a
formal
compliant
regarding
the
rude
service
I
received
by
one
of
hotel
front
office
staff
over
the
phone
hotel
reservation
on
10/09/2018
at
11.37am.
I
would
like
to
make
a
hotel
reservation
in
The
Star
Gold
Coast
and
The
star
Sydney
on
13/10/2018-
19/10/2018
for
which
I
called
hotel
front
office
The
Star
Gold
Coast
to
getting
more
information.
The
female
staff
told
me
they
don’t
have
any
complimentary
room
available
in
Gold
coast
and
Sydney
between
the
period
even
I
don’t
requested
I
like
to
get
complimentary
room.
I
only
need
to
make
a
hotel
reservation
for
my
family.
I
was
trying
to
ask
“
can
i
talk
with
your
manager?”
when
she
has
begun
impatient.
However,
she
denied
to
send
her
manager
and
also
denied
to
give
me
her
name
as
well
.
The
most
rude
behavior
is
she
said:
“
If
you
want
to
make
a
complaint,
you
can
call
this
number
again.”
Then
she
hang
up
the
phone
without
any
apology.As
a
5
star
hotel,
the
good
trained
staff
is
necessary
for
your
company
reputations,
And
also
the
well
trained
staff
responsibility
is
up
selling
the
room
not
treat
the
customer
by
inappropriate
behaviour
and
not
kick
the
customer
out.
I
hope
that
this
letter
explains
my
feelings
and
disappointment
for
the
rude
and
unacceptable
service.
I
would
not
like
this
to
happens
to
me
or
any
other
customer
again.
