ITS A BIG NO FOR ME TO VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN. Stop saying "VIP CUSTOMER" when you want to embarrass them. It's never been pleasure coming to this Ipswich branch. The store does not respect the price that they are advertising. I saw lamps and the sale sticker says "50% of for XXX brand", also it has "excluding clearance price". The price marked were $60. When I went to checkout, the total for 2 was $84. I told the lady about the sticker with 50% discount on that brand. I took her to the location. She remove the sticker right then and said because these items are in clearance, we can't give 50% off on these. I asked her that how do we know which items are on clearance? There is no sticker to say which items are on clearance. Does this mean we go around find something and then on the checkout we will have to wait for our luck to get the sale price that is marked over there. In the above case, I have seen that all other stores accept their mistake and respect the advertised price. This is such and embarrassment for the customers. Last time I went to buy curtain rods, asked the lady working in that department about particular rod, when she could not find it she said "we don't have it". I told here that it's showing available in your store and she said this may be in delivery at the moment. After searching for a while, I was able to find it. It's a shame that people don't do their job with full conviction.

We love the relationship we have established with these people. They are a friendly and helpful family. The fruit, vegetables and dairy products they sell are high quality at a great price. We drive a distance to purchase from them because we feel valued as customers.

It’s a good spotlight with most of the standard spotlight staff available. Unfortunately the staff do not keep it neat and tidy so it’s a bit messy. It’s hard to get staff to help you as well if you don’t know what you want. Be prepared to wait for a long time.

Great store located in West Ipswich, Qld. In the same plaza area as TK Max, Chemist Warehouse etc. And is a larger store. The store has an excellent array of items available, everything from a huge amount of arts and craft materials, homewares, rugs and bedding. As with other Spotlight stores, this one has a fantastic amount of almost every fabric you could think of for your personal projects and to help you with those projects, they have an excellent choice of sewing machines, overlockers, buttons, zips, ribbon and clothing patterns to name just a few. Fabric cutting to size is available here at more than one serving station. The store also has a great selection of seasonal items such as Halloween and Christmas. At this point in time, the store has some great catalogue specials and a 30% off sale on a large number of items. Access to the store is excellent being directly off of the main road and shares a large outdoor only car parking area with the other plaza stores. The store does not have public toilets, however, they are available in the plaza area, and are clean. Staff here have always been very friendly and always willing to help and give advice, especially in the fabric department. If you haven't been to this store just yet and are able to, it is certainly worth a visit, you wont be dissapointed. Thank you.

Can someone teach the staff to actually do their jobs properly and help customers with a stock enquiry instead of giving the old "if you can't see it then we don't have it". It said the item was in stock online and she couldn't even be bothered looking it up and told me to go somewhere else. Disgusting and lazy customer service.

As someone who's hobby is crochet, their colours in the affordable wool could be expanded. The only time I shop here is when they are on sale. Every time I have been the stock of hooks is basically empty. I believe shopping here could be improved by having more staff

Dealt with the Manager Karen throughout this week. She was unbelievably friendly and so accommodating, went out of her way to make sure she could do anything she could to help me out. Companies need more people like Karen around. Great experience and Spotlight Ipswich isn’t my local Spotlight.
