, make sure this is consistent!

it was a awesome place to watch a fight an music would be good there too its like everyone is closer to the action then brisbane

Last night I attended Griffith University Student graduation as a guest of one of the students. I wanted to reach out and commend usher named Maddie at door B, section 24, she was so helpful. I have mobility issues and reply on a walker. Once I got to my seat, Maddie thoughtfully took my Walker to a closer exit and directed me to a lift. Very caring and considerate and I was very greatful. She is a total asset and made my night enjoyable.

Awesome experience at the Tim Tszyu fight. It's a great seating plan . The only downer was food, not a lot of choice and not cold drinks .

This location is Amazing. The convenience and location makes it easy to get to, there is soo much available within walking distance. The food and facilities are excellently presented.

Went to disability expo. Easy to find . Plenty parking. $12 . Well set up.

A great day. So many costumes from different franchises, anime, comics & books. It went from a basic face paint up to full detailed costumes. It was great getting photos & autographs with so many guests. Especially Karl Urban & Temeura Morrison.

A wonderful facility for the Gold Coast. I was impressed with the meal service for 1,500 people. Given the issues facing hospitality at present, especially labour, the staff did a wonderful job. Efficient and attentive, our meals were well prepared and served in good time. Well done to all involved!

It's in a beautiful spot close to the beach for a nice breeze. Spacious for big functions. Easy access and easy to navigate. Great place for a university Graduation.

Overall experience at a recent two day convention was very good except for first morning poor planning. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, food and drink as expected and layout, cleanliness and professionalism all above average, a few minor concerns, but some of these were the organisers responsibility do generally a four star plus experience

Easy to get to, location is very convenient. Parking is easy. Seats are easy to find and visibility is good. You don't feel too crushed getting out. Getting out of parking was congested but didn't have to wait too long too clear. Everything you want from convention centre really.

We attended my daughter's valedictory dinner at the centre. The centre itself and the catering were very good. However, the carpark is woeful - the parking fee payment method was not signposted and so convoluted; people were getting to the gate and having to run back to the ticket machine - it's a single one-lane exit and everyone was stuck as multiple people did this. Then it asks you to swipe the credit card again at the gate (I hope I didn't get charged the $12 twice). The carpark had hardly any cars in it, but it took half an hour to exit. It should have a second exit installed. I would have been way better parking at the casino and walking over.

Went for the Nationals Dance & Cheer. Huge well run facility, nice & cool inside. Only suggestion would be to have more food options or perhaps food trucks outside. Needed some healthy options for the athletes.

Went to see Chris Rock, Chris was mostly great, staff on the other hand not so great. very slow, rude and the bar didn't take cash even after having our phones basically confiscated, now this does add a little more logistics to an event but for the price you pay for an event like this it should be run much much better, very inefficient and made us all, the paying customers feel more like we were visiting a prison due to staff attituder than a gig where a pair of tickets cost more than a week's rent. Not complaining about the price just pointing out the inept way the event was ran, won't be going back.

Here to attend the FoodTech Qld Exhibition. We also had an exhibit. So many innovative food technology, equipment and machines on display. Also many small, emerging enterprises had exhibits displaying their interesting food ingredients and products. It started yesterday and ends today. One of the photos below is our exhibit, it is guven here for this review rather than self promotion...please. It's really an enoyable experience for me attending this.

They where very professional. The entire team was good as well as there efficacy. I worked there and I Did a indication it was good and easy to follow. The event we set up was for Ray White. And everyone was hard working. Overall the place was great. I recommend it for any balls, evens or Evan conventions for school and university

Was lucky enough to win Tickets for the TV week logies red carpet event. Great atmosphere and got to meet some of the TV stars.

Had my booster vaccine here. Really big place and convenient for any events.

Went to go and finally see Delta after it being postponed for 2 years due to COVID. Was a bit disappointed as we had the same numbered tickets but the layout had changed so we had an overhead light or something blocking our view of the stage. Then we couldn't find the bar at all it certainly wasn't in close proximity to the entry we went in. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doin or where certain seats were.There was a whole area of seating with a much better view that for some reason they wouldn't allow anyone to sit there.So we went the entire show without even water..seating was very uncomfortable..Delta thank goodness was amazing!!

Good facilities and friendly staff. Good access for wheelchairs and parking was easy to find, however, it was a pain to get out of the place.

Went to the APP conference. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Security guard Wayne helped me get my credit card that had stuck in the parking vendor machine. I so appreciated his help.

Fantastic facility so easy to access by public transport or road. Clean, well laid out, and staffed by friendly knowledgeable individuals.

Professional staff from the start who were very friendly, helpful with any questions and accommodating to our exhibition needs on the day. I also wish to personally thank those who ran the wedding expo this weekend for their support and being empathetic toward my medical needs :)
