This place was fun! Very friendly staff. The food was delicious. Succulent chicken and probably the best seasoning iv ever had on the chips. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Music was super funky and upbeat. Great décor, very clean.

Good vibes with the live music on a Friday night. The service was pretty good and the food is great! The snitty meal is delish, the coleslaw was ok & the pizzas are fresh however I think the chips were a little over salted. I love salt but maybe calm down on the salt a bit. Would go back tho and other than that I highly recommend this place!

We recently held our end of challenge/Christmas celebrations at Crafty's and couldn't commend the staff more for all their help. The food platters were amazing - definitely trust Tom's advice on amounts as we had so much food!! Great for next day leftovers :) The musicians and dance floor vibes were on point and overall would book again for another function!

My first time at craft eve arm last week on a Thursday night for dinner and drinks. Massive space for you it looks like a sports bar with lots of TV, food was okay the frozen margaritas margaritas were the best. Could’ve had more stuff for service. The crowd was mixed of young old families single friends I guess etc Click the thumbs up if you liked my review

Great food, although a little overpriced for the quality and size. Really great service! ❤️❤️❤️ Atmosphere was nice, but bordered on weird. The restaurant was packed with people watching an NFC champion fight (fine if that's your thing) basically just glued to the TV, every TV, like 10 of them, with occasional snacks and drinks, not interacting with each other. It was like watching 50 man-children being alone, together 🤷‍♂️ When the fight ended, the restaurant emptied.. I heard one lady say "haven't these guys heard of Twitch?" LoL, felt very appropriate. I highly recommend the calamari 🤤 DELICIOUS 🌟 And the Slushies are amazing too ❤️

First and last time we will visit such a below average restaurant. Chicken which they claim to be the best in the business was borderline burnt! French fries where cold and nachos was a soggy mess. So understaffed, they are lucky we paid because we stood at the counter for an incredibly long time waiting to pay. Waste of 100 bucks.

Crafty's at Harbour Town very festive. We arrived from a movie at 14h00 and the place is full. Great vibe. Sports bar, tavern feel. Inside or patio seating available. We sat outside street level and did some people watching while kids were at Iplay. Wheelchair friendly. Awesome for swollen shopping feet. Tavern pub grub menu. will be back.

Great vibes, great food and drinks to keep everyone pleased. Heaps of little activities to keep the kids or adults entertained, highly recommend a meal and a few drinks here. It’s lots of fun and has something to keep all very happy and entertained. From pizza, wings, parmys and chips on this has the full range to keep even the fussiest of eaters pleased

Good food. Good service. Good music. Good vibes. Meals come out relatively quick as well. My only gripe is this whole “ordering through the app” business and paying before you eat. I guess I’m a bit old school. It’s become a local favourite. The mac and cheese, fried chicken, and the pizzas are all favourites.

Crafty's is a great venue. As a patron I always feel super welcome. Over the past few years I've become quite good friends with a number of staff, and to quote a cliche it's such a nice feeling to go to a venue where everyone knows your name. Another great thing about the venue is the wide range of ages who enjoy being patrons. The venue has a bar (a great bar where you can watch multiple sports) but families and children are happy to also eat in the restaurant section. The operation is extremely well run, and that filters from the top down via Dave Galvin the owner. An extremely successful entrepreneur in the hospitality sector, he sets high standards and it shows in both the quality of his staff and the quality of the food being served. I wish Dave, and his team, immense success in the future.

The food was nice but it was just soooo freezing cold! I can't enjoy dining when it's that cold, maybe in summer it's a better place to visit. The service was nice and the brownies were really delicious. Had a burger as well - it was pretty tiny, tasty but too small for the price and no lettuce.

