Wir haben diesen Platz aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gewählt und wurde nicht enttäuscht: beim reinkommen fühlt man sich in einem wunderbaren Schloss, alles ist super organisiert und sauber. Wir hatten ein wundervolles riesengroßes Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick in den Garten, ein sehr komfortables Kingsize Bett und ein großes Bad. Mit Whirlpool, diesen haben wir nach unseren anstrengenden Wanderungen sehr genossen. Alles ist für die Gäste super gut organisiert, es liegt eine Mappe. Mit vielen Empfehlungen. Auf dem Zimmer beziehungsweise haben wir Tipps zum Beispiel für ein super leckeres Frühstück bekommen. Schade ist nur, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben können, denn dieser Ort lädt wunderbar zum erholen ein und ist deshalb fünf Sterne wert.

Stayed two nights while being on the road. Run by Scottish people with appropriately matched decor, radiating a sense of home. Peaceful grounds with a wild platypus to be seen. A slice of heaven.

The perfect place to stay for couples, the new suite is next level, we had both the garden suites & couldn't have wished for more. It's like having your own oasis, beautiful lawn & gardens, easy walk either direction into town & all the shops/cafes/restaurants & pubs. Quiet, comfy beds, great water pressure & facilities...ticks all the boxes. Can highly recommend Pippin Took restaurant, the Truffle Burrata at Tamborine Cheese Shop 😋 & definitely book the Gin Making Class at Cauldron Distillery 🥂 You can thank me later 😁 PS: Give Ray @ Beaman's Bus Services if you can't get an Uber or Taxi too!

if you're looking to stay somewhere charming and homey with spacious rooms and close to restaurants and attractions yet quiet and peaceful, this is the place! My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay - the perfect midweek escape, so relaxing, with warm and friendly hosts. We will return.

Such a beautiful place to stay at the heart of mount tamborine closer to everything. The design and the architecture of the hotel is what attracted me. It is the best place to work and travel If you are working remotely and yet travelling and observe different places, culture and food around the city. It has a beautiful garden with a stream and so much greenary. We loved our stay there and the owner was so kind and helpful. Nice quiet less crowded place with lots of privacy and well maintained the property. Rooms had its own unique design with luxury facilities.

Wow what a dream come true finding this little gem and being able to stay here. Very nice little creek running through the back of the property.

A really warm and welcoming place to stay; full of creature comforts. The downstairs has a castle like atmosphere with a big fireplace- but it is cosy- and the rooms are very comfortable with good beds and huge hot spa baths. The gardens are also lovely and the pagoda near the creek is a lovely place to spend time chatting. But the best thing is the kind hospitality of the staff. Hector was simply a lovely host, making sure we had a great stay.

What a beautiful place. Feels like your own castle! The grounds are spectacular and back on to the rain Forrest and the creek. The hosts are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and the centre of town. We will be back!!

Tania was very accommodating but was not intrusive at all. Accommodation was unique and comfortable. Homely. Gardens and creek beautiful. Room was clean and tidy. Bed made each day, bathroom wiped down each day and things topped up daily. King bed really comfortable. Spa was fantastic, shower needs fixing as water doesn't mix well. Easily walk to most attractions and town. Not the quietest location with traffic noise due to being main road in and out of mountain. Good value accommodation, worth a stay.

We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was the 1st time away as a couple from our children in 16.5 years and we were so looking forward to it. Whilst this beautifully presented property has lovely owners and an awesome spa bath while being close to everything, the one thing that defines a good stay is how you sleep. Sadly the entire experience was a let down because the mattress on our king size bed had 2 distinct hollows where it has sunken where people before us have laid. It takes years for this to happen to a mattress and 2.5 days later we have checked out so tired and so sore that the lovely things have vanished into the dust. This property is also right on the main road where motorcyclists hoon up and down the mountain like its their own personal race track so my advice is to ask for a room at the back of the manor away from the road

Such a lovely place to stay, had an awesome time, the rooms are beautiful, with excellent grounds and outdoor seating areas, shared kitchen facilities but there is a whole shelf of DVDs and some board games to choose from during your stay

Just spent weekend getaway with my daughter and loved every moment from its individuality to its comfort and nostalgic Scottish theme. So close to amenities is a true bonus. Room size and spa bath made for comfort and pampering. Will plan to return in summer to make a comparison. Just what we needed. Absolutely peaceful and clean. The back yard was something out of a movie. We will be back 100%🙏👍👌🏼We were welcomed beautifully.

The historical aspect of this place is amazing and I felt like I was staying in a castle. There are not many rooms and when you arrive you receive a key to the manor and your room, told about the amenities etc and left to do whatever you wanted to do. I really enjoyed how this felt like our own home during our stay. It's not like a hotel nor a bed and breakfast but something between. The rooms are great, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom and spa bath. The rooms have kettle, mini fridge and TV with netflix and wifi. The grand foyer downstairs has Starbucks coffee capsules and a mini kitchenette and place where you can just relax and chat if you like. The grounds around the manor a spectacular and remind me of a wedding reception venue. The location is perfect. Smack bang in the middle or everything. The only one thing if I had one minor criticism would be that the outdoor seating hadn't been cleaned for awhile and I was reluctant to sit outside because of the amount of dirt and spider webs on the table and chairs. Everything else was great for me and I look forward to staying here again.
