    Came in specifically for the barbie bundle. When I ordered I asked if I could swap the drink and they said no, which is so fair. Meal came out not in the barbie box, no pink sauce on the burger or on the side. When I asked why, they said they were out, I asked why we weren’t told that when we order and the girl said the girl serving ‘doesn’t know’. Then asked if we could get our drinks and she told us they were sold out of the drink *face palm*. I mentioned that I asked if I could swap drink and was told no, she said ‘we’re not supposed to, I was going to make an exception and give you the passion fruit soda’. How is that an exception when you’re out of the drink? I asked for a refund and she rolled her eyes. After all that she didn’t even bring my friends out their drinks and they had to get the attention of another staff member. No apologises at all, just bad attitude.     Not sure if there’s been an ownership change or a staff change, but the last 2 times I’ve eaten at Grill’d Robina I’ve been extremely disappointed. Last week I ordered my burger and ended up with food poisoning, the chicken had a funny taste to it (both times, tasted like the smell of nail varnish) and the burger was put together very poorly, not to mention the time before that I had a lot of ingredients left off my burger. It’s turned into the place I love to eat most, to somewhere I won’t even go and can’t think about without wanting to be sick which is super disappointing.

    I don’t know what’s happened to this place but it’s seriously gone downhill. We’ve been coming here for 4 years or so and every time we come It gets worse. We’ve had one correct order in the last 5 or so. Today was no pickle (sold out but still charged), and I was told to go and Q up for the $2 refund, the onion rings were cold, we had to 2nd request the chipotle Mayo for the sweet potato fries and by the time it came the fries were cold. It’s busy so maybe no one cares but it’s not good so who knows how much grace they’re given before it starts to impact.

    Visiting from Sydney •Ordered a pick up one night- missing chips! •Dropped by after BBL as the website showed it's open till 10pm, got there at 9:15pm, only to be told by staff they close at 9pm! "Yeah, we know what the website says but we close at 9" •Stopped by the mall on the 1st Jan - some of our group gave this Grill'd another go only to be stung by a 15% surcharge and hardly anywhere to sit as most of the tables were dirty. Saw staff take an order to a table & walk past dirty tables on their way back without clearing & cleaning any. Five staff members behind the counter chatting away without a care in the world. If the front of house looks like this.... can't imagine what the kitchen and food prep looks like!!

    There's about six people here currently standing around waiting patiently for their burgers (me included). It's been over half an hour and no burger has come out. I've never had to wait this long before. It's not like the place is busy, there's just the six of us.

    Food was good but service was poor and food and scraps from other diners left uncleared for 20 min or more while staff chatted in the kitchen. Not to worry though, the local bin chickens helped clear up. Took about 30 min to get our drinks that we ordered, with food actually arriving first.

    Haven’t been here for 5 yrs, a LOT has changed. But Grill’d is the same wonderful Wheelchair and stroller accessible. Washrooms near by and are clean.

    So I ordered a takeaway, and after waiting for 20 mins patiently, I decided to follow up. Apparently, they didn't prioritize my order because it's just one big burger unlike the patrons who are sitting in the tables. When my order came, it was not what I was expecting, COLD as ice, the bun was so cold and hard. So, for it's hefty price, I would rather go to Betty's or McDonalds, never here, ever again!

    Ordered large chips that sat on the bench for 15 minutes while the workers gossiped and slowly handed out other orders. Need to be way more proactive when orders are given to them to hand them out rather than standing around chatting.

    Not happy with the quality of food and service, firstly my chicken in the zen chick slider was pink and not cooked properly. Secondly they forgot to give us chips with our order, multiple times we asked them and they still failed to deliver whilst others were receiving their orders with chips. Finally after asking 3 times, we got it! Not happy at all! A lady then came up to us and asked how was your food, we said we were not happy with receiving our chips late and she said “oh that’s okay” and then said can I take your plates. Atrocious response.

    The staff on 09.07.23 were so rude and made the overall experience poor that I will not be returning to this establishment. The young lady that served us was very much full of attitude and clearly didn't want to be there and was taking it out on the customers (not just us). Was a favoured place to eat but not anymore.

