Ordered 3 Spaghetti Bolognese and a Pizza which costed 100 something dollars. Very poor quality food. Bolognese was stuck together and pizza tasted uncooked. It looked like the cheese was put on after the pizza was cooked. Pizza sauce tasted raw. When called to provide feedback, I was told that the cheese does not melt. I don't think quality ingredients were used. The quality is inconsistent. Although, service provided by the manger was good.

Our visit was very disappointing. Firstly, they don't accept cash for payment, only credit cards along with a surcharge. I wish we had walked out then. It was all downhill after that. The tables have a fixed marble structure and lamp in the middle which makes it very difficult to communicate with anybody on the opposite side. It also makes the available space very cramped to place the meals and drinks. When the meals arrived they were shocking. The pizza was wafer thin and soggy. The topping was very sparse. $28 cost, zero value. The spaghetti was clumped together so that it formed a sold block. The sauce was unable to permeate. I have had better out of a can. It was obvious that it was pre-prepared. When we are spending nearly $100 I expect our meals to be prepared fresh. The menu said the dish came with parmesan. It was absent. The waitress came to ask us if everything was OK. Instead of waiting for us to share our concerns she immediately followed up by asking if we wanted desert. No thanks! If she had waited for our answer you could have avoided this one star review. I see your usual response here is to ask us to email you. We will not be doing that. Your best response would be to refund the money we spent.

Takeaway order. Unfortunately this is our least favourite Vapiano franchise and probably the worst Italian restaurant we’ve been to in recent times. It seemed like they don’t really care about what comes out of their kitchen or pay attention to what the order really is. Im being very generous with the 2 stars - probably for the pizza and the appreciable customer service. However don’t be misled by some of the 5 star reviews that are fake as they follow a pattern. We ordered 4 dishes: 1. Classic Margherita on GF base - GOOD. the kids loved it, it was delicious. 2. Pasta Pomodoro with Gnocchi (requested it to be spicy) - BAD. The Gnocci was a bit chewy, seemed cooked but something was odd about the texture. There was no spice at all. 3. Pasta Pomodoro with Gnocchi (requested it to be extra spicy) - VERY BAD. My wife thought her gnocchi was a bit powdery. And absolutely no spice at all, despite asking for extra spice. 4. Pesto E Spinachi - DISASTER. Even my 13 yo daughter could make a simple pasta with ingredients listed in the title. What we got was a large bowl of half cooked Spiroli pasta with some creme sauce at the bottom and some basil leaves on top. The whole thing was so dry due lack of any pesto sauce (despite being a pesto dish) and half cooked pasta. Condiments - We had asked for some SALT in a ramekin but they decided to give us SUGAR instead. Requested for the complementary ciabatta bread which was missing from the order. Note: Vapiano is comfort food for our family. We’re a regular at the Mt Gravatt store visiting atleast once a fortnight and have also visited other Vapiano stores in Carindale and the Gold Coast. Unfortunately we won’t be visiting this store again. My personal suggestion to the owner is to make the effort to visit the store in Mt Gravatt and see how good the food tastes there. Probably some training for the chef on authenticity of Italian food and more quality check on everything that comes out of the kitchen.

Have taken Vapiano up on the birthday deals and a few other vouchers before. A beautifully designed open planned restaurant. Really nice service, music and atmosphere. You can get good value here if you take advantage of the offers and deals.

Service was very impressive. Waiters and staff were very polite and helpful. The food was wonderful, hats off to the chef. Service was quick, great atmosphere all together. Drinks were also delicious and came quickly.

Beautiful décor, wonderful location unfortunately those are the only positives. Lets start with the drinks that took 20 minutes plus to come out even though it was 5pm. We were one of the only tables there and it lacked punctuality. We were then told to order more drinks and our meals online to make it more convenient. To then find out that that cost extra to do so. Thanks to an online service fee on all transactions. An absolute joke. On to the pizza which was ordered to have extra cheese and when it arrived to the table I found myself checking the order thinking that I had mistakenly ordered no cheese. I do feel sorry for anyone who orders a pizza from here with out adding extra cheese as you will be bitterly disappointed. For an $18 pizza I expected the ham to taste delicious as well but instead was left wanting as all I could taste was the sauce, which unfortunately was the best part of the pizza as the base was flavourless and dry. The second meal was Pollo Amatriciana in the GF make your own and the zoodles were undercooked, this was disappointing. I asked for more chicken and mushrooms which I was grateful for as the person I was sitting next to, also ordered and hers was scarce. It was ok but I wouldn't order it again. Actually to be honest, I don't think I'd ever eat at there again .

It’s my second time to dine here. I had Carbonara before and this time I ate Alfredo and it tastes really good. Love it! I also wanted to add that Joel, the chef was really nice and friendly. He made sure that we are enjoying the food. Excellent service!

This place is terrible. Food is a disaster and gives Italian cuisine a bad name. Dishes do not come as advertised, missing most of the ingredients and served stone cold.

