Firstly dealing with the sales, service and dispatch through Clearlight saunas was a pleasure. Informative helpful staff who strive to make you happy. The sauna itself which I researched extensively is probably the safest on the market. The quality of workmanship is unquestioned. The component quality , I can tell is of a very high standard. Ours is a 2 person premier with the extra infrared, the vibration component under the seat and the medical grade light therapy. So happy with our sauna we use it everyday. Was easy to build and set up with clear simple instructions. Anna, Pete and Craig as well as all the other staff were so helpful without being hard line sales people. Their saunas may cost a little more but you get safety and quality . I guess you get what you pay for. We highly recommend Clearlight saunas .

Nothing is too hard for this team. I had a little problem with the door seal and within 24 hours the technician who was coming to fix it had phoned and booked a suitable time and date to make the repairs. The customer service is second to none. The sauna is fabulous too, best decision for my families health l have ever made. I purchased the sanctuary yoga 4 (which is more comfortable for 3) with the red light therapy tower, halo therapy and chromotherapy included. It’s also the prettiest sauna l have ever seen. We love it.

Can't fault this company, they are quick to respond to any questions, the installation team in Victoria were fantastic. The quality of my sauna is amazing. Couldn't be happier with my 2-person Sanctuary.

We bought our 2-Persona Premier Sauna early this year and after much consideration of the cheaper alternatives we decided to invest in the best and we are so glad we did! The quality of the build is excellent and I am confident we will have many trouble free years of use. After sales support has been wonderful, so good to have a local Aus based team ready to assist without delay. We damaged one of the light covers in our recent move of house and the team kindly replaced it without cost! A great product and service to match. A+

We are extremely happy with our new Clearlight Sanctuary Outdoor sauna. From our initial enquiry we have been very impressed with the customer service team. The delivery and installation service was also great. The follow up after installation has been appreciated too. Clearlight saunas were highly recommended by friends and we can see why. Although we were a bit hesitant about the price to start with, we are glad we have invested in the best sauna to give us maximum benefits. The build quality, heaters, medical grade chromotherapy and the sound quality of the speakers are all excellent. The built in smart device charging cabinet is also very useful. Since installation, we have used the sauna almost every day. We also puchased the Red Light Therapy Tower, which came a bit later as it was out of stock at the time our sauna was delivered and installed. It was very easy to instal and adds another level to the whole experience. My husband suffers from arthritis in his hands and he is definitely feeling the benefits of his sauna and red light therapy sessions. We highly recommend Clearlight saunas - we all deserve to give ourselves the best and spend money on ourselves.

We purchased a 5 person outdoor Sauna. My wife and I both use it and it gives us plenty of space to stretch out. We have owned it for 6 months and use it 5 + times a week. It’s helped with my mental health, sleep and relaxation. The entire team have been amazing to deal with, my only regret is not getting it sooner. I thought I power bill would be huge, but it was about $100 more For the qtr which for us is a bargain as we used to pay $60 for one sauna session at city cave. The blue tooth speaker have been great as well.