    I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal service I received at this branch of the restaurant. As a loyal Relish member for many years, I had never anticipated such a terrible experience. It appears that the branch is severely overworked, which has significantly affected their communication and service delivery. I arrived at the restaurant one hour before the stated closing time with the intention of placing a takeout order. However, I was met with misleading information from the waitress, who informed me that the store was closed for both dine-in and takeout, and only accepting orders through Uber Eats and Menu Log. This statement didn't make any sense to me, so I sought further clarification. Unfortunately, the waitress was unable to provide the necessary information and promised to consult with the manager. I patiently waited for 10-15 minutes, during which I was repeatedly informed that the manager was occupied. Moreover, the staff refused to provide any contact details and displayed a lack of knowledge regarding the distinctions between takeout and third-party delivery services. It was only after some time that I was able to speak with the team lead, who appeared visibly overworked but maintained a level of politeness. However, she repeatedly mentioned, "if it's such a big deal, I can just make the burger." It is regrettable that the staff failed to comprehend that a little bit of information at the beginning would have resolved the issue, and customers derive no pleasure from inconveniencing those who serve them. However, despite my interaction with the team lead, my initial question remains unanswered. If the branch is truly burdened with excessive workload and closes early at 9 PM for dine-in and takeout, how is it still accepting orders until 10 PM through Uber Eats and Menu Log? I would appreciate receiving more clarification on this matter.

    Great place to have lunch or dinner. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It has a playground next door so you can watch the kids while parents can enjoy themselves. Very kind friendly and has colouring to keep them occupied. You can dine inside or outside.

    Yum burgers, I’m vegetarian and used to getting an option of either a watery mushroom burger, a meat tasting replica or a dry biscuit patty. However at Grill’d they did a mushroom patty that actually tasted like juicy juicy mushroom with truffle sauce. Their chips are nice, salads are good too (although could be bigger).

    Enjoyable food, fresh and quick to arrive to the table, QR code on tables makes ordering easy and efficient. They did mix up the size of the chips we ordered but it was no big deal, their chips are always very good, and the herby mayo is yum! 🤤

    Great burgers! I eat at grilld all the time in Melbourne... And this place made a filled up garden goodness burger- just what I expect from a $16.90 burger!! Delicious! Ps. Should add, the 2 for 1 vege burgers on Monday is the best option when you download the app.

    The burgers were nice the zucchini chips were covered in salt and we couldn't eat them. Table service was good. Also the floor was extremely slippery.

    Have been coming to this grilld for quite a while and unfortunately on this Occassion the staff in particular (Amber) were most utterly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers. While I was waiting for my food she had turned more customers away saying they aren’t taking orders, we aren’t at a fast food takeaway, this is a paying restaurant. The chips were cold and they made a mistake on my burger and when I went to address this politely I received a rude and dismissive response. Furthermore, my friends and I were also almost dismissed from the beginning and refused service due to being a group of 10 however we have had no issues in the past.

    Staff member at Robina tried to get rid of us as soon as we sat down , tried to tell us it was 30 min wait , then kitchen was closed , it was only 8.30 , then said the doors were closed as we walked in and they weren’t , we asked if she was trying to get rid of us and she said yes , so we up and left to Betty’s burgers where we hot excellent service .

    The staff throughout the entire visit all had sour faces and a rude tone. My friend specifically asked for no avocado in her burger due to a severe intolerance, yet there was still obvious traces of avocado as if it was applied to the bun then scraped off. She only realised 3/4 of the way through that there was avocado in the burger. We felt as we could not confront the staff over this issue due to them not being approachable. Will definitely not be coming back to grilld Robina.

    Seriously terribly run. Placed an order online, with an ETA of 6 minutes for 2 burgers. We patiently waited for 30 minutes before checking on the food. Told it was 2 orders away. Staff making the burgers were visibly stressed and one was crying but there were about 8 of them working super slowly in a moderately busy restaurant. One staff member was throwing food around and using the tongs for the food to tap on a touch screenscreen looking very unhappy to be there and doing the bare minimum. After waiting nearly an hour for the burgers and watching how terribly they were being made and watching many burgers being sent back to the kitchen I asked for a refund, had $40 cash handed to me no questions asked or apology given and left. Really rude staff and not managed well at all.