An Unexpected Jewel Down Under: Harbour Town's Alluring Bar Experience In a city renowned for its glitzy skyline and pristine beaches, it's only natural for a bar in Gold Coast's Harbour Town to rise to the challenge and make an enduring impression. Embracing a distinctive blend of Australian charm and urbane sophistication, this bar manages to capture the essence of the locale while serving up an experience that feels refreshingly global. The initial waiting period for seating was admittedly a touch elongated, an area that could benefit from a hint of optimisation. However, the overall service effortlessly transcended this minor hiccup. The attentive and affable staff made sure that once seated, the journey through their delectable menu was seamless, fostering an atmosphere that was simultaneously relaxed and conscientiously professional. As for the ambiance, the musical backdrop was an enticing nod to the past, playing old school tunes that never fail to incite a wave of nostalgia. A fun trip down memory lane, it imbued the place with a distinctive vibrancy that elicited smiles and toe-tapping from every corner of the room. But let's get down to the main event: the culinary offerings. Despite an initial visual skepticism, the "Crafty’s Famous Chicken Burger" emerged as a triumphant revelation. The bun, though veering on the side of dampness, was easily overshadowed by the centerpiece - a hunk of chicken so tender it could easily stake a claim as the most succulent poultry to grace a bun. A symphony of textures and flavors, the fried chicken was aptly supported by a sauce that showcased a delicate balance of smoky and fiery tones. With a hint of smoked paprika dancing around the palate, the heat it packed was artfully modulated, just enough to make you appreciate the sizzle without searing your taste buds. To add to this gastronomic extravaganza, the meal was washed down with a pint of Fixation Little Ray. A fine Australian brew, its fruity notes introduced an unexpected yet harmonious counterpoint to the fiery, smoky chicken, making for a pairing that was as refreshing as it was satisfying. Stumbling upon this Harbour Town gem was a stroke of serendipity that was worth every minute of the wait. Far from an ordinary bar, it demonstrated the ability to turn a random lunch drop-in into an epicurean event that leaves you yearning for more. An unforgettable experience, this bar's dedication to service, food, and atmosphere sets a high standard in the Gold Coast's bustling culinary scene.

Ate here recently whilst shopping at the centre. We had a heap of different dishes. The lamb ribs were fantastic. The Caesar salad was great. The calamari was enjoyable. The Mac n cheese was also a hit. The only dish we would not reorder was the nachos. The sauce was far too rich and not great. Hot dogs were also good. If you are looking for somewhere to have lunch at the outlets we enjoyed it here

Had another great meal, and time here last night, when we go to the cinema opposite we always go to Crafty's. Great casual atmosphere, great food and drinks and easy ordering and enjoyed listening to the live music (was Saturday night). The staff are so friendly and helpful, and we have no hesitation recommending this place to friends who are going to Harbour Town. Big extra shout out to the team last night though, my wallet must have come out of my back pocket when I got up to leave. I had been gone for about 10 mins when I got a call from the management team to say one of the staff had picked it up and handed it in to them who were quickly able to track me down and call me (benefit of ordering off the QR code at the table). So now I also know they are extremely honest too :) Many thanks again to management team of Tom and Brad and their staff ensuring we still had a great night out.

Called in advance to ask if they would be showing a game. They stated 'yes'. Walked half an to get there in time for kick off (walked as wanted to have a few drinks) to find that they are not showing it. Very poor Crafty's. Oh and maybe best to notify when customers call asking if you are playing a certain game as to whether you have live music playing at the same time? Not that it ended up nattering for us.

The bartenders here are always so friendly but tonight they were so lovely. Both my partner and I's cards declined and they couldn't have been nicer. Overall great food with even better service!

Lovely atmosphere, lovely food and great music on a Saturday arvo!! We left our baby’s toy at our table and one of the wait staff, a lovely lady, ran after us to get it back to us. Thank you so much!

Wednesday trivia is great. The $15 pizzas are really good. The range of beers are good too. As a sports bar, I watched the boxing on the weekend. The atmosphere was brilliant. Highly recommend for a visit

I came in the other day and ordered the chicken burger. The food was delicious. Also when you go you must ask for Laura! Her customer service was excellent and made the experience better with her bubbly personality. The atmosphere is great and just right near the car park out front of Harbour Town. 10/10 I definitely recommend and I will be coming again soon!

I booked Craftys for Melbourne Cup, it cost $90 for 4 hours of drinks (beer, wine, bubbles, 3 different spritz- yeah you read that right), a cheese board, main meal and dessert. Honestly they way undercharged. It’s not often I’m blown away but my goodness Craftys absolutely delivered in every way!! I was never without a drink, the service was 10/10, seriously the service was so good and this makes such a difference so thank you!! The steak and chicken were so tender and cooked to perfection, the dessert included 3 different mini cakes (sticky date, brownie, cheesecake) and tbh I wasn’t expecting much but they were all so yummy. Do not lose your chef!! He knows food. What a place!! I cannot wait to go back, well actually I’m nervous because now the bar is very high! I’ll be telling everyone about Craftys, it’s only been a day and I’ve already told a bunch of people. Thank you for a fabulous day!!

