Management: Melissa is a great manager. There was a lot of uncertainty due to COVID, but Melissa offered all support required for a stress-free holiday. She is very good at providing timely responses, even on public holidays. Property: Everything is so close. You name it, and it is there public transportation, shopping centre, beach, restaurants. Accommodation: The place was clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities required to be called home. There is no doubt that I will love to visit the place again.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay here. Our apartment was super clean, well-equipped and bigger than we expected. Great location just a quick walk to the beach, shops, playground and bus stop with buses to theme parks. Staff are just lovely - so friendly and welcoming that it feels like home. We would absolutely recommend this place, and hope to return.

This is an overpriced rental probably not suitable to be listed on hotel booking sites. Very dusty even though gets cleaned. Cups glasses chiped. Owners friendly but not approciable. Pool although ok to use is not heated. Demand upfront money scared people will leave. Furniture is great but dusty with alergines. One star for location the other for furnishing. Climate control is on a time like most eastern European accommodation, Save power sleep in discomfort. An aging place, opposite the exhibition building so at light be prepared to have your room lit up from led signage lights etc. Some silly Queensland law requires gaps in bathroom windows to save money from ventilation fans incidentely cool breezes may get your young family members sniffly.

Great location near shopping precinct roomy apartments close to the beach. Tram into surfers is just 300m away great holiday with family.

I don't know who is giving this place 4 stars but it's a 1 star place. It's old and dated, worn, old paint, paper thin cheap carpet, thin, flat pillows on beds. Food from previous guests in bottom of dishwasher. Air con is pretty useless, it's a tiny unit in corner of living room (like blowing onto the curtains it's so close to the wall), and set to a 2 hour timer so good luck if you like unbroken sleep, you either wake up to put the air con back on every 2 hours or you wake up sweating in the QLD heat. And if you go out for a few hours (which on holidays you usually do), you are welcomed back to a sauna of a unit it's so hot inside. My wife used her hair straightener for 10 minutes the first night and it shorted out the air con and the fridge, we noticed the air con and reported it but didn't notice the fridge until the morning when my wife returned with $200 of groceries to a warm fridge. Dryer made our clothes smell like smoke, and shorted the power repeatedly until we gave up and just hung the clothes outside. The owner should not be renting the unit in this condition. Would not recommend this place.

This is high quality accommodation at a realistic price. Large apartments with everything you need, no beach views but handy to all Broad beach has to offer. Great hosts as well.

Love the place. Big apartments, very clean. 2 blocks from the beach and from the restaurants and some bars. Nice swimming pool. Very quiet place. Perfect for a relax vacation time.

Spacious apartment great for large families. The location is excellent close to restaurant's and shopping. Secure under ground parking comes in handy.
