Really
disappointing
stay
at
Luxe
on
Lotus.
The
house
is
very
dated
and
not
at
all
as
advertised.
We
had
stayed
in
another
property
for
the
four
days
prior,
and
this
house
was
such
a
disappointment
is
comparison.
The
view
was
of
the
dilapidated
properties
across
a
tiny
canal
and
very
depressing
(pictured)
The
property
is
orientated
so
that
you
get
the
full
blast
of
the
afternoon
sun
in
the
main
living
area,
and
it’s
very
dark
in
the
morning.
The
property
has
no
Foxtel
or
movies
available
as
advertised
on
the
web
site.
The
TV
in
the
main
living
area
is
small
and
we
were
unable
to
add
our
own
apps
(Foxtel,
sport
channels)
as
the
TV
was
old
and
there
were
no
instructions
available.
We
couldn’t
even
work
out
what
brand
of
TV
it
was
to
find
help
online.
The
are
no
xbox
games
in
the
theatre
room,
so
I
wouldn’t
really
describe
it
as
a
feature
unless
you
have
your
own
library
of
games
to
bring
along.
The
pool
table
and
table
tennis
table
are
in
an
unconditioned
garage
with
one
small
door
for
light,
a
bit
depressing
for
a
luxury
holiday
home!
We
contacted
the
management
about
the
lack
of
movie
and
Foxtel
channels
and
they
denied
them
being
advertised.
I
sent
them
a
screen
shot
of
their
web
page
and
they
thanked
me
for
making
them
aware
of
the
incorrect
information-
but
no
apology
for
renting
me
a
home
that
was
not
as
advertised.
The
web
sight
still
lists
Foxtel
and
movie
package
as
a
feature
of
the
property,
so
beware.
The
beds
were
terrible.
Because
they
are
designed
to
be
divided
into
single
beds
to
allow
maximum
occupancy,
they
have
a
large
hard
ridge
in
the
centre
of
the
bed
where
to
two
halves
join.
They
really
need
a
mattress
overlay
so
that
they
can
be
slept
on
comfortably
when
set
up
as
a
double
bed.
Overall,
the
home
was
just
ok,
very
large
but
certainly
not
luxurious.
We
felt
really
disappointed
and
it
ruined
the
second
half
of
our
first
holiday
in
5
years.
It
would
be
suitable
if
you
needed
to
house
a
lot
of
people
and
planned
to
be
out
doing
things
all
day.
