Went here to fuel up my car, I am an Uber driver so I don’t have time to wait around while working. The staff here made me wait 5 minutes so they could stop stocking up the fridge and head to counter to authorise the fuel. Even after 5 minutes she didn’t authorise and was serving other customers, so I left. Waste of time and the worst service! Time 12/12/21 11:58 AM

Love this seven eleven! I go there almost every weekday to get a drink in the morning. The workers are lovely (apart from the girl who seem like she wants to die 79% of the time) but theyre so nice!

Had a horrible experience at this station after working a nightshift. I grab my phone to get ready to use Apple Pay (I completely understand you're not allowed your phone near the pump- my honest mistake) but the guy who served me abused me and spoke to me like a child. I apologised and he then asked me if I wanted to DIE early and that I would be fined $1,000. I know he wouldn't have spoken to an older male like he spoke to me. He totally took advantage of the situation so he could abuse me, I felt absolutely awful after it. Will have to make sure I fill up before my shifts closer to home from now on.

A bit before 2pm on Friday 8th December 2023 an 80 year old man was busting to go to the toilet at your business and your console operator refused him saying you have no public toilets. He was busting mate. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Even if your toilets are not public, YOU HAVE TOILETS. HE IS 80 YEARS OLD! And his name is Nick, just so you know who you seriously disrespected today. It doesn't take much to be a good human but you people are the worst. Just on principle I would never use your business again for anything. Whoever owns this business needs to seriously reconsider the policies at this place. Edit: in response to the store's reply. "For workplace health and safety reasons their toilets cannot be used by the public'. This is a garbage and untrue response from a company that has little to no ethics and lacks empathy for the elderly. You disgust me. There is no workplace health and safety rule that prevents you allowing a person to use your toilet. Your response is an insult.

What is the point of opening 24 hours if you won't serve people 24 hours? Stopped at 4.30am on my way home from dropping family at the airport - didn't want fuel, only something to eat and drink but the staff refused to let me in. Pretty useless service for a service station.

I don’t know who the young lad was today serving me but he really tried to pocket $10 from me when I handed $50 note for 2 drinks and a gum and when I caught him he tried to deny it and say he already gave the whole amount to me, had to press him once and he gave in, come on, put a tip jar in if you need money don’t pocket someone else’s

The lady Trish she always super happy and very quick and professional. Always greets you and give good vibes. She deserves a raise!