Crafty's sports bar is a great place to grab a bite and watch the game. Their signature chicken is delicious, as are their killer burgers and tasty salads. And the best part? The beer towers are super cheap, so you can enjoy your favourite brew without breaking the bank. The atmosphere at Crafty's is always lively and energetic, especially during big games. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they make sure everyone is having a great time. Whether you're a sports fanatic or just looking for a fun night out, Crafty's is the place to be.

chicken tenders with sauce plus an order of small chips $28.... What? I'm not tight with money and I didn't even blink at the price... until it was served to me. 3 teeny tiny little chicken tender... 3... I actually looked at the plate and thought they gave me the wrong order. One of the tenders was shorter and thinner than the 1 quarter stick of celery on the plate. P.s the chips have always been great but even they were warm, soft and crazy oily. I don't know what's happened lately but it's not great. Cost cutting? Quality control? Maybe just bad luck. Maybe I'll just stick to popping in for a beer for a while and give the food a miss.

Great food, cooked well. Kids meals brought out first and very quickly which is always helpful! Service was a bit slow and confused but staff were very friendly. Asked if we wanted water then not brought, asked again by another staff member later. Drinks ordered first, brought after the meals so no time for a second round. Also took a while to get the bill. Maybe some new staff? Regardless, great food and atmosphere, highly recommended.

The main meals were really tasty but some seemed to have sat on the pass too long and came put a bit cold. Dessert was disappointing and not helped by the lack of cutlery. Then the spoons we were eventually given were too wide for the sundae glasses. The floor staff were pleasant enough but there were too few of them and it was hard getting their attention. The mains were good enough that I'd give it another go.

Use to be a great place with great atmosphere. Has gone down hill over the last 6 months. Use to enjoy going down and seeing the live entertainment on a Friday and Saturday night. Place is now dead with staff trying to close the bar as early as possible. Says its open till midnight but will be lucky if the bar is still open at 10pm. No atmosphere, slow to no service such a shame. Has so much potential. Use to be so good.

Had lunch here few days ago. Nice place and staff very friendly and helpful. Food was just ok. It was not busy at all yet drinks took forever to come. Had to wait a long time for coffee as well. Its lovely and spacious inside and lots of room outside as well.

Very nice meals. Some drinks were off the menu maybe a blackout off the menu would be beneficial Music a bit too loud. Ok I know it's a sports type bar but at lunch on weekdays it does not need to be that loud. Always attentive staff.

Date night spent at Crafty’s was amazing! We snacked on some delicious food while listening to live music with a very chilled, fun atmosphere. The service we received from Tom was second to none, he had a laugh with us and provided sample drinks to help us choose because they all sounded delicious. We stayed a lot longer than originally planned and probably drank more than originally planned. All in all a great time was had and we will definitely be back!

  • 5/5 Jason N. 2 years ago on Google
We accidentally stumbled in while trying to find something to graze on and I'm glad we stumbled upon this. At the time they had live music with an amazing artist, she killed it and really lifted the atmosphere. The staff member we ran into as we were stumbling around was very friendly and helpful and sold us on the idea that we were staying there haha. We order food and drinks from the tables qr code, which was really easy and straightforward and just kick back and enjoyed the food and drinks listening to good music with killer vocals. The food was great, I ordered the chicken tenders and prawn rolls and my partner ordered a side of chips all were fantastic and came out in a reasonable fashion. Definitely would go back and helped make this part of the holiday well worth it.

  • 5/5 Stephen S. 2 years ago on Google
It's a rare thing to see this quality of food and service at these prices. The restaurant is really tastefully laid out for holiday season, clear detailed menus with fair prices. The smiles and sharp USA quality of high service from all was refreshing. Then came the food which...gawd-damn...was just as juicy and as delicious as hell! A stunning cheeseburger and delicious fries, plus a salad, great coffee and other drinks. Will be back!