    Always our 1st choice for a quick burger, but today you failed. We dropped in just after the lunch rush, on our way to a very important medical appointment, to have to wait 10mins for our order. There was not more than 6 tables busy. Staff were talking a lot together, no hurry, watched the wait staff prepping tables, had to go to the counter as time ran out and ask for takeaway. The made burgers were sitting finished on the bench while I waited for someone to approach me at the counter. Hard to enjoy a burger cold while driving to that medical appointment. 😞

    Young teen staff working Sep 22 at 5pm over charged me $10. My order online showed as $24 and got incorrectly charged at $34. Doesn't listen either. Cheers

    We ordered two lamb burgers, a beef and bacon, and a kids burger. The staff mixed up a lamb burger with a beef burger. By the time I was halfway through, it was too late. The burger was also cold, with hardly any bacon. Not impressed. This has been the only bad experience I’ve had at a Grill’d.

    The worst Grill’d in Australia. Don’t pick up their phone for weeks on end. When they do pick up the phone they say hold and put the phone down before you can speak. Leave you sitting there on the counter for over 10 minutes while they take 10 orders. They never pick the phone back up. Ring back and they say hold and put you down again before you can speak. Another 5 minutes listening to them chat and laugh between themselves and never pick the phone back up. The worst long term customer service ever experienced

    I came to grilled today and ordered a super powered salad. It came out as a massive bowl of dirty looking lettuce with a pinch of shredded chicken and some tinned beetroot. Hardly any ingredients except lettuce. I. Addition came out with no olive oil dressing. It was DRY! $15 for a bowl of lettuce! I complained and sent it back. The young man agreed it was an awful looking salad but said unfortunately his manger couldn’t do anything about it! We ordered in Total $65 of food. Husband ordered a corona and it came out room temperature! How this is acceptable I have no idea! Grill’d should be ashamed! That salad could be made better out of my chickens scraps!!!!

    I come to Grill’d in Robina quite often. Their food is almost always a 10. Obviously they can’t be perfect every day but they usually never let me down. Went and got a burger tonight, I ended up with un-ordered cheese on my burger but hey I’m not complaining. It was SUPER BUSY tonight and I’m so proud of how lovely the employees were and how well they did with getting food out at an acceptable time. I think I waited only 15 minutes in the FULL restaurant. They did really good👍🏼 I will continue coming back to this specific Grill’d and I’ll be bringing everyone I can🤟🏼 Thanks guys!

    Have pre ordered twice through the website on seperate occasions, paid in full online. Both times the order was not prepared by the pick up time at the store and had to wait an additional 40mins for the orders to be made. During that 40mins the orders were not rushed through and infact groups ordering while I was waiting were served before mine was ready. No compensation offered by managers or staff. Will not be back.

    Don't order at the table as it will sit in take away bags on the counter for half an hour before they realise, even after I asked them twice and their response was "they're making it now" to then get cold food dished up from the bags. Grilld is usually good. Just not this one.

    Came in this evening for a meal and I was very disappointed to say the least! The young girl serving us lacked customer service and was uninterested in the burgers needing to be GF due to allergy. Thankfully, McKenzie came through greeting us and assuring the wait wouldn't be long at all! And when our order was incorrect she made it her top priority to be fixed. Safe to say McKenzie is the reason I'm giving our experience 2 stars instead of 1.

    Fast, efficient, food looks exactly as pictured, taste great. Good customer service, both times I have been the team there have been absolute weapons! To be honest I was off Grill’d in general after some awful experiences with wait times and Robina has bought me back, well done team, well done 👏🏽

    It's a but of a drive from where we were staying, but everything you can get under 1 roof. The Ramen in The Kitchen is delicious 😋 & very reasonably priced. Ample free parking

    Could've been short staffed or inexperienced staff. But today's team 3:30pm need work on timing. My chips onion rings and nuggets were out in the cold when my burgers hadn't even been started. I had to say something half way through the burger prep so that the burger didn't go cold whilst they were re cooking. And as expected my criticism wasn't taken well and I was met with an unpleasant reaction after what I thought was a reasonable request after paying what I pay. It got out in the end. Wish you guys all the best, hope this can improve in future.