As soon as you walk through the doors, you are greeted with a beautifully tailored restaurant and warm customer service. All the staff are pleasant and take the extra effort to make sure you are enjoying the food. The boss I assume, showed great management by not only checking in on staff and making sure they were ok but also by having conversations with the customers and checking they are enjoying the food provided. For what the food was like, it is worth every cent and I have to recommend the strawberry fizz mock-tail. It looks beautiful and you would expect it to be sweet yet the flavours all melted into an unusual- yet amazing- taste. Staff worked well with demand for food and didn’t look like they were struggling to keep up with orders. Food was beautifully presented and prompt. Overall this is one of the best restaurants in Toowoomba and I would 100% recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely time at Vapiano Toowoomba, very accommodating and the service was fantastic, the staff interacted with us all and treated us like family. Nothing was to big of an ask thank you for a wonderful night!

Great pricing for a lunch set! ($15) Ordered a meat lover pizza and carbonara! Decently good, love the pizza, just wish there are more toppings for the carbonara! Nice service and setting too!

Dined in for my Birthday, delicious food and great cocktails, staff were extremely friendly and the manager popped over to our table to make sure everything was tip top. Would highly recommend!

Very yummy. Never a bad experience when it's a vapiano. We were part of a big group but they handled it well. We even scored free desserts. It was awesome.

From the moment we walked the staff were so friendly and welcoming! The service was fantastic and the food WOW everything we ordered was to perfection. The carbonara was exceptional the best we had ever had. Came back the next day with a friend and the service was even better! We will definitely become regulars. Thank you!!!

Visited this restaurant with my coworker earlier tonight. I ordered a fettucini carbonara with mushroom and garlic bread with mozzarella to-go. I waited 30+ minutes for my order, despite the restaurant being relatively empty since it was only 5:40 when we ordered. The garlic bread was thick, clumpy, dry and salty - not very nice to eat at all. They also managed to screw up my pasta - they gave me a FETTUCCINI carbonara with GNOCCHI instead of fettuccini! And it's not that I simply got the wrong order, because the sticker on the bag was correct and they remembered to add the mushrooms - the kitchen staff just somehow confused fetuccini with gnocchi!!! Like, how do you even manage that?! I dislike gnocchi normally, but this gnocchi was even more dense & unbearable. I would've requested a full refund for this meal if I didn't have to travel so far back to the restaurant. I love the Brisbane location but this Vapiano restaurant is one I won't return to.

Lovely restaurant. Greeted at the door and explained how the order process worked. They were happy to change items on the menu as I wanted a vegetarian option. Food was great, and even when busy was delivered in a timely manner. Spoke to the chef Joel, Very friendly. Highly recommend and would return again.

Wife and I visited Vapianos after going to the carnival of flowers. Great selection on the menu and great customer service. Our major disappointment was the size of portions for the price. After paying over $40 for a entree and main we were both left hungry. Pricing and portion size need to be addressed. We won't be visiting again for a while.

Have given Vapianos a couple of tries and the quality of food is very inconsistent. Recently paid $27 for pasta and what arrived was terrible. It was a congealed mass of barely cooked, poor quality pasta (reminiscent of 2 minute noodles), with such little sauce that it was barely there.

Calzone was overcooked but it still tasted OK. Any darker and I would have sent it back. Speedy service but mostly empty.

Everything. Absolutely. Perfect!!! The best pasta and pizza in Toowoomba hands down. Their takeaway meals have the same love, detail and care put in to them as if you were right there in the restaurant. I will be happily returning everytime I crave the comfort of genuine Italian food. 👍👍👍👍

This was an amazing experience, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food was next level, and the service was sensational. They had a full restaurant and still the the food was delivered on time and beautiful. Thanks to all the staff for making our date night one to remember.

Food is great here. I hadn't been for a while, thanks to covid, and they now have ordering via QR code at the table. I find it a bit cheeky though that it asks for a tip (when I'm doing the work) as well as a service fee (although it is only 50c. I don't know how long you would wait if you decided to order. We were in a bit of a hurry and the wait staff were tending to other people so decided to order online.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. The prawn pasta was tremendous. But it is a pain having to go up and pay each time you want to order something - like a drink etc. Got to be a better way of doing this.

Food was dry and flavourless. I ordered spaghetti and what arrived at the table looked like 2 minute noodles. I have never left food on my plate until now. My husband ordered garlic butter prawn pasta and it was floating in oil with no sauce and again no flavour. We will not be eating here again. When asked about our meals by the waitress we were honest and were given our money back.

I highly recommend eating here. The staff as well as the owner check in and make sure everything is good and they’re all really lovely. The drinks are my favourite especially the cocktails. I always take the left overs home because they give you a lot and it’s still super tasty the next day. The atmosphere is always very relaxed. I will definitely be coming back!

My partner and I have loved eating here as a treat with or without the kids since we moved to Toowoomba a year ago. Food is delicious, staff are friendly and service is always terrific. Thanks for being our favourite place for dinner out 🥰
