service.
We
dined
there
and
left
a
review
not
long
ago
and
we
were
only
being
completely
honest
about
our
experience
and
you
decided
to
reply
to
it
with
a
lie
saying
we
were
late
because
we
were
at
top
golf
(which
we
were
not)
1.
how
would
you
know
where
we
were
prior
to
our
reservation
and
2.
how
would
know
that
if
all
your
staff
made
no
effort
to
converse
with
us.
You
also
stated
that
we
were
lying
about
having
someone
disabled
at
the
table.
There
were
two
walkers
at
the
table
and
you
have
no
right
to
comment
on
somebodies
disability
or
lack
there
of
(very
ablest).
Disgusting.
Donโt
worry
we
will
never
be
returning.
As
someone
thatโs
worked
in
hospitality
for
8
years,
this
was
by
for
the
worst
I
have
ever
experienced.

This
was
a
lack
luster
and
beyond
disappointing
response.
I
would
like
for
the
management
to
take
accountability
for
the
inappropriate
comments
on
disabled
patrons
that
were
apart
of
our
group.
The
CCTV
footage
would
show
the
time
we
dined
which
was
not
10
minutes
before
close
and
the
walkers
we
had
at
the
table.
You
also
have
the
wrong
dating
to
when
we
were
there
which
shows
you
didnโt
really
check
the
CCTV
as
it
was
2
months
ago
and
not
1
as
per
your
prior
response.
Would
be
best
for
management
to
take
responsibility
and
accountability
for
any
wrong
doings
in
the
future.
